I purchased Apple earphones on Snapdeal. Unsatisfied with the product, I exchanged the product and asked for full refund. Snapdeal had transferred amount (transaction id: [protected]) on April 3rd. I checked in my freecharge account and there was an amount of 1589 exactly the worth of product I purchased. I was asked to enter bank details in order to move money from freecharge to my bank account. After entering proper details, the company had asked to wait for 5-7 business days to transfer the amount. Even after the promised date, the refunded amount didn't reflect in my account. I had written to Freecharge about the issue and they were like "Our customer care representative will get in touch with you as early as possible." This had happened to me many times. So, please someone out there looks into this issue seriously and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, take charges against these type of cases and enact strict punishment to companies like these so that these kind of incidents won't happen in near future.

    I have done a transaction for the bsnl postpaid mobile bill payment of rs 160, on www.freecharge.in, amount has been deducted from my account but bill has not been paid yet.
    I have mailed so many times but they dont reply they have said just once that it has been refunded but it has not been refunded yet.

      This is regarding eb bill payment for rs: 348 from the freecharge on 10 feb 2016. I am able to see the transaction from free charge has success and i got the invoice also. But when i received the next bill with arrears of previous month bill and i come to know that there is some cheating happened for the eb bill payment. When i am sent a mail to them and they were saying the transaction is not success from the freecharge. But how do i can receive the invoice for the payment. Later i checked with the bank and no better clarification for my money where it went. At last finally we customers are cheated. I knew there is no resolution will be given for this from freecharge. But i wanted to make awareness to the people beware of the payment. This site may applicable only for just recharge. Not for other payments, if we do and definitely customers are the losers.

        Dear sir/madam,

        Freecharge.In failed to pay to bsnl lanad line on 25-march under order id: fclw[protected] but they have confirmed that my bill payment is successful using freecharge against this bill payment id:frc[protected].
        I have contacted them since then and they were just fooling me by saying they will repay the amount when this will be checked by their internal team. Today is 20-april; and they stopped communicating me now.
        I requested them quite a time to let me know their escalation process; however, they have told me only the email id for contacting them.
        I saw their advertisement in television and believed them as genuine and did the transaction; and now they are not returning the money rs 1107; even though they failed to pay it to my bsnl land line account. It is almost 25 days from when i did the transaction.
        Could you please help me here.

          I have paid the reliance energy payment (Account no[protected] feb-16 online through free charge app on 25 march -16 transaction id ft[protected].
          Wen i received mar-16 electricity bill i came to that the payment was not done from free charge end. I got the fine also for not paying the bill.

          Neither i have received a notification for freecharge nor my amount was refunded back to my bank account.

          When i contacted reliance energy, i came to know that payment is not received.

          Kindly refund my money.

              I did a recharge of 50 rupees from the balance in my freecharge account on 18 april. Even after 24 hours the balance in my mobile number has not got added. Freecharge had debuted 50 rupees from my freecharge account. There was an offer of 50 rupees cashback on this transaction. That is also not reflecting in my freecharge account. I sent an email to frecharge customer care yesterday. No answer received on that email except a ticket number 3536783. More than 24 hours passed. No movement in complaint resolution. No one is answering the phone also. Have been trying to reach them incessantly. Please ...Either cancel the trabdactiob and refund my money to freecharge ac or process the needful.

                My earlier complaint of 15th apr 2016 stands unresoved. Hence i am posting again the complaint

                I am dkvrao and on 10th march 2016, my freecharge wallet balance was stood at rs. 1399/- and rs. 30 was added bringing the balance to rs. 1429/- on 4th april 2016, i tried to withdraw the balance as per extent provisions but it failed for reasons known the concerned and my wallet balance was reduced to “0.00”(Zero). On 9th april 2016 i mailed to [protected]@freecharge.In about non-refund of rs. 1429/- after waiting for 5 days and was given ticket no. 3469476 and followed up every day only to get ticket numbers 3477671, 3499397 and 3512206 without any refund nor proper reply. Please help me to get my rs. 1429/- back

                          Sir, I made a payment using freecharge of Rs.1030 on 29th March but the transaction got failed and the money got cut from my freecharge account. Ii m writing to freecharge from last 15 days for refunding the amount but they are not giving any proper response. Instead they say that their agent will contact me but no one contacted me. And they said that, your refund is initiated but it was not. They are just fooling me.

                                On 15/04/2016 i had made a recharge of rs.825 on videocon d2h at around 11:30 am money was deducted from my account but recharge is not done.I had also mailed this issue at [protected]@freecharge.com so they replied to solve it within couple of hours but now more than 24 hours are passed no recharge is done or they didn't refunded my amount also.So please help me for this what to do next.                                     Dear team,
                                    The failure of transaction happened in my attempt to add money to my wallet.A total amount of rs. 560 is neiher being reflected in my bank account nor my freecharge wallet.
                                    Moreover, there is no responsible mail form the freecharge team, just giving away ticket numers each time they receive a mail.
