By mistake i have updated my wallet of Rs.10000 instead of Rs.1000 around a week back 17th August. Freecharge tells us that they have an option to withdraw money from wallet back to my bank account provided only after 7 days of time.Ticket No 4132388

I am trying to withdraw since yesterday but the error pops up " Withdrwal limit exceeded". I have no idea about this issue becuase i have not made any withdrwal from this account till date.I have posted queries but only the automated replies are coming with general procedure to withdraw .No user specific/query specific replies from freecharge.

With such misleading information "withdrawal limit exceeded" how will use a product to store my money & how can i trust my money is safe.

Pl have a time bound to everything & its time for you to start over-the-call complaint resolving service when there is a money storage involved.Mail communications are working only with certain extent & not providing any time bound for solving the issue.

There has been a restriction to withdraw of 48 hrs for a bank account added in the FC account. I added my bank account on 24th 5.45 & i was trying to withdraw amount for last two days without any success.Only today 26th Aug 5.45 PM 48 hrs restriction has been lifted & i could able to withdraw amount from my FC wallet to banck account.Freecharge should post all those details clearly in T&C or FAQ's. Although this has not solved by FC customer support atlast am happy i could able to get back my money

We would like to inform you that please try to withdraw the money after 24 hours.

- Login to your account and click on "Withdraw Money"
- Enter your bank account details.
- The money will reflect in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.

We would like to emphasize on the mentioned aspects

1. Money that was added less than 7 days back cannot be withdrawn for security reasons.
2. Promotional cash given out by merchants cannot be withdrawn to bank.
3. You can transfer a maximum of Rs.5, 000 in a day and minimum of Rs.100 to your bank account in a single transaction.

Additionally, the limit on withdrawal to your account per month is Rs.25, 000.

If you still facing the issue in withdraw please write back us with the screen shot of error message to [protected]@freecharge.com so that we will assist you further.

WOW.What a reply though automated message of the process.

Freecharge-hear what a customer is telling rather giving such automated mails.

What is the purpose of send such automated mails when the customer is in pain for your portal error.

The process given by you is not working & that was my query...I am already losing my confidence.This is really a pathetic service.

    I had to book a ticket in redbus which sums up to Rs. 675. I decided to use my freecharge wallet since there was a cashback offer. My bank has been debited and according to freecharge the sum has been paid towards redbus. But they have not recieved the amount. I have booked a fresh ticket at redbus.in without freecharge now. After a lot of emails freecharge told me that I will be refunded for the same soon which I never did.

      I had made recharge on 23 august 2016 of 78Rs Internert pack of BSNL, BIHAR circle. 1 GB 5 Days.
      He replied recharge will be process in 2 hours, later msg me, done. But still no pack recharge done yet. Even i contacted him, but reply me and gave me a ticket number-4126551 and msg me

      " Recharge was successfully processed (order ID FCVA[protected]) with the Operator Transaction ID [protected]. On rare occasions it may take some time before it reflects on your balance."

      But nothing happens yet, those are shameless cheaters, who replied me that we have replied already replied you and sent me that msg every time i ask question, instead of doing anything. Because of my busy work schedule and i made another 78Rs recharge again but from PayTm, and PayTM take complete responsibility of recharge done. Well i don't want to suffer for others wrong deeds, but yes i am a victim of freecharge.

      So please i request you to put ban on this type of fraud company or sue those who msg me " a reply a made to your problem" without solving it. A reply is not a compensation for some one lost money. Well the amount is less but if company wont be faithful how do i put my belief to recharge an amount of 1960Rs for 90 days plan recharge.
      I think people should avoid using this company, i hate this experience.
      Please friends beware of this. Today they cheated me, next day it will be you. BAN on FreeCharge.com

        myself kumud ranjan had created account on freecharge, and i got msg that y got 35 rs casback on your first transaction through freecharge if you use 35FC, i used that code .and i paid rs 1135 for my mobile payment, but i didnt get any cashback, my login id is same as my mobile no [protected].kindly look this matter urgently, otherwise i take this matter to cosumer forum..

              I recharged my no. [protected] on[protected] which order id on freecharge.in is FCVM[protected] not successful still thy deducted money from bank but till now they did notrefund money on my bank acount or my wallet on freecharge.in
              i tried to complaint to that company before but there is no provision of that kind of support so i am trying to complaint here so that my problem will be solved..

