I have done a recharge of 150 on bsnl no., Recharge failed but refund amount not received, and they said that they will update mee after 2 hours but its 3 hours late and still my refund of cancelled transaction is not done by freecharge . I have called thier costumer support number many times but found no response .This is rediculious. So please suggest mee what should I do

      On 03.07.2016 morning i did online recharge of amount rs 199 for my mobile through my debit card. amount is deducted from my account and i got a message from freecharge as stated below. recharge of rs.199 for (my mobile no.) (order id - fcvw[protected]) is in process. you will receive further update within 2 hrs. but still amount not received. after 5hrs i tried to call the customer care. but no one is responding from the below given numbers.

      As above given assurance to my complaint from freecharge, I waited more then 35 hrs still my problem not yet resolved. Kindly let me know the status.
      I selected a data pack from freecharge site and did a successful transaction.
      But it turns out to be a call booster instead of a data pack. My money was wasted due to the invalid data from their site. And they refused to refund me or even reply me. Dont ever use Freecharge...
      Issue resolved from freecharge. Amount of Rs199 is refunded to my freecharge wallet.

        Freecharge looting people by debiting their wallet without customer knowledge. They are simply sending SMS after debiting account..

        Their customer care number is also not working. They do not bother about customer money.

        Fraud, breach of trust, Be careful and try to stay away from these kind of fraud company's. Who are least bother about your hard earned money...

          Dear team,

          I mailed you guys saying that i have been robed by a con man from the contact no [protected] and has made the translation on your site. you guys did not give me the details of the person.

          You guys could have reverse the transaction but you did not even do that.

          When i asked you guys to give me the details of which vendor transaction they have made you guys did not give even that!!

          Wow amazing!! my money is gone and u guys are responsible

          Dear Team,

          I had raised a complain on Indian Consumer forum and someone through that someone called me with the no [protected] saying that he is from freecharge and the person who has done fraud with me he is freecharge client and has taken a gateway with freecharge. He said he can refund my money. After that he was asking me my account no and IFSC code and he wanted me to do a transaction on Paytm.

          Tel me do u guys have any such process ??

            I had done recharge of Rs 147 from freecharge app on 28th june 2016 and balance from my account was deducted but recharge was not done and I am trying since three days to contact freecharge help centr but no response has been given by freecharge I am highly dissatisfied with the freecharge services. please look in to the matter and resolve my problem.

              I have used the coupon code 3FC on my login id [protected]@highrangenetworks.com for my payment of bill of amount 3470/-. but no amount was credited in my account which should be minimum rs. 100. kindly let me know why the amount is not credited in my account. else this is really not worth happening.
              hope this is not a spam. and hope to get account credited soon.

                Hi sir,

                My wallet as been misused by some one. I dont know how they got my id. Just a few minutes i have received a mail and message that your mobile number has been updated. I got doubt and i checked my account. Now my money rs.5000 has been transfered to some other account. And its account was axis bank [protected] ifsc code utib0000779. And his number which is updated in my profile is [protected]. Its not my account and it's not my mobile number also. I need justice. I thought freecharge were the trustworthy site.. I have all the evidence.. Ill insist all the free charge user not to use there site as it is not secured.

                  Freecharge customer care not unlock my account and he is not response me properly. my account id is- [protected]@gmail.com.I also verify my account successfully but he locked my account every 10-15 days interval.                     Hi this is avaneesh and i have freecharge account on my emaild id name. yesterday i lost 5000 and 2000 rs, in total 7000rs from my account without my authorization and without otp. i did not received any otp but money had transfered to another person?? and when i enquired with customer care reply is money had already transferred and it is not possible to revert them back

                        Bescom bill paid through freerecharge not reflecting at bescom website in payment history.
                        I paid my june month bill of rs. 533 via freerecharge.
                        Got transaction success mail from freerecharge with ref no. Fcem[protected] but bill is not reflecting in payment history at bescom website. Written multiple emails to [protected]@freerecharge.In btut no reply from their side also no one picks on the call centre number.

                        As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected]. In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill.

                        Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider to confirm the same by providing the reference ID FRC[protected].

                        Also bill due date is tomorrow i.e. 29 June 2016 post which my electricity can be disconnected as per Bescom rules .Freerecharge is the worst service i have ever seen..will never ever use it nor would any of my friends and family use it..through their attitude they have lost a bunch of loyal customers
                        Also the the date of my transaction was 26 June 2016..its been 2 days now...no updates and no response..pathetic service by Freerecharge and causing so much mental frustration and waste of consumer time.

                            I, ashish kumar singh, did a recharge of rs.42 which was for 35p/min std according to the information provided by freecharge. But that information was incorrect and it was a roaming plan. So, i lost my 42 rs. I want freecharge to refund that much amount into my freechage wallet as soon as possible. Moreover, provide correct informations to the users.

                              Pay my bill for bsnl landline by freecharge
                              I got confirmation from freecharge, but no confirmation by bsnl. It still shows not paid in my bsnl land line account.

                              Please tell me how much time will it take for bsnl confirmation.
                              And in my bank account debit rs.862 but still bill payment not done
                              I also try on customer care number but its always busy.

                              Today i got sms from bsnl that my bill is not paid.

                                  I recharged for 36 for my idea no[protected] on a benefit for 36=36 . The transaction was complete and my money was taken from bank .I have mailed the customer support via mail ([protected]@free charge ) but I only got replied via computer /pre recorded msg and I have been doing the same mail business thrice a week i[censored] want them mail me I will send them too .free charge guys are not ethical to refund or recharge the same such shame

                                    I have made a bill payment for BSNL Landline.

                                    The order is successful but the amount is not yet received by bsnl.

                                    My payment is also not update as they claim that they haven't received Rs.405.

                                    Please check this with BSNL & process it immediately or refund the amount straight away.

                                    Any delay will result in disconnection of my connection due to freecharge

                                        pay my bill for bsnl land by free charge
                                        I got confirmation from freecharge, but no confirmation by BSNL . It still shows not paid in my BSNL LAND LINE account.

                                        Please tell me how much time will it take for BSNL confirmation.
                                        and in my bank account debit rs.513 bt still bll payment not done
                                        I also try on Customer care number but its always busy.

                                        Today I got SMS from BSNL that my bill is not paid.

                                        Please do something, or refund my money...
