    Hello sir, ma'am

    On 21june 16, i made a payment of rs 275 for my videocon d2h prepaid top up recharge. Transaction id isfcda[protected]

    I got confirmation from freecharge, but no confirmation by videocon d2h. It still shows not paid in my videocon d2h account.

    Please tell me how much time will it take for videocon confirmation.
    And in my bank account debit rs.275 bt still recharge not done
    I also try on customer care number but its always busy.

    Today i got sms from videocon d2h that my bill is not paid.

    Please do something, or refund my money...

      I paid Rs. 748/- towards my BSNL landline bill payment 2 days ago. But BSNL portal still says that I need to pay my bill. I mailed the customer care team of freecharge and they are also responding so recklessly. This is ridiculous on their part. If they are not able to pay the money back to BSNL, why do they need to provide the facility of paying the money.

        On 20 June 16, I made a payment of Rs 765 for my Bsnl landline bill payment. Transaction id is FCLA[protected].

        I got confirmation from freecharge, but no confirmation by Bsnl. It still shows not paid in my Bsnl account.

        Please tell me how much time will it take for Bsnl confirmation.

        I also sent a email regarding this twice, but still no reply. Customer care number is always busy.

        Today I got SMS from Bsnl that my bill is not paid.

        Please do something, or refund my money.

        Yes, account number is correct. I already sent 2 emails to [protected]@freecharge.in but still no reply.

          I have book a hotel from goibibo through freecharge wallet. For some reasons, i have cancelled my hotel. The merchant goibibo said that they have refunded the amount from their end. They (Goibibo) have also shared the refunded reference no. I have shared the reference no to freecharge as well. But they (Freecharge) are saying that they still want time to resolve my issue. I am facing this issue from last 3 months. From that time, they (Freecharge) are asking to share order the order cancellation reports. I have shared the respective reports. And after waitng for 1 month, but, they have said there are in constant touch with their internal team. They are again said to share the order cancellation reports. Iam sharing from the reports from last 3 months and they asking again and again. Now at last the txn was disappeared in my freecharge account which i used to paid on goibibo.com

          Hope my problems solves now by posting here

              My free charge i'd with name alina & no. [protected] & mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com i try to recharge mobile [protected] with ₹110 but transaction failed & amount deducted from my account & didn't get ₹110 in my wallet.

              So i request free charge to return my amount in wallet or bank account.

              If didn't get refund in 3 days, i promise i will not use this app in future & i have 600+ friends in fb & 15000+ members in my group & will post negatively about freecharge in fb & whatsapp.

                      My idea postpaid no. is [protected] which is Delhi NCR no., recently while I paid my mobile bill using freecharge app, i incorrectly entered no. [protected] and select idea postpaid option from your operator selection option but this no. is TAMILNADU Airtel postpaid and i have done a payment of rs. 937.
                      So how is this possible to make payment successful while I have selected idea postpaid from operator selection.
                      Can you please refund my balance or transfer bill payment on my no. [protected] idea postpaid.

                      Hey, the same thing happened to me once. I entered a wrong number and the recharge was credited to some other phone number. I never got the balance back from the network provider, even after complaining for so many days. But I have found the perfect solution to this problem. Off late I have been using the Bill Bachao app that is really cool. You just have to install the app from Google Play Store and fill in your details once. The details include your phone number, service provider, etc. Once you have the details filled, you can easily recharge your phone several times without typing your number or any other detail again and again. There is no scope of making a mistake. Love this app, it has solved this problem for me completely. I suggest you download this app in your phone.                         Hi,
                        As I have made a bus booking through freecharge app. Transaction was done finally from my debit card. After the transaction was sucessful it displayed seat already reserved.so again when I refresh the booking page that seat ws not reserved hence showed wrong information.so I made one more transaction on same seats then it was sucessful. So 2 times transactions was done of Rs.800 + 800 ..
                        So I kindly request you to refund the amount of Rs.800.

                          I topped up my freecharge wallet and tried to make my electricity bill payment. I kept getting error with request to try again. After several attempts I wrote to the customer care with screen shot. They assured matter will be sorted out in 24 hours. Even after 36 hours I was still getting the same error. On writing a stern note to customer care, I was advised to change my password and then make the utility bill payment. I reset my password after which my account balance shows zero in the App. On the desktop version the account balance of Rs 5211/- is showing but payment can still not be processed. I again sent them screen shots and demanded refund of Rs4400/- so that I can make my electricity bill payment thru other modes. Now there is no reply coming from freecharge customer care.
                          This is nothing but a nice way of enjoying free float of customers money. Such entities should be debarred from setting up a payment bank till they have their house in order and stop harassing their customers

                            I made a electricity bill payment (Mahadiscom) on 2 nd june of rs 1100 through freecharge. But it is still showing it pending since 11 days. I have tried to contact them but still no response. Pls help me. I have mailed them 5-6 times. The transaction i'd is fcea[protected]. It's hard earned money. If i don't pay before 20th june, then i will get a fine.

                                I would like to recommend that never use free charge service.

                                The company is actually cheating to customers.
                                I used the facility for mobile bill payment but my account was debited but payment was not successful however I also have coordinated a lot with customer service through email communication but my refund has not been processed.

                                    I add rs 9999 on 03 june 2016 in my freecharge wallet account for product purchase purpose but he blocked my a/c. I complain it to freecharge customer care and he say me to send pan card, adhar card and bank statement scan copy. as per instruction I send all documents to freecharge customer care after that he not responding me.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I have recharge my bsnl mobile +91-[protected] with st of 135.00 via order id fcva[protected] from www.freecharge.in on dated 06.06.2016. Immediately freecharge send me the sms of sucessful recharge is done. As this is special terrif, i started making calls, i realized that my main balance become zero and there was no charge from bsnl.
                                      I complaint the company regarding the false transaction made by them. After 4-5 remainders, they are unable to resolve my issue or refund my money.
                                      This is happened 2nd times with this company.
                                      They are cheating with the customers and not giving satisfactory reply. They simple says we will resolve in 24 hours or today they told for 48 hours.
                                      Now, i feel that i am cheated by this company. I hope you will take appropriate action so that they will not repeat such mistake knowingly in future.

                                        On 6 june 2016 at around 7 p. M i did a recharge of inr 550/- through freecharge app. It was showing that recharge is succesful but the balance was not credited in my mobile no. So i contacted airtel customer care but he denied of any online recharge done on my airtel mobile no. The transaction id is fcva[protected]. I want you to look into the matter and to either refund my money or complete the recharge

I was very troubled with the real estate, cricket and astrology updates. It feels good to get rid of them without having to call the customer care.
