    On 12th of december 2016 i wanted to add 1500 to my freecharge walle, so i went on icici gateway and added money. It showed something is not right and money got debited from my bank ac but not added to my freecharge wallet. I was told it will get reversed by 4-5 working days. However it's been more than 12 working days and money haven't been reversed. I mailed customer service about the problem and they never replied just generated a ticket. I tweeted them they tld it will be done in 2 days. 4 days passed ng happened. Then i tweeted them again and they didn't replied.
    I messaged them at regular intervals still they didn't reply. I tld them to call me and they told they don't have customer service no. Till date I haven't received my 1500 back.
    In this time of demonetisation if the digital wallet companies are doing this, how can one completly go cashless by trusting these cheaters.

Unfortunately acknowledgement of bill can't get or not pay to bsnl a/c till today. Bsnl continuesly follow-up for payment rs/- 1026.77.         Sir, I have done the recharged to my BSNL No. on 22.12.2016. It shows the amount has been recharged and the transaction was successful. But the amount was not recharged . Even the bill from freecharge site was showing. I got an SMS that If your amount was dropped from your account then it will be refunded in 5 to 7 days. The amount was dropped from my Indian overseas account. Kindly refund the amount Rs. 1600. My order id is FCLW[protected]

          I order food from foodpanda on 4th December 2016 paid via freecharge. But since due to load on foodpanda server payment was not successful but the money was cut from my freecharge wallet. I registered the same complaint with food panda on same day.On clarifying with food panda executive they coordinated with freecharge customer care and told me that money will be returned to my account within 5 working days but however its almost 20 days i have registered complaint with freecharge regarding the refund of 95rs in my wallet but no one is responding to my complaint.With reference to ticket #539927 on freecharge nothing has been updated to me ... Its been almost 4 days after i generated a new ticket on freecharge not even heard from customer care..Please help me out. This is the worst part of freecharge they dont return the money even i have sent all the necessary screenshots they wanted then also they didnt reply nor i do get any call from customer care

                      I booked the tickets through book my show using freecharge as payment media, but i haven't received cashback of rs 100/- as per the offer. This is for the first time i am making payment through freecharge. No such payments exists in the past. It's been more than a day, but i haven't received any updates regarding this matter.

                      Can you please look into this and revert me regarding the issue.

                          I had added 500 in wallet using some code, which give me 50 flat cashback in UBER and McDonalds on 15th December. I also got the voucher in my mail which give me all the information/t&c and voucher code. Now i tried that voucher in McDonald, they said they are not aware of it. So i mailed the freecharge team about this. Now the reply i got from freecharge is saying that there was no such offer from their side. I replied to that mail, but now freecharge team is not responding to any of my mail or anything. I thought freecharge is reliable company but after this i am not going to believe thif fake company which doesn't even provide a single contact phone number.

                          In this demonitisation, i had spend more then 8000 through freecharge but now i am not going to a single rupee through it. Fake customer care.

                          Yes my ticket number is 510033.

                          Get call from some mobile Number claiming that the are calling from freecharge. He asked my bank name and then they are asking for ICICI card details if i have any ... Is it some kind of joke.??? You guys will refund after getting card details from customer. ??? I said that i will provide account number amd IFSC code then he is saying that it will take time for 2-3 days. Then i asked to add money in my freecharhe wallet only, they he is sayign server is DOWN. Seriously guys i am not getting this. I didn't give anything to them

                          I have booked a ticket in redbus thru freecharge payment gateway.. Money deducted twice but ticket was not booked.after deducting money it ended in oops error..email ID used is [protected]@gmail.com.. Order id[protected]...another transaction is with same mailid and it's order id[protected]..still money is not refunded..it's pathetic..

                                  I have tried to make a bill payment of my vodafone mobile # [protected] on 7th Dec which reference no are FCVM[protected]/FCVM[protected]/FCVM[protected]. Every time it's automatically gets failed and a message I used to receive that transaction has been failed and 460 rupees will be added in my freecharge wallet. I mailed them that I want my money refund in my bank ac but they are unable to provide till date.

                                    Please have a look at following transactions where only last transaction(8328290_1 at ‎11‎:‎49‎:‎44) is success and my bus ticket got booked but failed transactions also showing success. I can see only success transaction in my REDBUS account.

                                    iBIBO -REDBUS 8328290_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, ‎11‎:‎49‎:‎44‎ ‎PM RS.960/- this is success and marked as Transaction.

                                    iBIBO -REDBUS 8328216_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, ‎11‎:‎47‎:‎10‎ ‎PM RS.960/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.

                                    iBIBO -REDBUS 8328194_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, ‎11‎:‎46‎:‎08‎ ‎PM RS.960/- as this is showing failed I am file with this and marked as Payment Failure

                                    iBIBO -REDBUS 8327335_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, ‎11‎:‎17‎:‎11‎ ‎PM RS.885/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.

                                    iBIBO -REDBUS 8325969_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, ‎10‎:‎42‎:‎30‎ ‎PM RS.960/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.

                                    Note: all these transactions are done for the same seat booking. Finally I booked the same seat with final transaction.

                                    I logged a complaint regarding this and complaint no. is 456670 but my issue is not yet resolved. Since there is no customer support number, I sent an email to level2 support team but I did not received any response from them. After I raised complaint my transaction history is not appearing in my freecharge account(I don't know why they deleted my transaction history).

                                    Please address this issue ASAP.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      ON 15 Dec16 AN, I booked a bus ticket through REDBUS, amount 475.00 got debited from my freecharge wallet but the transaction failed at REDBUS with orderId 9123087_1.

                                      The transaction was failed & the amount has been deducted by freecharge without booking the ticket..
                                      Also received a msg in my number about the transaction failure & refund

                                      And i booked it for 2nd time & it succeeded...

                                      My money has been debited for 2 times for the same transaction, in which the 1st one failed

                                      Am asking you to refund my amount as promised by you through text msg after failed transaction

                                      I have called REDBUS customer care, they said "we did not receive the amount from freecharge due to some technical issue and confirmed that ticket was not booked".

                                      I sent an email to freecharge ([protected]@freecharge.com) for the past 4 days but did not receive any satisfactory update on the status.

                                        I recharged my airtel karnataka prepaid mobile number ([protected]) with rs.46 (120 mb - 3g - 28 days) on 19th dec, 2016 at around 6:05 pm using freecharge. I got a message from freecharge that my recharge is successful, but unfortunately haven’t got any data balance. The operator ref is[protected]. The order id as shown on freecharge transactions page is fcvw[protected]. When i checked with the airtel customer care, they told me that they haven't received any recharge request from my number; they added that the last data recharge requested from my number was on 14 dec, 2016. I even raised a request to freecharge customer support team but dint quite hear back from them yet. Please help me getting my money back??
