    bt payment is not received by dish tv...
    plese sort out mu issues as soon as possible
    when i call to dish tv help line they said that there is no tieup between dish tv and freecharge
    so i have a problem if there is no tie upthen why they allow freecharge to recharge dish tv .its totally a discusting issue for a coustomer that they were getting trouble themselves between dishtv nd free charge .

    As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 290 to your account on 01/11/2016 against the order ID FCDW[protected] and rest Rs. 10 refunded to wallet.

    Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

    This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

    Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

      I tried to book bus tickets at redbus dated 20.10.16 with order id 5516547_1 through fc, due to some error tickets nt confirmed but money 986 rupees deducted from my fc account, till than nw i didnt get my money back in my freecharge account nd freecharge customare care nt picking my call...i tried to call them many times.I talk with Redbus customare care no .. they confirmed that they transfered my money with reference no. 5516547 in my Freecharge account named [protected]@yahoo.com so clear it to me where is my money because there is no money in my account till than now.

And was i sending email every day about my failed transaction but didn't have any answer. And when i search about freecharge i customer care number from internet, founded number it's not respond about my problem. And when one think also like that many number are wrong number and many number is don't received call.

          Done a recharge of rs 63 from freecharge on 27 oct 2016 of tata docomo order id is FCVA[protected] in which there is scheme that u will recieve full talktime & call rate reduction. But the amount is not credited in my account. I contacted customre care of docomo they said there is no scheme as such it's only for call reduction & they dont know the freecharge offers. I have proofs & screenshots of freecharge offer. I m attaching the current balannce recharge recipts of both freecharge & docomo.

              Above amount Rs. 140 deducted from my bank a/c but I never received recharge on my Airtel number. this particular transaction shows successful.

                  I had Rs. 75 balance in my Freecharge a/c. Accordingly, I recharge one of my Airtel number ([protected]) on October 22, 2016 via my freecharge a/c, for Rs. 50 /-

                  Above amount Rs. 50 deducted from balance but I never received recharge on my Airtel number. Now, my balance in freecharge a/c is Rs. 25 and this particular transaction shows successful.

                  I want this recharge to be done as soon as possible or want my balance back in freecharge a/c.

Actually i registered on snapdeal by means of referral and then i placed a order value of above Rs 450 on dated[protected]. the product is also delivered to me on[protected]i.e., one week ago). As per T & C when the product is placed above Rs 300, you will get Rs 100 in your freecharge credit after delivered within 8-9 working days. But till now the referral amount of Rs 100 is not credit to my freecharge account..

                          I have made a payment of rs 2000.00 through my freecharge account on 13.06.2016 which was unsuccessful. My bank rejected my charge back of that transaction as per chargeback settlement policy. As per the chargeback settlement policy, they are saying that the money can be reversed only through the merchant’s chargeback department. Kindly reverse the amount asap. Details are-

                                  Hi,

                                  I have booked tickets in Redbus.in 17th Oct 2016 and paid through freecharge; Amount got debited from my bank account and ticket is not booked. There is not toll free number for freecharge; I have sent email to [protected]@freecharge.in but i did not received any response from them.

                                  This is really a fraud, for the first time a week ago the payment is successfull, but when we do the bigger payment, they are doing these kind of fraud.

                                  Please help me in this regard.

                                    While paying a bill on snapdeal transactiob of rs 85/_ was made from my free chage balance. There was some error and next time, even after takung rs 85/_ yhe entire amount was withdrawn from my SBT account. Kindly put back 85/_ rupees in my free charge balance. have paid full amount using debit card.kindly put back rs85/_ to my freecharge balance as I have already paid the full amount to snapdeal using debit card

                                        Freecharge payment technologies / freecharge.in — recharge failed but money deducted from bank account

                                        I have placed an online order for cell recharge of 135& 31 rupees; 166rs got deducted from my bank account (State bank of india) but i have not received any balance yet. I had rechrged towards reliance network. Please look in the matter. I want refund my amount.
                                        I got call from Reliance but there is no refund of my money ..pls do something for my problem thank you
