On 03.07.2016 morning i did online recharge of amount rs 199 for my mobile through my debit card. amount is deducted from my account and i got a message from freecharge as stated below. recharge of rs.199 for (my mobile no.) (order id - fcvw[protected]) is in process. you will receive further update within 2 hrs. but still amount not received. after 5hrs i tried to call the customer care. but no one is responding from the below given numbers.

I rised the complain about freecharge as recharge amount not received. Then I got reply from freecharge as giving assurance that my problem will be solved soon. But it's already more then 36hrs over still no more feedback . ( recharge with transaction IDFCVW[protected] ) regarding that issue.
