      Yesterday, (11/10/2016) at 08:45:07 a. m. i tried to recharged my airtel mobile number: [protected] of amount rs. 200/- using online site: freecharge (order id: fcvw[protected]). freecharge is showing failed transaction, but the money was deducted from my account.

          We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

          We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVW[protected].

          If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

          We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID HSM[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

          Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

          They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

            I have placed an online order for cell recharge of 135& 31 rupees; 166rs got deducted from my bank account (State bank of india) but i have not received any balance yet.                 I withdraw cash to my bank account from freecharge, mistakenly I added invalid Account No. Then I got transaction pending status mail from freecharge. Idid't get transaction success mail yet.I can't check balance from my bank account because it was invalid account .so kindly credit my amount back to freecharge.

                  I paid my airtel postpaid bill on oct 6 for 1263.ORDER ID FCMM[protected].It displayed the recharge was unsuccessful and money will be debited in ur bank .Its been four days since then and money has not yet been deposited or there is no intimation from freecharge regarding this issue.I need to get my money back immediately as its been already four days. Kindly solve this issue at the earliest.

                            My wallet balance was rs 9990 at 24th sep 2016. I want money in my saving account bt it can't be done. So i've mail to freecharhe they said that due to security reasons, withdraw of money is not possible yet. Then i said that refund my money in my source card where payment had been deducted. They said ok. They had deducted money of rs 5000 and rs 49990 from freecharge account for refund at 24th sep 2016. Rs 5000 had been credited in 2 to 3 days in my source card. Bt after 13 days over; yet now rs 4990 had not credited in my source card. I've sent many mails to freecharge bt they are not replying from 4 to 5 days. So this is cheating by freecharge. Pls take action on freecharge and kindly refund amount of rs 4990 in mg source card.

                              There has been a deduction from my bank account as well. If this is some technical glitch on your side please refund the money asap.

                                Respected sir/madam.most humbly I would like to share the I'll effecting behavior of free charge.com online payment company.I did on line recharge through I'd [protected]@gmail.com of free charge app on 21 sep 16 on no. [protected] of amount 110 vide net banking payment of SBI and it became successful vide txn no. FCVA[protected] dated 21 sep 16 . whereas I did nt received the balance.after mail to [protected]@freecharge.com several complaints done but only reply that it will be updated in 48 hrs always come.very poor responces and hope very I'll effecting customers value and relation.its cause unnessexary stress.if not done then the amount should be refunded simply.in hope o[censored]rs intervention please and ura favourable help will boost up the moral of customers. Thanks sir.earlier ticket id 4244463, 4250702, 4257420 which I registered with free charge care but all gave same reply will be updated in 48 hrs and nothing progress.

                                    As per freecharge website, i have done a recharge of rs40 which is mentioned as a top up with 31.78 talktime.
                                    When the output came through bsnl, it was a data recharge. I have contacted bsnl and freecharge multiple times for which they blame each other and no results were given.
                                    In my view being a customer, this is a clear cut issue from freecharge as their application displays the wrong information. I am raising it here not because of the 40rs, but its my consumer right which is denied now. I need urgent action freecharge, else i will move to consumer court.
