    Not resolve/refund the unsuccessful recharge amount to my wallet

    Legally i should get the unsuccessful recharge amount refund. i talked to operator but operator say this is wrong number so
    Recharge not done & you can contact to freecharge where to make
    Recharge. so i should get refund otherwise i think its a false server
    And can take legal action against freecharge.

    Also request to indian law they have not any contact number land phone & mobile no why? so its a fake server to cheat people

    "Hi Diluar, Did you get the refund? Something similar happened to me once. I was trying to recharge my phone using a freecharge website. I opted for the 100 Rs plan; my balance was deducted but I didn’t get the recharge, then I had to call the customer care. It was way too much trouble for a single recharge. Firstly, the customer care lines are never free, secondly, even if they are free, these customer care executives are half the times tongue tied on money refund issues. Therefore, I had to switch to a different mobile recharge app.
    Have you heard of this new app called Bill Bachao to recharge your phone? It’s good to avoid such troubles. Ever since I have installed the app, I haven’t faced any transaction decline issues. It recharges the phone in 3 simple steps. The best feature among others is its tracking feature. The app tracks the number of calls, texts sent and even app wise data consumption. Based on our usage it will suggest three most suitable mobile recharge plans for us. It will also tell us how much we save on each plan.       I was having wallet balance of ₹50, but automatically it becomes zero. I want to know the reason. So I request every body not to keep a single penny in your freecharge wallet & stop using this app.

        I tried to add a sum of 1200 to my wallet on 1 aug 2016, around 2am.
        The sum of money is deducted from my bank account and is not added to my wallet.
        And i haven't got any refund yet
        Not even a message from freecharge regarding this fault.
        I tried to reach the customer care no and no one is picking up the phone.
        Highly dissatisfied with their service!

          Hi, i m kunal, i have a freecharge account with email id [protected]@gmail. Com..
          With balance more thn 1000... On 30, july, 16 my account blocked my freecharge... Without any prior message or notice...
          When i contacted them they say.. Its due to security reasons... I need to submit my id and bank statement... I said.. I dont have my personal bank account so we agreed upon giving my fathers statement having freecharge latest transactions (Though i asked why should i give statement... They said we wont unblock till you give it)...
          Now they are niether unblocking my account nor replying...
          I m very upset... That i am facing this... Without any legit reason... They are not giving my money... Back..

            My balance from my bank account was deducted on 27 june 2016 but freecharge is not returning it...the order id was FCVA[protected]..i have mailed many times to freecharge but there was no response regarding this matter...therefore i request you to see in the matter. this is a serious matter they are not also receiving the call on their customer care centre...therefore it seems there is no accountability.

            Hi Shubhaa, I suggest you stop using the Freecharge website to get your phone recharge done. Switch to a more reliable website. Try Billbachao. It is a trustworthy website that I have been using for the past 7 to 8 months and have never faced any issue. Earlier when I was using the Freecharge website many times the amount was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive the balance. I sent one mail everyday to the Freecharge customer care ID, but I never received any response from their end. This made me switch to another website. Now I have downloaded the app too of Billbachao. It is great. The app is useful in recharging your phone when on the go. Also, it has additional features like track your usage, cashback benefits, usage details, usage summary, etc. It is advisable that you download this app in your phone for convenience. The app also lets you find the best network available in your area. If you are facing issues with your network, get this app, check for service providers with strong signal in your area, and opt for number portability.                 The day before yesterday (july 27, 2016) i have loaded rupees 2647 to my wallet which makes a total of rupees 2650.
                I was trying to pay for an electric bill (cesc) from paytm payment gateway via freecharge go mastercard but every time it failed to pay even i’ve more than sufficient balance in my wallet.
                After putting those otp in the final step, the transaction failed.
                Also, that failed transaction is not showing in my freecharge transaction history section.

                Error : payment declined by bank. retry with a different payment mode/card.

                Even freecharge have the option to pay for cesc bills but it was not working, showing the last date was passed (but in reality, 16+ hours till remain to pay the bills).

                I request fc to transfer my credited balance back to my bank account or let me do so, by nullifying their 7 days restriction but they didn't help me out, even those reply from customer care executive was very irritating (sending same predefined mail template).

                Now, for that fc's fraudster activity, i end up with a fine to my biller.

