    i have added 250rs in my freecharge wallet..the amount has been deducted from the bank account but the wallet balance is yet the same and moreover freecharge doesnt show any failed transaction I hve sent mail to customer support but there is no response. Kindly refund the amount in my bank account or please update the wallet balance of my freecharge account..as soon as possible...

[protected] is a hacker and withdraw money and recharge his no., today me too was victim of it and lost my rs.150 which was in my freecharge account .Due to the message of freecharge i got notice this hacker withdraw my money, according to truecaller it is aircel, bihar mb. No., even i requested to aircel bihar customer care to block and take action again this no.
      Hope for justice...

        I recharged my mobile number with 70 rupees but the data was not credited to my number and money was deducted from my bank account.
        I mailed the matter to [protected]@freecharge.com but to my surprise they didn't even bother.

        Please refund my money back asap.

            I have transferred Rs.10000 on 03.05.2016 morning 10:00AM and after that i had done two recharges of Rs.500 each. After that two recharges the website giving a freezing screen. i could not recharge anymore. tried several times but did not work. later on 04.05.2016 i tried recahrging in the morning and could do two more recharges. after that the same scenario follows. i tried sending them mails but they told me it's not their fault. I requested them fo a refund but no response till now.

                  I had recharged my mobile no. Of rs.155 using freecharge app on dt.30/04/2016 12:40pm and the amount for the same has been deducted from my bank account. But i had not received recharge yet. I had also communicated with freecharge customer care via email for the same on the same day. They replied me to wait 1-2 days and within 24 hrs they will update my status. I again mailed them on 03/04/2016 for the same but now they are relying me. Now today is 04/05/2016 and i had neither received recharge nor refund. So i request you to plz look in the matter as soon as possible. Though this is small amount but they are looting us.

                  I agree with you. I experienced a similar problem last month and I am very frustrated. They just dont reply to me emails. I have stopped using freecharge completely.                       1. Ondate I made a consumer complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in regarding refund of Rs 1950/- for which I had not taken treatment from mydentist, clinic, shop no 1, sector 3, at sanpada, navi Mumbai 400703, vide enclosed complaint dt 29.04-2016.

                      2. After filling this complaint today, within 20-25 minutes I got call from Mob no 91-[protected] ( ( mob Reg., Bihar India ) that he is from mydentist office at Bandra, Mumbai and since I had filled the complaint for refund, he want to process for refund and to conform that money is paid from my ATM card. He had asked my SBI ATM card no, initially I denied it. He then replied, in absence of ATM details, he is unable to arrange refund.

                      3. Ultimately convincing me he got my ATM details and advised me to keep my mob open, so that I can get the transfer of refunds by SMS. Meanwhile he was continuing speaking to me and keeps me asking do I got some message. After few minutes he had asked me to close present mob SIM and open other mob SIM no, as there is some problem with the present SIM card as it taking to-long for transaction. Then I got suspicious and switched-off my phone.

                      4. At 12.46 I got the message “ Thanks for using SBI debit Card no 459xx8317 for a purchase worth Rs 7425/- on POS FREECHARGE73422 at www.ACCOUNT REECHARGETXN #[protected].” IN FACT NO SUCH PURCHASING IS MADE BY ME. It seems the caller from Mob No 91-[protected], fraudulently he did this, after getting details of my ATM cards.

                      5. Eventually, it has been confirm from the entry in my SBI a/c pass book that somebody on 03.05.2016 had used my ATM card for Rs 7425/- as mentioned in above para no 4. Thereafter I blocked my SBI ATM card visiting at SBI Branch at Sanpada.

                      6. I hereby request you to investigate in the matter and do all needful to catch and book the culprit under the appropriate law for such fraud.

                      7. Kindly keep me inform with the action taken in the matter. THANKS.

                        I made many recharges. I think I made total amount Rs 1300/- for recharging many times..
                        I refer this freecharge app for many of my friends..( hariprasad, rajat, siva)
                        I use my own promocode for their account but it may not work..and I dont get any cashback also...
                        Freecharge is very cheating app..i am not satisfied with freecharge and Paytm is very better than freecharge...

                            I had balance of rs.1069 in my freecharge account as i had returned some items in the past purchased from snapdeal.
                            So, since i had balance in my freecharge account so i thought of recharging my no. [protected] on 3rd april, 2016 but somehow the transaction couldn't be completed cause of some network issue. As soon as i checked again my balance was deducted but recharge was not made.

                            So, i saw my balance and then the transaction history but there was no reflection. Then i immediately wrote a mail to the customer care at that very point of time stating the issue i.E on3rd april, 2016 at 10:45 pm.

                            But later on they have been asking me silly questions without even properly understanding the concern.
                            Like they asked me to share the bank statement despite stating that the balance was in my freecharge account. Then after they asked me to share the transaction id despite telling them that the transaction was not completed or made.
                            Since then i have been doing the regular followup but i am shocked to see their laid back attitude and there incompetency in resolving such an issue.

                            My account balance went down from rs.1069 to 720 rs without making any transaction.

                            I am looking forward to a refund as the amount has been deducted without any reason.

                              Big fraud scam by freecharge
                              Friends,
                              We have found a big fraud by freecharge team. Now in these days they are offering some cashback on adding money. This is my humble request to all of you that please stop using freecharge and their wallet. They are totally fraud.
                              I have created at least 10 id’s for all my family members. And there are about 4000 rs. In their wallet but freecharge team has disabled all these user id’s and saying that this is due to their internal policy. Now they are not ready to reactivate these accounts. But only for formality purpose they are asking for different types of documents as id proof.
                              Friends, i am trying to activate my account from the last 15 days…..I have given at least 500 to 600 emails regarding this issue to freecharge….But still problem has not resolved.
                              Friends, we have lost our 4000/- at freecharge scam.
                              This is request to you that please be aware and stop using freecharge…because you can also be one o[censored]s.
                              If anyone knows the way to recover our money ….Then please suggest. We will be very much thankful to you..

                                I initiated the transfer of Rs 1827 /- from axis bank account to the freecharge account.
                                After I did the confirmation payment in Axis bank amount got withdraw from my account and the web page didn't return to freecharge account and page failed.

                                I contact the axis bank and they confirm me that the payment is successful and Axis bank mentioned that Payment Reference # CCADD1NOT158.

                                Even I reach out to CCAVENUE through which the payment is routed and
                                they too confirmed and below is the reply from them.

                                On the basis of information provided by you we have checked our records were able to trace one transaction with the order number: OC-[protected][protected] for an amount INR:Rs 1827.00 & has been successfully processed through us on[protected]:03:30.393 and forwarded to the Merchant -www.freecharge.in .

                                It has been 5 working days but still credit is missing in the wallet.
                                Kindly credit my wallet or refund it back to the bank account.

                                      I have recharged with rs.98/- ([protected]) through freecharge and apply promocode given by wechat "wechttmb6vr81" of 25% cashback with transaction id fcva[protected]. But after 30 minutes the recharge done and the cashback is still pending .And my a/c balance is debited also from my bank a/c.

                                      I have recharged with Rs.159/- ([protected]) through Freecharge with Transaction ID FCVA[protected]. But after 20 Minutes the recharge is still pending and i have not Received my cashback too. And my A/c Balance is debited also from my Bank a/c.
