I have done an airtel recharge 2 days back thru freecharge. The payment was deducted from my account and the transaction is showing in pending since then in freecharge portal.

I have been following up with them since 48 hours but as yet the recharge or refund of my money is not processed.

    Dear team,
    I had done a payment of my bsnl landline bill of rs. 2183 from freecharge company site on 07/04/2016 and they show the transaction is done successfully and the amount is also debited from my bank account, but the payment is not update in bsnl and bsnl customer care said to me to get the refund from the freecharge its not authrised for bsnl bill. I also send mail to freerechage.com and [protected]@freerechage.com but they said your problem has been solved whether i confirmd with bsnl branch they said we dont have recieved the ammount of 2183 after 07/04/2016 .Freecharge has no costomer care also its surprise please help me on this issue.

    I M Also Facing Same Type Of Problem... Payment Done on 8 April But Still Showing Pending At BSNL Portal...
    Freecharge failed to pay to BSNL lanad line on 25-March under Order id: FCLW[protected] but they have confirmed that my bill payment is successful using Freecharge against this bill payment id:FRC[protected].
    I have contacted them since then and they were just fooling me by saying they will repay the amount when this will be checked by their internal team. Today is 20-April; and they stopped communicating me now.
    I requested them quite a time to let me know their escalation process; however, they have told me only the email id for contacting them.
    I saw their advertisement in television and believed them as genuine and did the transaction; and now they are not returning the money Rs 1107; even though they failed to pay it to my BSNL land line account. It is almost 25 days from when I did the transaction.
    Could you please help me here.

      Recharge of Rs50 was done via Order id : FCVW[protected] but echarge was not successful. pl.cancell this transaction and refund the amount in wallet.

        -freecharge pathetic service, completely bull
        ​order id : fcvw[protected]​

        I'made payment for internet recharge, for which payment deducted from my account but transaction was showing in process in freecharge site.

        -after spending 2hrs of status (In process) i mailed to freecharge team to look into this. But entire day gone, nothing happens from their end.

        2nd day happen, nothing happen from their end again. And atlast freecharge responded that my money back to my wallet. Yet again when i used the transaction got unsuccessful and money also gone.

        -after 72hrs also no resolution came from their end and they're not responding at all. Thats completely bull service provided at all. I recommended not to use this site. If you are at any problem or chaos, then nobody will help you out.

          I am very upset and disappointed with what happened with me on 13/04/2016. Freecharge debited my bank account twice but money is not added. No customer care response till now. Rs. 6000 is a huge amt. So please solve this issue and revert to me. I had also sent my bank statement screenshot to [protected]@freecharge.in.
          I am hereby attaching the screenshot of my bank statement. Pl look into the matter and solve the issue as Rs. 6000 is very precious to me.

            I had made a payment of 5730 rupees on 6th april 2016 towards mseb bill from freecharge.In they sent me a email stating the transaction has been failed after multiple tries and the amount will be refunded back to your account within 6-7 days. I sent them a reminder email to refund the money but they raised a token for it and within an hour they closed the token stating resolved after that i sent them a email asking them on what bases they closed my token neither did i get a call or did i get any kind of email from freecharge. Again the raised a token and there is no response from freecharge now neither they are calling or they replying through email.
            My transaction details are:-1) order id : fcei[protected]
            2)to msedc
            3)from syndicate bank

            Hereby i am attaching some doucments listed as
            1) freecharge email about transaction failed.
            2)proof of transaction failed showing when i login and check transactions.
            3)email sent as an reminder.
            4) email sent after they issuing token and closing it on their own.

            Any further details required please let me know.

              I had rs.859 in my freechrage account and did a payment of my mtnl internet bill of rs.740 it showed that the payment was done but to confirm the payment i went to mtnl 's site but it displayed that payment was not done.
              Next day i e-mailed this to their customer care and they emailed me back saying the payment was done, so to confirm this i went down to the mtnl office and asked whether the payment was done or not and they told me it is not!!
              So where did my money go?

                  I paid the landline bill of amount 3204rs on 12/04/2016 .The amount is deducted from my account.But the landline bill till not paid.They told wait for 24 hours.But now 27 hours also completed.I requested now also to please pay my bill but till now landline bill is not paid.So please help me to solve my problem.So please tell him either pay my bill or refund the amount in my account...

                        I ordered a jacket on snapdeal which order no is [protected] and wrong product is deliverd so i apply for refund on 6th of march they transferred rs.1346 in my freecharge account and from there i aaply to transfer in my bank accont and i fullfill all their requirements they needed.After this i dont know what they did with rs.1346 my freecharge accont shows 0 bal.And also no transaction of rs.1346 is recived in my bank account.I wrote so many mails at [protected]@freecharge.com but no satisfactory answer is provided by any one .They only give me a 'ticket#3453119' as a refrence no. Nothing more than this .Plz tell me how would i get my money back in bank account.I am mailing here & there from 45 days but nobody will provide my prob solution

                          The most pathetic situation with this company is there is no customer care dial in facility where a customer can have a track of his request closely.

                                  Freecharge has send me email stating use promocode 50app you will get 50 rupees cashback twice.
                                  But the coupon is not applying and they are saying that you have already used this coupon .But i have not used this promocode .
                                  They are not following their promise and giving me wrong transaction id that you have already used this offer.

                                    I had done recharge of my dishtv from freecharge application. But still this recharge is not completed but money debit from my account.Transaction on freecharge for order id fcda[protected] on 9th april but after two days neither recharge nor money nor refund in my account.There is not any toll free number of freecharge team. I mail about this problem to freecharge team. But no any solution given my them so help me about this problem

                                      On 09/04/2016 i had made a recharge of rs.515 on videocon d2h at around 8:30 pm money was deducted from my account but recharge is not done.I had also mailed this issue at [protected]@freecharge.com so they replied to solve it within couple of hours but now more than 36 hours are passed no recharge is done or they didn't refunded my amount also.So please help me for this what to do next.
