Daer i recharge my mobile no [protected] on 10th of may 2016. Freecharge app is showing that recharge is sucess but there is not a single money recharge on my mobile no - my reference id is fcvm[protected]
The recharge is of 100 rupess please help
And the given mobile no is also correct

    I have make bill payment of Vodafone while applying the coupon FH50, the bill payment was successful however I didn't get cahsback as I got promotional text on my cellphone. my register id is [protected]@gmail.com. 50+50 cash back not credited by freecharge was it making customer fool?       There was an offer of 20%cashback for bill payments so that i had done bill payment of photon datacard for 812rs. Bill payment was unsuccessful and money got refunded into freecharge wallet.

      Every time whenever there is cashback, recharge will not be successful and money will be given into wallet so that i am not able to avail cashback offer because this offer is not valid on freecharge wallet

      Now, last i tried to do bill payment with freecharge wallet, then also bill payment was unsuccessful and money also has not refunded into freecharge wallet. So that i had dropped an email for the same for which i got reply that money is refunded into my account but still i haven't received my 812 rs.

      This is really disappointing. My bill payment is not done and money also not refunded. Pfa images.

      Refund my 812 rs asap.

      This is really not good site. I will recommend people to not use freecharge website or an app for any bill payment or recharge or anything.

        I paid my Vodafone bill through Freecharge today and paid 4200 as payment. Freecharge blocked my money in their wallet (Order id : FCMW[protected] ).
        This they have done multiple time. They are not returning money and keeping the same into their wallet only.
        If they will not allow how can we get our money back?
        Today is my last date of bill payment as per Vodafone and I don't have any money remain with me, please help

          Hello sir,
          Very bad service provided by the freecharge. I have made my bses yamuna bill payment of rs 440 via freecharge on 5 may 2016 and my order id is fcea[protected] and consumer number of bses is[protected] but till now bses didn't recieved my bill payment. I checked bses website my bill payment is not yet done. What freecharge promises? You just need to improve your service otherwise it will be very difficult for you to survive. There are many bill payment sites available in the market like paytm and many more. They are far better than you. Please do payment to bses for my electricity bill as early as possible. The due date of bill payment will be 13th may 2016, please make this payment to bses as early as possible otherwise bses will charged me late fees in my next bill. Again i said that freecharge service is very very bad. If you unable to make payment to bses then you just need to give me refund of my amount either in my freecharge wallet or in my bank account otherwise i will file rti in consumer court for making froud against freecharge..

            I received a promotional text in my mobile mentioning an offer stating: " use code lucky20 linked to my email id & get 20% cash back on a minimum transaction of rs. 50. Valid thrice till 13th may. Not valid for airtel ". I was influenced by this promotional offer and therefore recharged my two dths with rs. 500/- and rs. 600/- respectively. And i was surprised to see that i've given only rs. 25/- cash back for each transaction i've done. This is absolutely incorrect. As they did not mention any terms & condition in the promotional message and there was no (*) mark mentioned anywhere in the message indicating any t&c. I've complained about it to their customer care and now they're coming up with the excuses and asking about t&c. I mean what will i do of t&c after doing recharge. It's absolutely wrong and not expected from a brand like freecharge.

              I recharge my airtel mobile from freecharge app my bank ac balance debited but no amount is creited in my mobile no i mail them 4 time but they said we resolve your problem. But no money is added in my account. I call airtel they said no any recharge done yesterday on your mobile. So what to do now i am very tence about it and very harrashed because of them. I want my money back.

                I have made payment for my mobile bill.
                The payment is deducted from the credit card but bill is not paid by the freecharge to the operator.
                I have mailed freecharge about that but no respone from their side.
                There toll free no dont work.

                I suggest everyone to delete this app and use some other app.

                  My name is afzal khan and i am registered member through this id post. [protected]@gmail.com at freecharge. On 07/05/16 i tried paying my bses rajdhani bill for ca no[protected] for an amount of rs 760 through the freecharge app twice and both the times the app displayed "payment not made try it with another card and etc." at first i thought maybe the payment process is not completed and the payment is not forwarded, but within few minutes i received two messages from my sbi bank regarding payment done both the times to freecharge. The payment is still not made to bses and i end up paying the amount twice. I tried contact them through mail [protected]@freecharge.com but all they do is generate an automatic ticket no and leave. This is unprofessional and fraudulent, sort it out and refund my money or i will take legal course. I attach my both payment details with this complaint.

                  What I would suggest is to try out different apps and see which one suits the best. I have been using this app called Bill Bachao, and I find it very convenient to use, at least when compared with apps like FreeCharge. With Bill Bachao, I am able to use the best plan based on my usage. It has helped me identify better data plans over time.                     I have made transaction through red bus using free charge wallet ..transaction is successful but ticket didn't confirm .its stuck at the payment gate .it's been more than 7 bank working days neither money is credied in bank or wallet of free charge. When I call red bus, they say they refunded their job is done ..it's with free charge ...when I call free charge customer care doesn't lift the call /Lind busy /some noisy sound which human can't bear it ...finally mailed them, it's acknowledged but after that no response ...how many days do I need to wait ...please take this as a serious action ...

                      I have made a recharge of rs.250 on a airtel mobile no and balance has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done. and i am complaining about since yesterday but i have not got any responses from the site which is showing how much they care for their customers. earlier also i made a recharge of rs.28 which was sown their as tariff but that was not activated.and they give no information neither update their websites if there is any change in any kind of recharging plans

                          I booked tickets with bookmyshow using freecharge from freecharge wallet and on freecharge it's showing successful with amount deducted in an smount of Rs. 611.6. However I received msg from bookmyshow that your payment for tickets failed. Kindly find screenshot for your reference.

                          I sent emails to freecharge yesterday night when I booked the tickets Via freecharge wallet and even in afternoon now but they are not responding anything . Seems like they don't want to give money back.

                          Please look into the matter and take strict action against this company. I read many same type of complaints of freecharge on this site.

                          This company is making everyone fool . Its a cheater company.

                                "we are sorry that your payment for 1920 london at dt cinemas: noida (Screen 2) was not successful. Your tickets have hence not been booked. The amount for the said transaction has not been charged by us.In case, the amount has been charged, the refund will be processed by your respective bank.

                                This could have happened due to a temporary problem."

                                    I tried booking movie tickets using the wallet option, and chose to use my freecharge balance. The first time i tried to book it, i got no confirmation from neither bookmyshow nor freecharge. But to the contrary, the amount was deducted from my balance.

                                      Hi,

                                      I was trying to Book Tickets from Bookmyshow, but i didn't get any confirmation from BMS. I have got Freecharge mail says that amount has been deducted from bank account by FC. 1st transaction i have made from Mobile Application, 2nd transaction from Web.
                                      After this I called BMS, they told me that if BMS has your money BMS will refund. I am confused with this sentence.
                                      So after all who will give refund for this transaction failure?

                                        [#3622801]transaction alert for payment made at jabong on 28.04.2016

                                        Placed an order on jabong via freecharge. The product is delivered but i did not receive the cashback yet. Raised a complaint on 29th april. They told they will contact me again and til now no reply from them. I again dropped a mail today but no response. The contact numbers they gave is either always busy or do not pick up the calls.
                                        I need to get 250rs. Cashback but no response
