We at FreeCharge ensure that your money is safe . Retaining money in your FreeCharge wallet is absolutely secure and convenient.
We would like to inform you that please try to withdraw the money after 24 hours.
- Login to your account and click on "Withdraw Money"
- Enter your bank account details.
- The money will reflect in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.
We would like to emphasize on the mentioned aspects
1. Money that was added less than 7 days back cannot be withdrawn for security reasons.
2. Promotional cash given out by merchants cannot be withdrawn to bank.
3. You can transfer a maximum of Rs.5, 000 in a day and minimum of Rs.100 to your bank account in a single transaction.
Additionally, the limit on withdrawal to your account per month is Rs.25, 000.
If you still facing the issue in withdraw please write back us with the screen shot of error message to [protected]@freecharge.com so that we will assist you further.

Freecharge-hear what a customer is telling rather giving such automated mails.
What is the purpose of send such automated mails when the customer is in pain for your portal error.
The process given by you is not working & that was my query...I am already losing my confidence.This is really a pathetic service.
