I had an skype interview which is why i have recharged with 157 inr in freecharge. Money credited but recharge has not done. I checked with airtel. They told me that any recharge has not been done online.

No body picks up it is not 24*7. Kindly take action on this company and refund my money back.

I am again recharging using paytm. Please refund my money.

      Yesterday at 5 pm I have done recharge for one of my airtel number, but amount is deducted from my account and recharge is not done till yet and also i have not received any refund amount in my Freecharge wallet .
      In transaction history its showing (Recharge Succesfull)
      but not received any receipt on my mail
      When recharge is only not done, how they are saying that its successfull
      Very disappointed
      This was not expected from freecharge at all
      i am expecting for refund amount

        Dear sir,
        I had paid my bsnl landline bill through freecharge.In by net banking on 8.4.2016 (Rs.734) the same amount debited from my bank account but same was not submitted by you to bsnl by freecharge. I had already complaint 2 times on freecharge complaint board but they are asking of my debit card no for refund. Again i complaint on consumer board for refund. But i think free charger is not interest to give refund.
        So. I request you please do needful.

              I have done recharge of rs 300/-rs with appling the code ucobank in which i gets (25% or max upto 50rs) in my wallets. But i have not received neither of them even after the code was showing me that its is been applied on it and before making this recharge by balance in the wallet was 111/-rs and after making recharge of 300/-then also my bal in the wallet is rs 111/- and my order no was order id: fcvw[protected].               Dear sir, i faced the two situation transactions amounts at www.freecharge.com website.
              On 9th may2016 and 13th may2016 order number-FCVW[protected] on dated-09/05/2016 of Rs-291/- and(2)FCVW[protected] on dated-13/05/2016 of Rs-561/-i try to bsnl mobile recharge with the amount Rs-291/-and Rs-561/- at freecharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was done only of Rs-251/- and the amount was debited from my bank account of Rs-291-and of Rs-561/- and debited Rs-561/-from my bank account.but recharge not done by freecharge but showing sucessfully recharged.my money debited from my bank account Rs-561/-.So many times(Still now) i contact to freecharge customer care about refund amount Rs-40/-and Rs-561/-, total Rs-601/-but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount Rs-601/-...Pls verify and refund my entire amount Rs-601/- to my bank account.

              Dear sir, i faced the one situation transactions amounts at talkcharge website.
              On 1st june2016i try to bsnl mobile recharge with the amount Rs-561/- at talkcharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.So many times(Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount Rs-561/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount Rs-561/-...Pls verify and refund my amount Rs-561/- to my bank account.

                Sir i have done a recharge by freecharge app from my mob.of rs 248 of tata docomo and i applied promo code visa10 in which 10% cashback have to come in my freecharge wallet but i didnt got any amount of cashback even the visa code is successfully applied and i have not recieve any recharge confirmation message by freecharge. so pls resolve my problem thats very kind o[censored]

                    I got a gift coupon from my company so i had different options for redeeming it and i chose freecharge vouchers, but when i tried shopping using freecharge go master card payment failed and i tried with freecharge wallet as they said freecharge wallet can be used in jabong but that too failed, when i complained the same to customer care via mail they replied in a very irresponsible way and whey i tweeted this i got a call from their representative and she said i cannot use freecharge go master card since i added fund using voucher but previously i had used freecharge go master card for booking movie tickets and when i asked why i am not able to use wallet she said you cannot use it in jabong, but even at the moment i post this complaint in the freecharge site they shows we can use wallet in jabong, and she tried to convince me by offering me 100rs freecharge credit but i didn't accept, i lost my 3000rs because of freecharge

                      Hello there,

                      Today i have made a payment, using my account registered on my phone number [protected], to torrent power to pay my electricity bill (Service no/customer no.[protected]. The transaction appears successful on freecharge but my bill hasn't been paid on torrent. What to do now?

                      Transaction no.:- fcei[protected].

                      Even their own app displays that my electricity bill of ₹1040 is not paid and asks to pay again.

                      This is not the service that i expected. This is the 3rd time i am having any inconvinience in your service.

