Amount get credited in Metro card. The problem was after recharging card we have to refresh our card in metro card recharge machine. That process was not displayed during transaction.

"I have gone through the exactly same thing. It is very irritating. I made the bill payment of Rs. 778 using Freecharge, however, I still received emails and messages from my service provider saying that I haven't paid my bill. I tried contacting the customer care executives of Freecharge, but there was no respond from their end. I want my money back. I am never going to trust this website ever.

Mr. Rahul Vohra I would suggest you stop using this website. Try Billbachao instead. I have come across this website that is very reliable. I have made my bill payment a couple of times using this site and I haven't faced any problem with it. When I make my bill payment using this site, I always check with my service provider if they have received the payment. And yes I have always got a positive answer from them. Its great.