                          While doing a recharge of my reliance number from freecharge of rs 299, amount got deducted from my account, page was loading and came 404 error. After that transaction status was successful but number was not recharged. I got this message from 52811 "52811:
                          Dear customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience. Thank you. Reliance.
                          Received: 01:22"
                          Even after all this freecharge has not yet refunded my amount, its been 3 days now. They can even verify this from reliance, that my number was not recharged. Today after 3 days i recharged my number again from paytm.

                          Hey Deepa, this is a very common problem that most of the users are facing with Freecharge. They get to this website to recharge their phones and end up losing their money from the bank account with gaining any balance. I have gone through the same a few times. I have completely stopped using this site as I din't want to keep losing my money. While I was surfing the Internet to find some reliable websites and apps to get my phone recharge done, I found Billbachao. I read about it online and thought of giving it a try. I downloaded the Billbachao app from the Google PlayStore for free. Its been more than 6 months that I am using this app and trust me I have no complains. It is great. The transaction is quick and safe. The amount gets debited from my bank account and within a few minutes I receive my balance. I trust this app completely. I have suggested my friends too to use this app as even they have lost money while recharging their phones with unreliable websites and apps.                             Mr. Chetan Swamy I suggest you stop using the Freecharge.in website. I had recharged my phone to get mobile data for Internet surfing and chatting. The amount got debited from my account but I did not receive the balance. I contacted their customer care service but they were unable to help me. I was very frustrated and decided to never use this site again ever. I started looking for websites that are genuine and found Billbachao. This website is for recharging your phone and making postpaid bill payments. I have been using this website for the past 11 months and never have I faced any problem with it. I am glad I found about this website. I always use this website when I need to recharge my phone for talk time, mobile data balance, or bonus cards. The best thing about this website is that it offers all mobile recharges including Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel, Tata Docomo, Reliance, etc. Billbachao has an app too that can be used by Android users.                                 When I type my promo code in new freecharge account the promo code shows maximum redemption for the first.
                                I have escalated the issue to customer care for first time, they solved these. But I am facing the same issue now for which I mailed 3 to 5 times to customer care but i did not get any reply and problem is not being solved.

                                  I agree with you Afreen M93. Freecharge app team is known for misguiding their customers. You call them with a query and they will never help you. This is very irritating. I have told my friends to stop using this app as it is so unreliable. You recharge your phone, the money will be deducted from your bank account, but you will never receive the balance in your phone. Because of such problems I had to stop using this app completely. I have deleted it from my phone. Off late I have downloaded the Billbachao app. The app is working well for me. I recharge my Airtel phone number with this app and the balance gets credited in my account instantly. There is no delay. Also, the added benefits o[censored]sing this app are many. You get cashback offers and coupons that help you make more savings on your phone's expenditure. The app is useful for postpaid users too. They can make bill payments online while on the go. Postpaid users too can avail the cashback offer and make savings on their mobile bills.                                     No updates on recharge even after more than a day passed, still showing pending, no refund, no reply from customer support. i have mailed to their customer support several times but received a reply that they will look into it and the recharge is under process. no reply after that. its been 1.5 days since online payment.
                                    Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Forums are filled with complains for Freecharge. Most of the people have complained that this app deducts the money from the bank account and does not credits the balance in your phone. I have gone through something similar. The best thing that you can do it stop using Freecharge completely. It is not a reliable source to get your mobile recharge done. I have found a website that is much more reliable than Freecharge. Try Billbachao. This is a website that helps you make recharge and make mobile bill payments online. The moment I get a message that the money has been deducted from my bank account, I receive the balance. The site is quick and reliable. I suggest you stop using Freecharge and try Billbachao. You can also download the Billbachao app from Google PlayStore if you are using an Android phone. The app is more useful than the website as it offers cashback benefits. The cashback amount gets saved in your wallet and you can use it on your next transaction. This app also tracks your daily usage and suggests three plans that best suits your requirement.                                       I am using freecharge account which is [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com" so yesterday i had made an payment of rupees 488/- in AIRTEL postpaid number [protected] and i checked it out and transaction was failed but my money had been deducted from my bank account and i dint got return back my money in my bank account and freecharge wallet is shows zero and recharge not done yet and dint even received the cashback! i am sending you screen shot so you can check it out and please help me out i am a poor fellow.

                                      We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

                                      We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCMA[protected].

                                      If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

                                      We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID GSMP[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

                                      Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

                                      They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.
