I paid 395/- from freecharge, transaction is successfull, but its still pending from last 2 days, they told to refund it within 3 hours if recharge isnt done, but still its pending, i tried to contact them but every time they reply with same content just copy pasting each time on email, toll free no is also busy. They even dont reply on email, they are such a frustating service. This is my first time bad experience with freecharge. The same had done to me with paytm as well, but they just provided the best service as they can, where freecharge really fails. They even dont picking up the phone. On freecharge website they show transaction is pending, but they replied me that the transaction i sucessfull, even 395/- is also withdrawn from account. This shows the double standards of this stupid website. I am providing the screenshots of both the messages. Really need to improve freecharge.in

        I had done a recharge of mobile number - [protected] with order id-FCVW[protected]. Money deducted from my bank account and i not received any recharge .also no customer support from free charge no call connecting on their number
        Its not a first time, now i think being in a law profession i should take some right action against such issues to make them understand its not a joke

        We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

        We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVW[protected].

        If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

        We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID GSBI[protected] & GSBI[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

        Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

        They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

          Hi' team FreeCharge. I have faced a problem while recharging to my airtel mobile no through FreeCharge app.Recharge was failed but My bank account has been debited. After few minutes i received a mail regarding "payment failed retry now" it said "In case, money has been debited without confirmation from our side, don't worry. It will be credited back to your card/bank account by your bank in 24-48 hours."

          Its been over 24 hours, i have not yet received any benefits or refund for the failed payment.

            I did recharge on my vodafone number [protected] rupees 349 and the amount deducted from my account but i did not receive the recharge and i did recharge 02/09/2016 at 10.30 am but still waiting for my payment to revert in my wallet . i already email to customer care many times but they are not giving me. so i just want to ask one thing in that case what is the customer fault why customer has to suffer with that kind of issue and please revert my money in my wallet

            freecharge is the waste website just wasting of time we should go for paytm or other websites even they did not mention the customer care toll free number only having some number on website those numbers are fake

                I have not received cashback after adding 10000 to my freecharge wallet on 31st august 2016. Freecharge has given that if i add money to freecharge wallet i will get up to 50% cashback. Minimum cashback Rs.20 and Maximum cashback is 500. While adding the amount to my freecharge wallet i applied the coupon GET500, the coupon was added successfully, which means i will get 50% cashback up-to 500 within 24 hours as promised by freecharger. After 24 hours i did not get the cashback, there for i contacted freecharge, i got a reply form freecharge that i used my internet banking for transaction, they said the cashback is applicable if transaction is done using only debit card or credit card. Their clam was not true because i never use internet banking. I used my debit card for translation. Again i mail freecharge telling, i used debit card for transaction giving all the prove like, snapshot of bank otp message which i received form my bank for payment of rs 10000 through my debit card. But still i get a respond that i used internet banking which is not true. I mail twice yesterday and once today morning claiming my cashback but there is no response from freecharge. My earnest appeal is to get the cashback of rs 500 as promised by freecharger.

                When you were supposed to give a cashback of ₹500 and you did not, and now you agree it's your fault, still you provided only ₹100 CB. I wonder what more foolish an action can be. Either you should not accept or mistake (which you can't as the person has proof) or accept it and rectify it. Also, as a token for being sorry, you should additionally add some more amount. You should stop trying to fool people as it's ultimately you only who is at loss. For the same reason, I am deactivating my newly created account.

                    Yesterday I tried to recharge a BSNL Kerala prepaid number for Rs.100 & Rs.50 at the same time. Money got deducted from my bank account but the recharge was not successful. After some time I received a message stating that the recharge is pending from BSNL & if it's not done within 3 hours the amount will be transferred to my freecharge wallet. Neither the recharge is done nor the money is transferred to my freecharge wallet.

                            Dear sir,
                            Yesterday evening around 6:20 pm, i make first transaction from freecharge app using desktop by using promo code 70fc, recharge of rs.110 is successfull.

                            Then i don't get refund of maximum rs. 75, so i make complain to [protected]@freecharge.com, in reply of that they revert me "it's your fault you don't use our promocode at time of recharge", they are closed the complaint as it is not resolved.

                            Kindly help to resolve. Awaiting for your positive reply & action

                                I did a transaction through freecharge - refer : FCVW[protected]
                                I have not yet got the prepaid recharge but it shows the recharge as successful to [protected].
                                Pleas help in getting me the recharge.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Yesterday and today I recharged my no. [protected] on[protected] which order id on freecharge.in is FCMW[protected] not successful still now i the transaction is failed could you please clarify me and i am trying to call your toll free no no one attempt the phone call for the respective concealed please rectify the problem in freecharge.in
                                    i tried to complaint to that company before but there is no provision of that kind of support so i am trying to complaint here so that my problem will be solved..

                                        By mistake i have updated my wallet of Rs.10000 instead of Rs.1000 around a week back 17th August. Freecharge tells us that they have an option to withdraw money from wallet back to my bank account provided only after 7 days of time.Ticket No 4132388

                                        I am trying to withdraw since yesterday but the error pops up " Withdrwal limit exceeded". I have no idea about this issue becuase i have not made any withdrwal from this account till date.I have posted queries but only the automated replies are coming with general procedure to withdraw .No user specific/query specific replies from freecharge.

                                        With such misleading information "withdrawal limit exceeded" how will use a product to store my money & how can i trust my money is safe.

                                        Pl have a time bound to everything & its time for you to start over-the-call complaint resolving service when there is a money storage involved.Mail communications are working only with certain extent & not providing any time bound for solving the issue.

                                        There has been a restriction to withdraw of 48 hrs for a bank account added in the FC account. I added my bank account on 24th 5.45 & i was trying to withdraw amount for last two days without any success.Only today 26th Aug 5.45 PM 48 hrs restriction has been lifted & i could able to withdraw amount from my FC wallet to banck account.Freecharge should post all those details clearly in T&C or FAQ's. Although this has not solved by FC customer support atlast am happy i could able to get back my money

                                        We at FreeCharge ensure that your money is safe . Retaining money in your FreeCharge wallet is absolutely secure and convenient.

                                        We would like to inform you that please try to withdraw the money after 24 hours.

                                        - Login to your account and click on "Withdraw Money"
                                        - Enter your bank account details.
                                        - The money will reflect in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.

                                        We would like to emphasize on the mentioned aspects

                                        1. Money that was added less than 7 days back cannot be withdrawn for security reasons.
                                        2. Promotional cash given out by merchants cannot be withdrawn to bank.
                                        3. You can transfer a maximum of Rs.5, 000 in a day and minimum of Rs.100 to your bank account in a single transaction.

                                        Additionally, the limit on withdrawal to your account per month is Rs.25, 000.

                                        If you still facing the issue in withdraw please write back us with the screen shot of error message to [protected]@freecharge.com so that we will assist you further.

                                        WOW.What a reply though automated message of the process.

                                        Freecharge-hear what a customer is telling rather giving such automated mails.

                                        What is the purpose of send such automated mails when the customer is in pain for your portal error.

                                        The process given by you is not working & that was my query...I am already losing my confidence.This is really a pathetic service.
