I have recharged with Rs.159/- ([protected]) through Freecharge with Transaction ID FCVA[protected]. But after 20 Minutes the recharge is still pending and i have not Received my cashback too. And my A/c Balance is debited also from my Bank a/c.

    Amount get credited in Metro card. The problem was after recharging card we have to refresh our card in metro card recharge machine. That process was not displayed during transaction.

                please go through the trailing mail.

                I have paid my postpaid bill online on 23/04/2016 from third party website (i.e.Freecharge.com).

                last bill payment date from idea was 24/04/2016.But till now my postpaid bill is unpaid.

                Freechrage telling that idea is not clearing your bill and idea telling me, we have not recieved your bill.

                Please guide me through this.

                All the necessary proof and mail are attached herewith.

                Proof of transaction from the bank :- it shows the amount is debited from my account or credit card.image attached in trailing mail.

                    On 14th april 2106, i was trying to add rs 2500 in my free charge wallet by using idbi net banking, the transaction could not be completed due to some internet issue or any other reason i dont know but my money was deducted by the bank. i waited for 3 days and finally i filed a complaint to my bank and after 2 days they gave the revert that money is duly paid by the bank to free charge and there is no pending transaction from the bank. when i send a mail to free charge they just replied that they will look into the matter and get back to me very soon. since 12 days there is no feedback from free charge neither my money is refunded to bank nor its credited in my free charge wallet. i send so many reminders to freecharge but no response. i want my money back either in bank or in my free charge wallet. details of transaction made on 14th april are as under-

                      I had paid post paid bill from my freecharge account amount 694.Receipt no.Fcma[protected].Mobile no. [protected].Account no.[protected].
                      Yet this been not updated in bsnl office. Kindle lodge my complaint. As my amount have been deducted but bill not been paid by freecharge.com.I had paid on 21st april but yet this has not been been paid by free charge. Kindly solve my problem as i cannot pay bill again

I made the bill payment of Rs. 778 using Freecharge, however, I still received emails and messages from my service provider saying that I haven't paid my bill. I tried contacting the customer care executives of Freecharge, but there was no respond from their end. I want my money back. I am never going to trust this website ever.

                      Mr. Rahul Vohra I would suggest you stop using this website. Try Billbachao instead. I have come across this website that is very reliable. I have made my bill payment a couple of times using this site and I haven't faced any problem with it. When I make my bill payment using this site, I always check with my service provider if they have received the payment. And yes I have always got a positive answer from them. Its great. Off late I have discovered that they have an app too for Android users. You can download the app in your phone to conveniently make your mobile bill payment when on the go.                         At the date of 21 th april, i have to pay torrent bill for 1320 and that time suddenly 1320 *2= 2640 ₹ ... So total 2640 ₹ is automatic deduct from my frecharge account and in free recharge account show that payment is succesfull and torrent power have not get any payment ...                           Mobikwik is cheating to the people. I redeemed coupn and that coupn was successfully added to the payment option but not redeemed the cash back. They providing false information for customer and chaeting to the people by that false information. They cheated to me using that false information. They are saying we will give cash back to the customer and provided some coupn but after payment they didn't giving any cash back and not giving reply to the customer also.
                          Please take some action.

                                        Dear sir/ madam
                                        I have completed my transaction of mobile recharge through freecharge on 21st April 2016. My balance is deducted from mt account but recharge is not received till today and i didn't got my money back.

                                        Even though have tried to contact there customer care no but no response

                                        Have mailed them multiple times but response for that also.

                                        Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have recharged rs 344 order no is FCVW[protected] but amount has been deducted and its not recharged ..freecharge is saying it i ll add to your wallet but from 5 days money has been not added..i have complained soo many times but never resolved ..plz dont use this site to recharge its eating all the costumers money ...and these people are getting for phone also ..what the hell number they are using dont no
