Balance deducted from bank account but not received in freecharge wallet

I have booked tickets in Redbus.in 17th Oct 2016 and paid through freecharge; Amount got debited from my bank account and ticket is not booked. There is not toll free number for freecharge; I have sent email to [protected]@freecharge.in but i did not received any response from them.

This is really a fraud, for the first time a week ago the payment is successfull, but when we do the bigger payment, they are doing...

Took cash from both credit card and freecharge balance

While paying a bill on snapdeal transactiob of rs 85/_ was made from my free chage balance. There was some error and next time, even after takung rs 85/_ yhe entire amount was withdrawn from my SBT account. Kindly put back 85/_ rupees in my free charge balance. have paid full amount using debit card.kindly put back rs85/_ to my freecharge balance as I have already paid the full amount to snapdeal using debit card
