I booked an air ticket via goibibo on 18th November, 2016 and made the payment through Freecharge. The amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been confirmed. nor the amount has been refunded. I have already mailed 4 times to freecharge regarding the issue but the issue has not been resolved as yet. i have tried to reach freecharge many times via phone too but no one answers the call. please help in resolving the issue.
My transaction id for the payment is 7250899_1.

    ON 23rd Nov 2016; Order id :FCVA[protected], , Sir i will recharge an amount of Rs 110 from freecharge wallet, in which Rs 100.74 in ur wallet & rest amount Rs 9.26 from my Federal Bank Debit Card, Trxn will be Failed, Then Rs 100.74 will Reversed to but Rs 9.26 Not To Wallet Or Bank, , So Please Do This Needful To Me.

        I had paid electricity bill (Msedc) of amount 6180 on 14/11/2016 unfortunately recharge was not successful. I got a mail from freecharge saying it will be refunded with 5-7 days. After a week followup i got a mail saying that they haven't received any amount and talk to my credit card company.

            Sir,
            yesterday i paid my electicity bill through my id gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com on FREECHARGE when i proceed for payment through my debit card the payment for rs 415 detucted from my account and when the process was taking too much time for pay payment i did the same process again for payment of rs 415.
            so for the bill payment 2 times 415 + 415 total 830 was deducted from my account and i did only 1 succesful payment of my electric bill of rs 415.
            so i didnt got beck 415 wheather total 830 was deducted from my accont. so i m not happy with my last transection experince bcoz of it i had to lost of 415 rs. I have recipt of 2 times deduction of 415 + 415 =830 as a document proof i[censored] want to see then i will send u. so plz give me approprite solution of my problem.

              I have booked a bus ticket in RedBus via FreeCharge and cancelled it. They mentioned 5-8 days for the refund. I raised several complaints regarding that more than 30 days now and still they asking clarification like when i cancelled and my bank statements, etc. My ticket Number is 201034 in Freecharge.

              I mailed them a lot more times and still money is not refunded. My ticket price is 790INR and after cancellation i should get 753INR. They put 90 INR in Freecharge Wallet which i should have get in my Debit card and also remaining 663 INR is still not yet received in my Card.

                I tried using Freechrge Master Card in Payzapp application and in Oxigen wallet but i was not able to use this card. Not only these wallet sites its not even working to pay Docomo postpaid bill which means it is no where working. I actually added Rs 2000. When I said asked this to freecharge customer care they said these payments are not enabled. But in the FAQ it is clearly mentioned that card is accepted through any website or app in India. So that is not true and freecharge is making customers fool with false advertisement. Please find image below of which it is mentioned that it can be used in any site on freecharge offcial site. Please take action ASAP.

                Transactions through FreeCharge Go card for this merchant are not enabled currently. We request you to use an alternate payment mode to continue with the transaction.

                We would like to inform you that we do support all indian websites but we don't support wallet websites in india.

                We shall keep you posted once the FreeCharge Go card is enabled for transactions on "Payzapp and Oxigen".

                Do you know the meaning of we do support all Indian websites, which means all sites including shopping, groceries, wallets, movies and all. If you don't support wallet websites in india then this should be mentioned in the site or else "we do support all Indian websites" this should not be mentioned as it is false advertisement. I demand compensation for this or else it is going to be serious issue.

                              In spite of repeated requests i find that payment of rs. 1725 /- made on 16/11/2016 for my bsnl landline account no. [protected] has not yet been made to bsnl.

                              I also checked with the local bsnl office with reference to your frc[protected] who has confirmed that they have not received any payment against my bsnl account so far.

                              I have so far been paying bsnl direct. this is for the first time i have paid through freecharge and my experience is miserable. please investigate and arrange to refund me the money i paid to you.

I had mailed 6 times to freecharge .com that the service provider confirms bill is unpaid but freecharge team is not helping and they are replying me the same that the bill is paid and confirmed from service provider . What You think of customers, is this is what the app is for? For giving us unsatisfactory replies and unpaid bills even after deduction of our money. My service could be barred due to unpaid...

                                At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

                                We wish to inform you that, as a fraud prevention & security control measure, Freecharge has put in place automated transaction rules, which restricts any unwarranted misuse of your Freecharge account or credit/debit cards associated with the Freecharge account.

                                Accordingly, in order to curb any misuse our system automatically restricts the Freecharge accounts to withdraw the amount for 30 days. However, in the interim time period, you are free to use the amount loaded for any recharges or third party merchant transactions.

                                If you have any further issues, do reach out to us and we shall be happy to help you.
                                Sir, freechrage offered a code for cash back on snap deal .com . where I used that code and recharged my cell no with 200 rs but recharge failed and my account debited ...its been one month I am waiting for the refund.                                     I paid my bsnl landline bill of 1490 on 13th nov'16 and once the freecharge app showed failure, i tried paying it again and it got success. But money was deducted from my account 2 times. Rs 1486 each time. Rs 4 was paid from my freecharge balance. Please look into this issue, i got my money deducted 2 times for the failed as well as succesfull transaction.
