Hi,
I have a freecharge account with email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed].
My brother has a freecharge account with mobile number [removed].
I made a purchase on freecharge via my id (email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed]), I placed the order to be delivered to my brother, it seems that due to some technical issues from freecharge, my brother's mobile number is linked to my freecharge account(email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed]).
As a result my account has been modified to email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed], and my account has been blocked.
Kindly request you to correct the same to the "Earlier" state, at the earliest and unblock my account([protected]@yahoo.co.in [removed])
I have been emailing their customer care for 15 days now, they keep asking for my account details again and again.
And now they have stopped replying.
Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