                        I did a recharge from freecharge.In during april 2016.
                        Order id: fcvw[protected]
                        Recharged date:[protected]
                        Recharge amount : rs. 94.00

                        I did a 2g net pack of rs 94/- for 1gb data with 28 days validity.
                        After i make a recharge my account was debited but net pack was not activated.Instead of net pack, 79 mins talk time i got.

                        Why i dont get net pack. I further survey and found that in reliance communication website that net pack of 94 is not available instead of 94, rs 97 is available.

                        Now my complain is that i trusted freecharge.In website and their plans. They have not updated your website nor their plans. Being a regular customer of their website i trusted and i found cheated.

                        I have sent invoice and screen shot of freecharge website un-updated plans and reliance communication website plans and benefit message i received on my phone.

                        Freecharge have replied:
                        Once the transaction is successful from our end the authority to credit any talk time / validity or any promotional offer lies with your respective service provider.

                        Your service provider has charged us this amount and updated us that the recharge is successful.

                        We request you to kindly mark an email to your service provider with the operator transaction id and transaction details (Date, time and mobile number) with a cc of the email to [protected]@freecharge.In

                        Now my query is i did recharge from freecharge.In and now they are telling to fight with telecom operator. Why i would fight with them. Its there duty to fight with telecom operator as they are running the website. They are removing their responsilbilty. As i have paid freecharge why will i fight with telecom authority. And telecom authority website was update only freecharge website is not update that time.

                        Hope you will soon to resolve my problem. Awaiting for your quick response.

                            I have done payment on wrong no. For my broadband connection. For the same I reach out first to Airtel and the responded that no. does not exist so we can not trace the debited amount. And they advised that talk to freecharge customer care they will trace the payment and reverse your amount.
                            So I tried so many time freecharge customer care no but no one picked up my call I emailed on [protected]@freecharge as well but are not responding satisfactory resolution.

                            In this situation no one is helping me.

                            Please help me with proper solution.
                            And sever my amount ASAP.

                            NOTE- I have provide all evidence which are required to trace the money now freecharge need to work on this issue seriously. Neither I need to take strict action.

                              Hello freecharge,

                              You guys acted so irresponsibly. the refund was initiated on 7th of May and still theres no trace of money. its not only an issue of money but also how carelessly you handle your customers. is this your corporate behaviour. not at all responsive. if this behaviour and response is maintained towards customers, you are gonna loose all your reliability and services. i am gonna seek legal action against such inconvenient behaviour. And do not again reply me with the same dialogue of action being taken. you are not supposed to keep my money hanging and me wasting my time again again on your worse service ever! just because of your such irresponsibility and unreliable service, you have lost the place with Paytm! better try to maintain your service and respect your customers need. no sense of business at all!
                              i suggest you to learn from PAYTM towards there customer services. they solve their users problem within 24 hrs of issue

                                Sir,
                                I tried to add money to wallet at freecharge for bill payment of Rs.2394 on 13th May 2016, but somehow the transaction failed, the money was debited from my account .I complainted to [protected]@freecharge.com - they replied that the refund would be done within 7 days .
                                I made 3 complaints till now and even now money is not refunded .They are not even giving me proper information that money will be refunded or not.
                                I hope that the money is refunded soon.PLEASE HELP!!!

                                  I have added a bank account to my freecharge profile and i have transferred the freecharge money of my freecharge wallet to that bank account which i added
                                  But the problem is instead of account number i have added my card number in bank account section but i have entered right ifsc code
                                  So the money is transferred in wrong account which doesnt exists and i didnt get back my money to my freecharge wallet instead they are saying transaction is processed and now it is bank issue and their customer care number is useless and they dnt reply on [protected]@freecharge.in

                                    Hai free charge... I could not able to login my account and my free charge wallet is having lot of money but i couldn't able to access it.. Showing some errors while login.. But my friends login are working fine..

                                    I mailed [protected]@freecharge.com people, but that is completely useless they didn't helped me in any means.. I'm totally helpless now do some thing!

                                    And, i tried to call customer care people those numbers are always damn busy! Really annoyed of your support and service.
