In this offer they stated offer valid till november 10!
I shopped on november 7 they haven't credited cash back of 100 % means i shopped for 99!
They cheated by changing dates of offer later as november 6!
I have written to [protected]@freecharge.in but no response also written to [protected]@freecharge.com...

Freecharge security system is thord class, they suspend my account time to timw, thats why m unable to recharge my account or use any services of thia website, i face problem due to this, thats i uses paytm that is thousand times better than this company, freecharge dont have any customer care number or supprt. Please improve ur security system and customer support. My account is still suspended from ur company, my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I did my recharge on december 1st, i had asked for 101 3g data pack, they have recharged for some ratecutter which is not available in the website for the same amount. We do online recharge in case of emergency. The company is trying to misuse are helplessness. The contact numbers also seem to be of no use. Please do the necessary

I have add 1000 rs in freecharge account twice. order id shown in only once in freecharge account and deducted 1000 rs twice from my bank account. I want refund my deducted amount of rs 1000 as soon as possible.

Dear i am added 1000 rs using get50 promo code after adding money in my wallet i am just login to my app and freecharge has blocked my account with 1000 rs and now they are not responding even i sent all details through my registred email id

I Have added a sum of RS 700 in my freecharge wallet..but the same has not been credited in my freecharge wallet ...but yes it has been debited from my bank account...they said that they have send me an auto refund of rs 700 on 22/11/16..which i think they are making fool to us..and asking me to wait for 2-3 days more...

I recharge my mobile (AIRCEL) with Rs.32 on 29th nov-2016, which provides 120000 seconds from 11pm to 6am. My money Rs 32 has deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged yet. pls help as soon as possible. customer care says to wait for 7 days but after what will heppen they dont know.

On 20th nov I was adding 2000 rs to my freecharge wallet. While doing this transaction I got an error as Sorry unable to process request, while the money was deducted from my bank account.
I also spoke to my bank and as per them transaction is successful at their end. BUT freecharge is claiming that they didnt receive it. Its already been a week no proper solution.
I want my money back....

I had booked a ticket through freecharge (rs.567) on nov-13-2016 but it got cancelled at the same time the amount had been debited from my account and i got text where you will be refunding it within 7-10 days but till now i have not received any amount from your end. so i request you to resolve this issue as early.

Iam a regular user of freecharge and i usually rechage online. I recharged my tata sky with Rs 200 by free charge on24/11/2016 whose order Id is FCDW[protected] and my account was debited by recharge was failed and I could no get my money back

I have recharged my number via freecharge money was deducted but balance not received freecharge do not have any customer care number they are continuously making false assurance trough their email...firstly they told recharge will be done within 2 hours then 24 hours then 1-2 days... i have already talked to operator they told me no recharge was done.

Freecharge is bogus and false website/app to make recharge kindly do not...

I have booked online movie ticket of Rs 450/- in book my show using my freecharge wallet.
