This is why I hate snapdeal. Worst e commerce Website.

    but i dint receive the amount in my account. free charge displays transaction successful. I dint receive my money. Then where does it went ? I dint get it back to wallet even. it's been more than 7 days. no action was taken

      Please help.

      They are doing froud with Indian customers.

      Don't have any contact number.

      Customer care calling just for formality. They don't bother about our problem. Not even listening it properly cut the within 10 seconds.
      My free charge account is suspended since one month please kindly help me to sort out of my problem. My mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com

        I have a freecharge account with email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed].
        My brother has a freecharge account with mobile number [removed].
        I made a purchase on freecharge via my id (email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed]), I placed the order to be delivered to my brother, it seems that due to some technical issues from freecharge, my brother's mobile number is linked to my freecharge account(email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed]).
        As a result my account has been modified to email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [removed], and my account has been blocked.
        Kindly request you to correct the same to the "Earlier" state, at the earliest and unblock my account([protected]@yahoo.co.in [removed])

        I have been emailing their customer care for 15 days now, they keep asking for my account details again and again.
        And now they have stopped replying.

          On 23.12.16 I have initiated payment of vodofone bill for rs.185/- online . Wallet shows balance of rs.100/- and sought balance rs.85/- from my debit card which I proceeded and the amount was debited in my account but not transferred to freecharge wallet. Vetrified at bank found account debited. Unable to caontact freecharge authorities. As it was last few days to pay vodafone bill I have paid it accross the counter personally. Please recredit the outstanding amount of rs.85/-
          to my freecharge wallat account immediately.

            I paid wrong electricity bill means i paid to different customer usno instead of mine i am consulting free charge for more than 50days i told to return my amount back to my wallet i have taken screenshots put them to there webisite for there verification raised ticket id done 30- 40 times but there are not at all responding i am writing once again to act fast

              I have recharged my freecharge account with 350 rs. But i got transaction failed msg from freecharge but same amount got debited from my bank acct.
              Immediately i received msg from freecharge saying amount will be reverted in next 72 hrs. All this scenario happend on 7th dec 2016. Till date i have written 3 mails to freecharge customer care, everytime i received reply witinn next 24-48 hrs you will get your refund. But till date not received single penny from freecharge.

                          I paid Best Electricity Bill as on 07/09/2016 through Free charge. But its not update in Best Record. I approached to Canara Bank . They give me the detail payment made through Free charge. I have not yet get any response from them. I am facing this issue since from 07/09/2016. When i login to freecharge account over they shows my wallet balance is Nil and there is no transaction.

                            I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 8th Dec, 2016 using my ICICI bank. The money got deducted, however it was not reflected in my free charge wallet. I got a message from freecharge stating that the money will be refunded back by the bank. I didn't got the refund then I raise a query to bank stating the whole scenario. In response bank said that a transaction has been completed and the freecharge has also confirmed the bank that the transaction is complete.
                            I raised a query to free charge also but no response has come from them.

                                when ever I try to login into free charge from my email id [protected]@gmail.com it shows your account has been suspended due to security reason and I have 401 rupees in my wallet and I have also raised ticket for this ticket no is 565320 but it has been closed after give me non satisfactory answer
                                so can anyone help me on this really its very frustrating now I have again raise a ticket ticket no:-614174 and will it get resolve or not I don't know but seriously I will not use this free charge app again in future and also suggest to my colleagues, friends, relative and anyone who is using this app to uninstall this app from your phone because these are pirates they can do anything with your account but you cannot do anything of these type of company

                                    I have recharged my airtel number for rs 50 only once today at around 1:30pm but it has been recharged thrice a time without my request so please kindly revert all my recharged amount back to my freecharge account as soon as possible please do the needful and i didn't get 100% of cash back of rs 55 by recharging through freecharge.                                       On 17th December, 2016 i tried to buy online bus tickets from Jalgaon to Pune from Redbus app, and making the payment from Freecharge wallet. I tried to do the transaction twice, but in both the cases, the amount of 451 & 451 was cut from my account and yet the ticket was not booked. In a few days i received back the total amount of 451(351 in freecharge wallet and 100 cashback). But inspite of continuous emails, they are not responding and...

                                      My name is Balbir Singh, I did a DTH recharge for ₹200 on[protected]. The site crashed in between and the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I had filed a complaint through [protected]@freecharge.com on the issue on[protected], but the amount has not been refunded even after 9 days. Kindly ensure the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
