I have placed an online order for cell recharge of 250 rupees; 244 rupees got deducted from my bank account(Saraswat Bank) but I have not received any balance yet. I had rechrged towards Vodafone network. Please look in the matter. I want refund my amount. the details of the order is as follow:

Thank you for writing in!

We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVA[protected].

If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID HHMP[protected]) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

    Hi, ive contacted freecharge service more than 4 times to get my issue resolved. Till now I haven't received any response from them. I want my god damn money. Feels like ive wasted my money on you guyz and i promise going forward i wont use free charge app ever in my lifetime and also share my experience will all my friends who are using it.

    The money (1830rs) got deducted from my account and when asked to refund, no ones replying to my email nor calling me. This is driving me crazy. bunch of scamster.

              Sir, most humbly I would like to share the poor responces of free charge payment app by which I used to recharge the mob.no. 110 rs on [protected] vide txn no. FCVA[protected] dated 21 sep 16.I lodged several complaints to free charge vide complaint no. 4244463, 4250702, 4257420 and get same responces it will be updated in 48 hrs and even after 12 days no action has been taken.so disgusting behavior of company is really giving the false image as well as problems to the customer.its better to not use this service who didn't care the customer relationship.for suitable and favourable action plz

              The same reply m getting since 21 sep that it will update within 48 hrs.practically u may see that is that 48 hrs have not been completed yet.its its 14 the days today and it will be more than 376 hrs.very poor responces and very disgusting services offered by this free charge.its better to not to use this app I urgue all of my friends.simply unhealthy support of this web application.u opt for others surely but don't go for this irresponsibly acting web application

                  My name is ravi i had downloaded one app that is freecharge that is due to payment the recharges in the phones i tried recharge at amount of 1100 rupees but payment is done in my account but the recharge is not done in my phone and i got a message that the payment is done your money will return back in ur account but it is not done do i tried to call customer care but no one is responding i am very much disappointed

                          I already wait as your above mention date till 29th Sept 2016, but i want to tell you that i did not received my refund till now. please Refund my money. why are you telling a lie again and again. i also contact my bank partner if in real case you sent refund then give me some Detail of your payment gateway.

                            Its very disappointedly I would like to inform that I got recharged through free charge app vide txn. FCA[protected] dated 21 sep of 110.so many care mail sent and reciept but no favourable action.its really very disgusting and inferior quality of work.I will suggest my frnds also not to use such service which is so much embarrassed and disappointing customers.plz have inturuption and acknowledge the reciept on the said no.[protected]

                              I paid electricity bill of rs. 1383 through freecharge using one coupon code fcbill the electricity bill is still not reflected even after 9 dayss of bill payment. I have following details:
                              Order id: fcea[protected]
                              Usc:[protected]
                              Their customer support number is either not valid or always busy, hence just waste of time.
                              The money is deducted from my account and still not paid according to the site.

                              2. The coupon code is just fraud case.

                                My name is debayan konar. My user name in freecharge and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Contact no is [protected]. Today at 10.21a. M i recharge my bsnl no ([protected]) by 549/- which is a data pack. My order id is fcva[protected] and then they so me recharge was successful. But no message had not come in my phone from bsnl regarding this recharge so recharge is done yet but when i was mailing to "freecharge" for refund they simply deny for refund and said the recharge is successful. So please help me to recover my money.

                                      I have emailed to Freecharge, to refund my moneny because information provided over the Freecharge Apps, plans were misleading and incorrect. In other words it was duped information due to which I landed up with paying for incorrect recharge. (No where it was mentioned that its a promo offer, no disclaimer while recharging, neither it mentioned any validity, nor promo balance - screenshot attached).

                                      However, Freecharge is saying its a Promo Offer which you have recharge. I have recharged it because of misleading/duped information on the FREECHARGE apps. FREECHARGE is trying to make money by giving misleading information about the recharge plans which is obviously unethical mean of business.

                                      I hope Consumer Forum would be assisting me with this issue.

                                      Hi Freecharge Team,

                                      I have been using Freecharge for recharging talktime by relying on the recharge information provided on the freecharge plans for the telecom operators.

                                      I have recharge today a TATA DOCOMO number at 21-Sep-2016 01:08 am by checking the TATA DOCOMO plans for Rs.88 with validity null and TALKTIME value INR100 as mentioned in the FREECHARGE APPS (screenshot attached). But there was nothing mentioned regarding the validity neither I receive any disclaimer while recharging.

                                      After the recharge, I found this is only for 10 days. Hence, I was into impression that it has no validity. By recharging with Rs.88 I will get Talktime of INR100 because there is nothing mentioned about the validity.

                                      I would request you to kindly refund my money into my FREECHARGE and also the Promo Balance which I have used while recharging it.
