I have placed an online order for cell recharge of 250 rupees; 244 rupees got deducted from my bank account(Saraswat Bank) but I have not received any balance yet. I had rechrged towards Vodafone network. Please look in the matter. I want refund my amount. the details of the order is as follow:

Hi, ive contacted freecharge service more than 4 times to get my issue resolved. Till now I haven't received any response from them. I want my god damn money. Feels like ive wasted my money on you guyz and i promise going forward i wont use free charge app ever in my lifetime and also share my experience will all my friends who are using it.

The money (1830rs) got deducted from my account and when asked to refund, no ones replying...

I have recharge reliance bigtv online through sbi net banking for rs.300/-, my account has debited but the recharge process has cancelled, and till not refunded. My order number is fcdm[protected] and the timing is 14:37, as the freechage payment system is responsible to pay as the same. Please do the needful and refund the same, i'll be thankful to you....

Sir, most humbly I would like to share the poor responces of free charge payment app by which I used to recharge the mob.no. 110 rs on [protected] vide txn no. FCVA[protected] dated 21 sep 16.I lodged several complaints to free charge vide complaint no. 4244463, 4250702, 4257420 and get same responces it will be updated in 48 hrs and even after 12 days no action has been taken.so disgusting behavior of company is really giving the false...

My name is ravi i had downloaded one app that is freecharge that is due to payment the recharges in the phones i tried recharge at amount of 1100 rupees but payment is done in my account but the recharge is not done in my phone and i got a message that the payment is done your money will return back in ur account but it is not done do i tried to call customer care but no one is responding i am very much disappointed...

I have recharge Rs. 111.00 for mob no- [protected]. I got conformation SMS but recharge not done. this was conformed by BSNL cc, Please resolve this issue. I have not revived any refund amount in my wallate and also the recharge was not done on the BSNL no. Please take necessary action and refund the amount or proceed the recharge.

I recharged on 19-September-2016 by (www.freecharge.in). I wants tol tell you this company deducted my Money and my Recharge was Unsuccessful. On spot I mail to Freecharge he told me that your money return within 5 to 7 days Now time is over today 11th day. till now i did not received any Refund in my bank account. I mail him with My Bank Statement till date also. he saying that he refunded already. I am attaching my Bank Statement screen...

Customer selected worng network and worng circle then also recharge is proceded sucessfully.

Then why given the network to select and why they given circle to select.

I am owner of ([protected]@gmail.com), I created freecharge account by this mail id, i recharge by this site but my balance deducted by freecharge and my recharge was unsuccesfull Now My complaint is that as Freecharge told me my money will be refund in 7 days. today is 11 th of day but till now i did not receive no any money in my account.

Its very disappointedly I would like to inform that I got recharged through free charge app vide txn. FCA[protected] dated 21 sep of 110.so many care mail sent and reciept but no favourable action.its really very disgusting and inferior quality of work.I will suggest my frnds also not to use such service which is so much embarrassed and disappointing customers.plz have inturuption and acknowledge the reciept on the said no.[protected]...

I paid electricity bill of rs. 1383 through freecharge using one coupon code fcbill the electricity bill is still not reflected even after 9 dayss of bill payment. I have following details:

M i recharge my bsnl no ([protected]) by 549/- which is a data pack. My order id is fcva[protected] and then they so me recharge was successful. But no message had not come in my phone from bsnl regarding this recharge so recharge is done yet but when i was mailing to "freecharge" for refund they simply deny...

I have emailed to Freecharge, to refund my moneny because information provided over the Freecharge Apps, plans were misleading and incorrect. In other words it was duped information due to which I landed up with paying for incorrect recharge. (No where it was mentioned that its a promo offer, no disclaimer while recharging, neither it mentioned any validity, nor promo balance - screenshot attached).

However, Freecharge is saying...

Amount Deducted but no recharge.
I recharged on [protected] of Rs.60. Amount got deducted but did not receive any recharge. Transaction history also shows no records. Please help me....