                  Amount of Rs 1279 was transferred from my freecharge account Mobile no [protected] to mobile no [protected] on august 11, 2016 at 1.48 AM in the morning vide transaction no A3DAFDE[protected]EFE5295AE41039.
                  This transaction was not initiated by me. I had raised a complain to freecharge on august 11, 2016, incident no 98577, however, they are not willing to refund the amount stating that the amount transfer could be a phishing attempt and closed the compliant without any solution.
                  This amount 1279 was added to my freecharge account on July 8, 2016.
                  Point to note is that the transaction number is an unusual transaction number as all transaction number at free charge start with FC. Further, the transaction of August 11, 2016 is not reflected in the general transaction history(snapshot attached). Also attached is detailed transaction history with fraud transaction of August 11, 2016.

                  I got a notification to inform I am having two tokens and to view via app. I logged ibut I could not get the option to view the details of the coupon. Kindly let me know how to access the same.

                      From the last 50 days, i am facing an issue for withdrawing my money to bank account.
                      It shows error that something is not right.
                      I had sent the mail to customer care of freecharge ([protected]@freecharge.com) but they didn't give any response only i got auto-generated mail even the customer care number mention on site is also wrong. There is no support for customers for this site.

                        Hi sir plz take strict action against freecharge sir thats service very bad i lost my 1000 rs i dont think they return my money all freecharge customer service are cheaters i load money in my freecharge wallet to do book ticket from redbus. Sir i create fc wallet to use random mail in my mobile number means i dont do email verify but verify mobile numbers they asking me to do mail to freecharge from my registred mail id but i dont have thats mail thats mail random but mobile number mine i already say them to contact me in my mobile number also i provie them to screen shot of money loading in freecharge also thats msg ss of which i recived in my freecharge registred number money loading msg of 1000 rs both ss i sent them but they dont unblocking my wallet sir now i am not thinking they refund my money but plz take stict action againet them they all customer service wrost service i hate freecharge.

                              I have payed the bill for act fibernet through freecharge on 13th saturday but the payment is not done to them. And today they r saying they will disconnect the service if i dont pay by today. I am already detting 100rs as late fee and if they dissconect it then i will get a penalty of 500rs.                                 My wallet was deducted by rs 1100 without my permission.
                                Freecharge said u sent money to any no. But i m not sent any money to any no. And freecharge does send any mail and msg about this transaction done himself.
                                Whereas we have any transaction freecharge send me a mail and msg but this tym not and deduct my wallet rs1100.
                                Kindly say freecharge to send back money in my wallet.

                                  I purchased a 3g package for my mobile on freecharge.in worth rs 294 but its been more than a week since then and i have not got it. The transaction was successful and the money has even been deducted from my bank but these people have not given me the recharge. I have even sent them a couple of mails regarding this issue and they have not even cared to respond. It is such a shame that they do not even have a working phone line with which i could have contacted them.

                                  In any case, for hassle-free recharge transactions, there is one other recharge app that is more reliable. You can install Bill Bachao from Google App Store. I haven’t faced any transaction decline issues in this app so far. It has so many useful features too. The app shows us all the available plans of each operator, we can select the one we like best and it will recharge our phone with that plan only. It also tracks our internet usage, calls and messages. Based on the usage summary, the app will suggest us three best plans that are more suitable for us than other plans. It will also show us how much we save on each plan. Besides, the summary it sends of our internet usage, calls and messages helps us analyze our bill, in which area we spend more.                                       I did a recharge of 250rs. for my airtel number. as the balance was deducted from the account but reccharge was not done for next 2ays after which i mail them regarding the same they asked me to contact my bank for the deduction but the bank refused to give back the money as they said that it was totally merchants issue. after i am regularly mailing them asking n waiting for the reply. none of them do reply. neither their customer care no. are picked. they are not even telling the status . no freecharge person has contacted me yet.

                                      I agree with you as Freecharge is found doing this all of the times. I searched google for the freecharge coupons so that I may get discount on mobile recharge I came across a website :-http://www.technodayz.com/, it gave me the Coupon for which I get a max of 75 rupees cash back in my freecharge wallet but I went to freecharge payment page entered all of my information and also mentioned the coupon code and on the payment page freecharge said that coupon is applied and after I did the recharge I received the message from freecharge on my registered Mobile number that the transaction is successfully and another message saying that the coupon limit was reached and I got no cash back and regarding this I contacted freecharge several times but same as in your case No reply from their side.

Install this and make your life simpler. It will also offer you a number of other great features as well which will help you curtail your billing expenses.
