I recharged my airtel karnataka prepaid mobile number ([protected]) with rs.46 (120 mb - 3g - 28 days) on 19th dec, 2016 at around 6:05 pm using freecharge. I got a message from freecharge that my recharge is successful, but unfortunately haven’t got any data balance. The operator ref is[protected]. The order id as shown on freecharge transactions page is fcvw[protected]. When i checked with the airtel customer care, they told me that they haven't received any recharge request from my number; they added that the last data recharge requested from my number was on 14 dec, 2016. I even raised a request to freecharge customer support team but dint quite hear back from them yet. Please help me getting my money back??

      Hi team,

      Yesterday (19dec16 @ 6:34 pm), i have booked a bus ticket through abhibus, amount 570.00 got debited from my freecharge wallet but failed the transaction at abhibus with orderid#o_21371924a.

      I have called abhibus customer care, they said "we did not receive the amount from freecharge due to some technical issue and confirmed that ticket was not booked".

      I sent an email to freecharge ([protected]@freecharge.com), but did not receive any update on the status.

      Freecharge.in refunded the money to my wallet. The problem is, we don't have any information on the failed transaction from source system unless we called the customer service at merchant if available. Thank You Chaitanya

        Failed transaction into mobile app but money deducted from bank

        Respected Sir,

        Freecharge mobile app transaction failed during transfer of 800 INR to my mobile app wallet ( ID name- Raja Singhai, mobile [protected]), but still the amount got deducted from SBI Saving account. I was using Debit card transaction to make it happen.

        Then I received the following message from Freecharge "" Hi Raja Singhai, Sorry, we have not received your money. Your transaction of Rs. 800 on Freecharge...

        Then I received the following message from Freecharge "" Hi Raja Singhai, Sorry, we have not received your money. Your transaction of Rs. 800 on Freecharge has failed. Normally it gets refunded by your bank within 72 hours. Please contact the bank if you still don't receive the amount. ""

        This happened on 10th December, then I filed online SBI complaint regarding this, and I received the following reply from them

        Mr. Mr. RAJA SINGHAI

        Your Complaint With Ticket No. OP[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under.

        Transaction recorded are correct. For details contact branch at telephone no [protected]

        We regret the inconvenience .If your grievance persists, please Contact your Home Branch or call us at our Toll Free Nos. [protected]/[protected] or visit us at www.sbi.co.in quoting the above ticket number.

        We thank you for sharing with us your feedback on the services rendered by us and assure you that it will be our endeavor to provide quality service at all times. We look forward to your feedback in future also.

        which says that All Transactions recorded are correct, which doesn't seem so, you can check my wallet balance, which is still zero( name - Raja singhai mobile- [protected] )

          I ordered a tap from Snapdeal...It was written that I will get some cashback (100%)if I pay the money with FreeCharge...So I added money to my freecharge wallet and then I paid the required amount of money...It was also written that this offer is valid for RS 200 and more...And my order was of RS 309.. I received that order but no cashback is added to my freecharge account..

              After complaining since last 3 days and still i have not received a fair resolution, this is last time i'm giving this mail...

              On a month of december, i had made 2 order to foodpanda by paying through freecharge money...

              1st on 9dec (Fri) 7:59 pm of amount rs.171.68 and did receive the cashback of amount rs.59 (Order id : [protected]@1_12pin1)

              2nd on 17dec (Sat) 9:28 pm of amount rs.260 and did not received the cashback of amount rs.65 (Order id : [protected]@1_11pin1)

              As per your terms & conditions the offer is valid for twice per user, and also valid till 31st december!!! (See the picture no.3) but according to that i didn't received the cash back.

              I have given all the proof to prove that i didnt received the cashback for my 2nd order of a month (Order id : [protected]@1_11pin1)
              I have given all the pictures to prove that, but still i did not given a solution from you.

              Now im sending all the proofs again and request you to give me what the freecharge had promised to me, or lastly i have to give my multiple complains to consumer forum against freecharge for false promotion and promises made to consumers.

              And before making the payment i also did received the notification of cashback rs.75, but did not received!!! (See picture no.4 for an example)

              Please see all the pictures carefully and then reply to me...

              On 17th i had made my payment by freecharge money to foodpanda ([protected]@1_11pin1, sat dec 17 2016, 9:28:48 pm), of which i have not received cashback yet. Which was suppose to be rs.65 and it was also reflected when i was making the payment!!! And this was my second order of a month. So i request them to check my account fairly and give the cashback which was promised, but they didn't did.

              Once they are saying it is "valid once" then afterwards they are saying it is "valid twice". What the hell is this... Without checking proper information they are saying that i won't get the cashback of my order ([protected]@1_11pin1, sat dec 17 2016, 9:28:48 pm),

                On 06/12/2016 I tried to add the amount Rs.250 into the Freecharge wallet, the transaction was failed at the last moment, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. It has been 13 days since it happened but I didn't get my amount back.

                I mailed [protected]@freecharge.in on 12.12.2016 but no reply from them. Again mailed them on 15.12.2016, no response.

                Help me to get back my money please!.

                  I was booking a oyo room using freecharge wallet, I used ICICI net banking to add money in freecharge wallet. During process money was transferred to freecharge wallet but they did not transfer to oyo rooms. It was said to be a failed transaction for which they will refund money. BUT even after 21 days I have not received refund. I am a student who has limited resources, this loss caused much harm in my day to day life.

                      I did a online transaction on freecharge on 21/11/2016 to add money in wallet for Rs 700 (350+350) but the transaction was declined. I contacted freecharge they said the money will be credited back within 5 days. After 5 days they said the transaction wasn't successful and to contact the bank i contacted bank they said freecharge has received the payment and i forwarded the Transaction id which i have received from bank. Please help me out and credit back the amount of Rs 700.
                      I am chasing freecharge from 25 days but i am not getting my money back.

                                  I am reaally dissappointed with the service of Freecharge.When I try to do any transaction it's keep on failing and when I try to send money to different wallet it is showing Account is blocked.

                                  Without any intimation how could they block my account??

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am using free charge wallet with (Mob [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com) & loaded rs.10000 in my wallet after loading during performing withdrawn operation by free charge apps it generates error message "wallet request error" thereafter i contact to customer care they replied you cant perform withdrawn operation so i request them to refund my amount back to my source account they acknowledge that your amount
                                      Initiated a refund of rs.5000+5000 on[protected] against the order id oc-[protected][protected] and oc[protected]-[protected] and will credit in you account within 5-7 days but 15 days overed still amount not refunded to my account as well they are not answering to my email now.
                                      I call ([protected]) company so many time and email ([protected]@freecharge.in) also but there is no reply

                                      Therefor it is requested you please do needful against free charge
