    Dear sir/madam,
    Freecharge provide transfer to bank facility, suppose today i load cash to wallet after 2 days i can transfer to my bank account these are terms in that’s way i loaded 20000 to freechage wallet on fec 01 2016 after 2 days i am eligible to withdraw to bank, in that wallet also showing eligible amount to transfer when i try through wallet /web it showing wallet error in valid otp when i entered with valid otp they blocked the amount i don’t to purchase from that site i want to withdrawal only, when i contact them they are saying try after 2days do today tomorrow like please resolve this issue

      Your customer service is useless and there is no phone number on which you can call. You write emails and no one responds and if someone do respond after several days it is a copy paste answer different from your question. They have kept illeterate persons in there team. I have done several recharges on account and recently done transaction on irctc. Now as i was expexting a refund from irctc i came to know that my account has been suspended of no reason.

      Now how will i get my refund amount.
      It is a kind of cheating with customers.
      This company is a fraud as everyday several customers face same issue.
      Check online how many complaints this fraud company has.

        I recharge my number ([protected]) with rs 80 on dated 13 dec-2016 of transactions no-fcva[protected].
        And i also got the recahrge successfull message but i still didnot get the recharge in my account...
        I also talk to the customer care of reliance in which i recharge the amount but they said there is no any recharge will be done on your number.
        From my bank account number rs80 were also be deducted.

          I am an existing customer of freecharge. I tried to do online mobile recharge from the freecharge website, on 13. Dec.2016.

          Order id: fcvw[protected], dated 13. Dec.2016. Mobile recharge transaction showed failed, and balance did not get credited to mobile, however mobile recharge amount debited from my bank account.

            I have freecharge account registered email id is ria. [protected]@gmail.com & ph # [protected] this account is showing temporary suspended. I wrote so many mail to customer care but still not any reply. My wallet balance is rs 714 and one refund is pending from snapdeal side. Kindly look into this matter urgently & take necessary action to unblocked the same at the earliest.

            I paid my airtel postpaid bill 9860006*** through the Order ID : FCMA[protected] But airtel website showing that my postpaid bill is not paid yet. and that is still showing outstanding. I have mailed you the same problem but not received any positive response. Reply for the same.

            When I add the money to FreeCharge wallet the experience is so poor my money is deducted from my bank account but not added to my FreeCharge wallet... please help me to solve my problem otherwise I can't use FreeCharge onwards...

                Till yday night my freecharge ac was working. Today when i try to login it is showing the message that your account got blocked an contact to [protected]@freecharge.in. I am sending emails to customer care but no reply. Not even auto reply. I have 1300rs balance in my wallet. I don't know how to get back the amount. Even my snap deal account also got blocked. Not able to track my order.

                  I have decided to complaint on freecharge because no proper response from customer care.

                  I have booked a bus ticket from redbus on 1st Dec 2016 using freecharge wallet (959 rupess), the payment was successful, but got the 404 error message when redirecting to redbus and ticket was not booked, but i received 75 rupess cashback from freecharge. The freecharge order id is 91405440.

                  Later I booked the same seat from paytm wallet.

                  Immediately I spoke with Redbus about this, they confirmed ticket was not booked and not seen any transactions with freecharge.

                  Freecharge has charged 959 rupess and money is not refunding back.

                  I have raised complaint to freecharge on 1st December ticket # 367783 and got update on same date - Said "Not to worry! Under such circumstances, if the transaction failed the amount will be auto-refunded to your wallet and this may take 24 hours.", but not received money. later no update

                  Opened another ticket - # 420439 - got update on 9th DEC saying that "For under process Order Ids, we are checking this with the Operator and will update the final status shortly.", but till now no update from recharge

                  Opened a 3rd Ticket - # 456059 on 12th and got update on 13th Dec - The update from freecharge is completely unrelated to my bus ticket.

                  Freecharge they dont have phone support and not getting proper response from customer care peoples. Please escalate to freecharge and request to fix the issue asap

                      Sir, I was adding cash 500₹ to my freerecharge account (ID- [protected]@gmail.com) but cash is not added to my freerecharge wallet .But major problem is that amount₹400 has benn deducted from my bank account on date 19.11.16. And also my icici bank confirm me that this transaction is done successfully confirm by merchant. Transaction id is HIC[protected].

                      Sir please give attention to my problem and refund me as early as possible.I am sending you bank transaction details which was done with freerecharge company.

Tried reaching freecharge via twitter, facebook and customer care ticket (Number: 436115 and 438338) but i have not received any response. I have about 16, 500 rs in my wallet (Including a refund of rs. 11, 999) that should be credited for a failed transaction. Kindly respond and get my account unblocked at the earliest.

                        So i have not received a mail from the support that my account is blocked and i cannot use my money, any money in my account will be returned to the sender, So basically all my balance worth Rs. 16, 500 will be returned to someone who isnt gonna return the money back to me, basically they are forfeiting my balance. Cant you just refund all my money to my bank account instead of this fraud procedure ?

                            I did recharge on 29th of Nov from free-charge wallet and not from the bank; recharge id is : R[protected] which was unsuccessful so i was promised to get back the refund against same within 5-7 business days; but i didn't got ny refund and henceforth i raised a complaint to their given support id [protected]@freecharge.com ; they raised a ticket regarding the same complaint Ticket # 395829 on 5th DEC. From that day till today i have wrote them more than 10-15 mails to refund me back but its the same auto-generated email being send back to me telling that it would be refunded in 5-7 business days.
                            I request you kindly to look into the matter and help me regarding the same as soon as possible because they dint have any other means of communication other than mail and in mail its the same auto-generated mail i am getting repeatedly. so only i approached you.

                                    Sir, I was adding cash 400₹ to my freecharge account (ID- [protected]@gmail.com &[protected]) but cash is not added to my freecharge wallet .But major problem is that amount₹400 has benn deducted from my bank account.
                                    Sir please give attention to my problem and refund me as early as possible.I am sending you bank transaction details which was done with freecharge company.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have recharged a plan of Rs.198 for a BSNL network on 8th Dec, 2016 .
                                      The recharge has not been done and the money has been deducted from my bank account. My order id is : FCVA[protected]. In invoice it is showing successful transaction but that number has not been recharged according to the plan.

                                      Please look into the matter soon and refund the amount to my freecharge wallet asap.

                                      As per our records the transaction is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction.

                                      The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.

                                        Hello

                                        My account with phone number [protected] with mail id [protected]@gmail.com for FreeCharge contain wallet balance of 433 .Then I changed the number to [protected] after changing the number the wallet balance is not reflecting in new account .And even I tried to login my previous account and I am unable to do so.
                                        It's a long time I am facing this issue and I have complained coustmer care but I didn't receive satisfying response from them.
                                        So please assist asap.
