Hello.. team
I am still facing the issue of account login. I'm not able to login to my wallet account for last 10 days. Why you guys are still not able to resolve the issue.
I am waiting for your response of my last complaint for last 3 days.
Your service is sucks, I have never faced this time of issue in past.
I have clear the catche and cookies and I am using the new device for last 10 days.
When I am going to login with the link you sent me-'https://account.freecharge.in/app/wallet/' I am getting this error.
Please find the attached screenshot for the error.
Kindly provide the proper resolution in your next mail. I am not satisfied with your service at all. And if my problem will not get resolve in next 48 hours I may file a case in consumer forum.

      It has been 2 days i have paid my utility bill payment of 2420rs using freecharge.
      The money has been deducted from my debit card but it is not showing paid on bses portal.

      Freecharge is saying that transaction us completed.
      But as i can see the payment is not done on bses my utility bill is unpaid.


      M worried for my money.

      Please take a serious action in this regard.

          Freecharge customer care not unlock my account and he is not response me properly. my account id is - [protected]@gmail.com. i also verify my account successfully but he locked my account every 7-10 days interval. i complain to freecharge customer care on dated 08/07/2016 and freechage complain ticket no is-3964460. i am very upset with this site. do needful action as soon as possible.

                Dear sir,
                I loaded the amount into wallet of freecharge.com of my account, as per terms & conditions of locking period is 7 days buy after 7 days completions, the user can transfer the amount from wallet to bank account whereas freecharge.com has locked my account to access. i have several time reminded by email addressed to [protected]@freecharge.com, but they are not resolving simply stating send the screenshot of problem occurred & after sending the screenshot they are becoming silent for resolution.

                As per your reply I have attached screenshot for your reference.It clearly shows that Freecharge have locked my account without allowing to utilizing loaded amount into wallet.So, freecharge is utilizing the customer amount for his business growth by harassing to customer by giving mental agony & financial burden to pay to the concern bank without using the bank amount, but should be ready to pay for keeping loyalty else defaulter.

                Therefore, kind request to resolve early.
                Bad service, same service failure with me.

                    Sir i got a e-mail by freecharge in which i got promo code for recharge of rs 50 and get 50 cashback valid till 12july. But when i am going to recharge then it will not work...if it is fake so pls dont send this type of e mail otherwise i unistall the freecharge app.
                    What ever i give information is sufficient to solve the problem ok..

                    That is other thigh you are not solve the problem knowingly...so no need to solve the problem, after installing the freecharge app it will automatically solve out...good day

                      Day before yesterday i was doing a postpaid bill payment of 953 rs with a discount of 100 rs in freecharge site and my payment got deducted and the payment did not go through.

                      I am waiting for refund and many times i have called the customer care number..its always coming busy..

                        This order id shown above its saying that its status is pending what to to its date 5th july 2016 time 9:56 am its more than 48 hours but they reply me all auto generatedmais for responding and its showing all the but what to do and not picking up the contact number they are reply me that its pending but if its failure we refund your amount but nothing single sms not recieved on my number and only one message is that your recharge is in process
                        Freecharge did not provide me the recharge transaction id with my service provider if they provide me transaction id i can ask my service provider for this transaction id status

                            I have transferred the wallet balance amount to Bank account from my freecharge account since 15 days as the freecharge.com wallet registered to yes bank, but the wallet balance amount not credited to transferred Bank account.I several times requested to freecharge.com care team, but the care team not responding my question & facing problem.Even care team has locked my account to access.

                            Accelyst solution's risk team management has immediately contacted me after lodge complain in this forum, but they are diverting the attention of the customer for said complain by stating that the withdrawn money has been transferred to respective bank for credit & if not credited then contact the bank whereas the any amount crediting to Bank account then soon after receiving the text message into my mobile number which has not credited also I attached the transaction slip of bank account from 25 may 16 onwards to 7th July 16.But, no reply received or not credited the transferred amount till date.

                              I paid my post paid bill yesterday(6-Jul-2016) (Order Id : FCFW[protected]) but yet status is displaying as pending and customer suport team confirmed that recharge is unsuccessful but yet i not get back my refund amount.
                              Hi Shishir Suman, I hope your query gets resolved and you receive your refund. I suggest you do not use Freecharge at all. They deduct the amount from your bank balance, but your bill status still shows pending. I have stopped using this site completely. Off late I have found a new reliable website known as Billbachao. I make my Airtel bill payment using this site and never has it happened that the amount was debited from my bank account and the bill was not payed. I totally trust this site. Also, I have downloaded their app. It is convenient and quick. I can make payment anytime, anywhere using this app. It provides cashback offer too that helps me make savings on my next bill. I have suggested this app to many of my friends and they too are very happy with it. The app can be used by prepaid users as well. They can recharge their phones with this app. The Billbachao app is available for Android users only. Addcash transactions generally get updated in your account immediately and you should have received a confirmation message regarding the same. On some rare occasions, it may take up to 5 days to reflect in your account. If the amount is not credited to your wallet the same will be automatically refunded to the source(debit/credit) within 5 business days.                                   Balance has been deducted from my credit card but payment still showing pending there is no contact details are mentioned on website of customer care.
                                  Pathetic customer satisfaction from freecharge please help me out on this

                                    So i kindly request to you that refund my due amount as soon as possible. otherwise i'll take further action which causes an unsatisfied action.

                                      On 03.07.2016 morning i did online recharge of amount rs 199 for my mobile through my debit card. amount is deducted from my account and i got a message from freecharge as stated below. recharge of rs.199 for (my mobile no.) (order id - fcvw[protected]) is in process. you will receive further update within 2 hrs. but still amount not received. after 5hrs i tried to call the customer care. but no one is responding from the below given numbers.

                                      I rised the complain about freecharge as recharge amount not received. Then I got reply from freecharge as giving assurance that my problem will be solved soon. But it's already more then 36hrs over still no more feedback . ( recharge with transaction IDFCVW[protected] ) regarding that issue.

                                      I am narendra.i pay my electricity bill on 27/06/2016 from freecharge they sent email to me who knows that bill payment is successful in 3 business days.& They send me message for bill payment is due.so why they are not refund my money.

                                        I have added money to my wallet i got message from my bank provider as i got my money deducted but i didnt got any money in my wallet and as soon as i have added money in the wallet page didnt load and got blank page after that no money in the wallet.
                                        Please respond to it and get my money in the wallet
                                        and please take care it wont get repeated again...
