The day before yesterday (july 27, 2016) i have loaded rupees 2647 to my wallet which makes a total of rupees 2650.
I was trying to pay for an electric bill (cesc) from paytm payment gateway via freecharge go mastercard but every time it failed to pay even i’ve more than sufficient balance in my wallet.
After putting those otp in the final step, the transaction failed.
Also, that failed transaction is not showing in my freecharge transaction history section.
Error : payment declined by bank. retry with a different payment mode/card.
Even freecharge have the option to pay for cesc bills but it was not working, showing the last date was passed (but in reality, 16+ hours till remain to pay the bills).
I request fc to transfer my credited balance back to my bank account or let me do so, by nullifying their 7 days restriction but they didn't help me out, even those reply from customer care executive was very irritating (sending same predefined mail template).
Now, for that fc's fraudster activity, i end up with a fine to my biller.
