Complaint regarding failed transaction

Sir/mam,
Yesterday, (11/10/2016) at 08:45:07 a. m. i tried to recharged my airtel mobile number: [protected] of amount rs. 200/- using online site: freecharge (order id: fcvw[protected]). freecharge is showing failed transaction, but the money was deducted from my account.

Cash not refund for failed transaction

I withdraw cash to my bank account from freecharge, mistakenly I added invalid Account No. Then I got transaction pending status mail from freecharge. Idid't get transaction success mail yet.I can't check balance from my bank account because it was invalid account .so kindly credit my amount back to freecharge.

Fraudulent by freecharge

Electricity bill payment

I have made a transaction of INR 1447 with this order ID FCEA[protected] but the electricity bill still shows as unpaid.

There has been a deduction from my bank account as well. If this is some technical glitch on your side please refund the money asap.

Cheating with wrong top up information

As per freecharge website, i have done a recharge of rs40 which is mentioned as a top up with 31.78 talktime.
When the output came through bsnl, it was a data recharge. I have contacted bsnl and freecharge multiple times for which they blame each other and no results were given.
