Dear sir
We had paid bescom bill of rs 1005 for the month of april on 8.4.2016 thru freecharge app. When contacted by bescom they confirm that not received the bill amount. When i contacted freecharge customer care, they replied as follows
We have got this checked with the service provider and they have confirmed that this transaction has been successfully processed against the ref id frc[protected].
But so far, the transaction has not reflected in my electricity bill.
However, to avoid late payment penalty, i have paid my bill at bengaluru one center. But, due to the negligence of both freecharge, im at loss of rs 1005 because my bill had gone up to rs 2448.
We request you to arrange for refund of rs 1005 from freecharge who did not remit the bill to service provider (Bescom)
