Hello

My account with phone number [protected] with mail id [protected]@gmail.com for FreeCharge contain wallet balance of 433 .Then I changed the number to [protected] after changing the number the wallet balance is not reflecting in new account .And even I tried to login my previous account and I am unable to do so.
It's a long time I am facing this issue and I have complained coustmer care but I didn't receive satisfying response from them.
So please assist asap.

    Respected sir,

    i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.
    Firstly I recharge of Rs 149 it's transaction id is FCVA[protected]
    2nd recharge of Rs 100 & it's Transaction Id is FCVA[protected]
    Both the time my bank account is debited but recharge plan is not activated.
    Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

      Hi. I tried booking my bus ticket on 6/12/2016 paying through freecharge wallet.Even though the transaction failed, it was deducted from my wallet. I even got the cash back. The next day I recharge my phone for which I even got a recharge successful message but no amount was actually credited to my mobile. Order id:8417912 for the bus booking and order id:FCVA[protected] I've tried reaching your customer care through all medias, only to fail. All I get is an automated response saying agents will call but its been almost 3 days. The least you'll can do is tell me the status of my transaction.

        I did a Tata Sky DTH recharge of 3150 using BILLFREE coupon code and it said clearly that the minimum cashback is 60 and maximum cashback is 300, for transaction of 300 or above. I received just 60 rupees but as per the terms and conditions it should have been much higher than 60 rupees.

        I would like to understand what does maximum cashback mean and for how much recharge a customer needs to do to be applicable for 300 cashback as it is promised that maximum cashback is 300 for transaction off 300 and above.

        Please raise this to the company and validate the offer and get the appropriate cashback to my account.

          I had paid bescom bill through freecharge on 7/12/2016 but till now the payment is not reflecting in bescom portal.

          Though i got a mail from freecharge stating the transaction was successful with ORDER ID: FCEW[protected] but it still shows not paid in bescom portal.

          I had sent an email to freecharge and they created a ticket saying a customer care executive will assist you shortly but no one contacted me.

            Redbus are saying that they have already initiated the refund to freecharge. Transaction number: 89220865

            Mail from freecharge(Order Refund from CCAvenue) says:
            Dear Customer,

            This is to inform you that checkout.freecharge.in has initiated a refund for order number[protected] towards your transaction on checkout.freecharge.in. This refund request has been forwarded to concerned bank and we await their reply. Rest assured the amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

            No response from freecharge yet after that.

                My account balance is rs.250 freecharge wallet from my debit card due to failed my airtel dth order but my account got suspended. So i sent around 4 mails to reactivate my freecharge account but still my freecharge account not reactivated and i didn't receive replies even for my emails. Please raise a high priority complaint against freecharge to get my money back.

                      I, Shruti Durape, have a freecharge account from which I had failed transactions on 27th November. The transaction ids are OC-[protected][protected], OC-[protected][protected], OC[protected]-[protected]. The money has been deducted from my account twice i.e 5400 and 5320rs. I have sent mails regarding the refund but I have still not received the amount. The tickets issued are Ticket #343774 and #359521.

                          शिकायत के बावजूद अबतक बैंक खाते में पैसा वापस नहीं किया गया है. जिससे स्पष्ट होने लगा कि फ्रीचार्ज वेबसाइट ग्राहकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करता है. इंडियन कंज्यूमर कंप्लेन्स फोरम का भी फ्रीचार्ज पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ रहा है.

                              If you look into my accounts many recharge are done but a few of them are failed to get recharge which means to refund soon but no credit is given till the date into my accounts . while system is automatic why such delays are seen into practice which shows dishonesty on company's part

                                Freecharge is the real fraud. Recharged my bsnl number twice with rs.1099 but didn't got the recharge and money deducted from my account. Here is my order id fcva[protected]. I recharged today i. E on 4th december. The money is deducted from my account but no recharge done. I confirmed it from bsnl customer care and they told me that the recharge is not successful on your number. Few days back on 16 th november i had done the same recharge which was supposed to be an unlimited net pack but instead freecharge provided me with main balance of only rs.970 which was useless as i can't activate this offer with main balance. I tried to contact freecharge customer care number but they never pick your call (If anyone don't believe just give a call at their helpline number they will never pick your call) so i mailed them and they gave me this excuse that i have selected topoup recharge instead of special recharge so i got the main balance. But in their freecharge website they don't have any option of special and topup recharges (But in freecharge app they have this option). I told them that i have recharged through freecharge website so i got no special/topup option which was not my fault but they stopped replying me after that. My order id of 16th nov is fcva[protected]. This time i tried once again as i had some money left in my wallet. I came to this conclusion now that freecharge will definitely do fraud if you do big transactions and you will definitely loose your money because there is no way to communicate with them as they will never receive your call on their so called helpline number and will also stop replying your mails once they are guilty. I want both my refunds as soon as possible or this time i will lodge an fir to the police. Enough of excuses by freecharge.

                                      Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.                                         I added money of about 250rs. And i got the message saying that transaction failed... I tried again, again same response... Then i got messages from bank that the money from account has been deducted! I.e, 250 + 250 = 500rs...but in my freecharge, it shows "0" balance... Wtf! Not the welcome i expected from freecharge!
                                        I have attached the bank statement for your reference.
                                        And i tried to raise complaint i their website, it was a dead page. Even after giving all the required data submission was not happening . IT was like dummy page. And when i tried to reload the page, it didn't. Even the captcha of page remained same .

                                        Very poor customer support !!!
