We regret for the delay of your recent transaction.
As per our records the transaction (order ID FCLI[protected]) is successful against the operator ID FRC[protected]. Kindly allow us 48 hours to update the amount.
In the meantime, we would request you to check and verify if the below transaction details are correct:

We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.
We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCLI[protected].
If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID HHMP[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.
Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.
