I have loaded my account with 250 rupees uisng my rupay card. Amount has been debited from my account. But not added in the wallet. I wrote many emails to customer care but no response till now.

They need to pay 250 plus 50 cash back to my wallet. My registered email id is [protected]@live.com.

Very worst customer service by free charge. Need to have customer care number.

Ticket numbers are # 377315, #365241.

Kindly provide the solution soon.

We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested.

As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.250 to your bank account on[protected] against the order ID OC[protected]-[protected].

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days(excluding saturday, sunday and national holidays). In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

    Details: shop on WWW.SHOPO.IN and pay through WWW.FREECHARGE.IN get 100 % cash back!
    In this offer they stated offer valid till november 10!
    I shopped on november 7 they haven't credited cash back of 100 % means i shopped for 99!
    They cheated by changing dates of offer later as november 6!

          Freecharge security system is thord class, they suspend my account time to timw, thats why m unable to recharge my account or use any services of thia website, i face problem due to this, thats i uses paytm that is thousand times better than this company, freecharge dont have any customer care number or supprt.             I did my recharge on december 1st, i had asked for 101 3g data pack, they have recharged for some ratecutter which is not available in the website for the same amount. We do online recharge in case of emergency. The company is trying to misuse are helplessness. The contact numbers also seem to be of no use. Please do the necessary

                  I Have added a sum of RS 700 in my freecharge wallet..but the same has not been credited in my freecharge wallet ...but yes it has been debited from my bank account...they said that they have send me an auto refund of rs 700 on 22/11/16..which i think they are making fool to us..and asking me to wait for 2-3 days more...
                  The transaction was done from my part was on 21 nov, 16.

                  The bank has said no refund amount is generated from this website freecharge and same amount has still pending...this is the not the fault of bank but it is the fault of this website...please consider this matter serious as i have not get my refund of rs 700 from any of the side..I just want my refund..that's solve...the complaint is still unresolved..no steps has been taken from the freecharge site...All this do a fake explanation...

                    I recharge my mobile (AIRCEL) with Rs.32 on 29th nov-2016, which provides 120000 seconds from 11pm to 6am. My money Rs 32 has deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged yet. pls help as soon as possible. customer care says to wait for 7 days but after what will heppen they dont know.
                    last time I called after 7 days regarding other complain, that time they said that you have to complain within 7 days, after 7 days we dont consider the complains, now what to do I dont know..pls help.

                      I have been Transferd 1000/- from Debit card to Freecharges account dt. 10.11.16 but transaction was failed and amount has been debited from my Axis Bank Account but not showing in Freecharge Account.

                      I continuously sending complaint to Freecharge to refund of Rs. 1000/- 'now 20 days passed still i m not getting refund in my bank account.

                      Freecharge only confirmed the transaction failed by mail but still not given the refund amount.

                      OYO rooms has made my refund on 08/11/2016 for which i had recived mail saying my amount will be reflected within 7-10 days.

                      Till date I have not got the refund (28/11/2016).
                      Have mail 2 times. and 3rd time today. But still no action taken.

                            On 20th nov I was adding 2000 rs to my freecharge wallet. While doing this transaction I got an error as Sorry unable to process request, while the money was deducted from my bank account.
                            I also spoke to my bank and as per them transaction is successful at their end. BUT freecharge is claiming that they didnt receive it. Its already been a week no proper solution.

                                    I have recharged my number via freecharge money was deducted but balance not received freecharge do not have any customer care number they are continuously making false assurance trough their email...firstly they told recharge will be done within 2 hours then 24 hours then 1-2 days... i have already talked to operator they told me no recharge was done.
