Dear sir,
This is regarding cashback issue with freecharge.In .I have requested to cancel my order id fclw[protected] on transaction day itself.But till now you have not provided resolution.In this transaction i have applied coupon "fcbill" of 20% cashback (Max cashback of rs.100) on recharge/bill payment/landline payment.But till now cashback is not credited to my account.So i request you to credit the same manually at earliest.

I had recharge my no. With rv50 promo code which they send me on my mail after i redeem that they send me a message that we canot process your cashback because you are using used debit card than i used a new debit card but even than no cashback i got. And i also send them mail but no help they are doing.

    I made a recharge on 09/04/2016, but the recharge not done yet, and i could not get any refund money also, i write a mail to your care center, i did not get any reply also. will you please check the transaction as soon as possible and solve my issue please.

    Thank you for sharing your concern on this platform. It helps to create awareness among people. I understand that it’s quite frustrating when your grievance is not responded to. Maybe their customer care executive will be able to resolve your grievance. If they still don’t respond you can share your complaint through social media channels. It always helps draw their attention.
    A better course of action would be to download a different, better app. I am using Bill Bachao for my recharge transactions these days. It has been a good experience so far and I haven't faced any problem. The app also offers a number o[censored]seful features and cash back offers for the user's benefits.       On 09/04/2016 i had made a recharge of rs.570 on tatasky money was deducted from my account but recharge is not done.I had also mailed at [protected]@freecharge.com so they replied to solve it within couple of hours but now more than 24 hours are passed no recharge is done.So please help me for this what to do next.         I tried to add fund to my FreeCharge wallet account twice (Rs1000 & Rs1000). But, both the time the transaction got failed and the amount of INR 2000/- got deducted from my Bank Account respectively. After several followup at the respective Customer Care Email Id :- "care.freecharge.in", their is no fruitful Initiative/solution. Looking forward for the solution.

            Hi Kushal. It is unfortunate that you have to bear the brunt of technical glitches at the operator or bank’s end. Many mobile subscribers have repeatedly raised such complaints, but few have received their refund. What causes this issue? There are some times when, during payment redirection, the communication link between the recharge portal (Freecharge in the present case) and the bank breaks down. This could be caused by network timeout error or congestion. Therefore, there is no proof of recharge, despite the debit from your account. Moreover, if the portal’s customer care team is not prompt, your hope for a refund diminishes bit by bit. If you are looking for customer care in the true sense, download the Billbachao app on your smartphone. When I raised a refund claim with Billbachao on facing the same issue a few months ago, I received my refund within 7 working days, as promised. The Billbachao app is user friendly and enables you to keep track of your data consumption. There are other helpful features that help you plan your daily spends and keep you updated on all the exciting offers.               I m user of freecharge app.I paid the landline bill of amount 508rs on 06/04/2016 at 3.10 pm.The amount is deducted from my credit card.But the landline bill till not paid.I requested many times to freecharge users.They told wait for 72 hours.But now 72 hours also completed.I requested now also to please pay my bill but till now landline bill is not paid.So please help me to solve my problem.So please tell him either pay my bill or refund the amount in my account.

                  I have recharged in freerechage app for my aircel no [protected] with Rs 69 amount debited from my account but there is no credit to my account and also not recharged to my mobile transaction ref no is IGOBTUFTR1
                  Hi Karthick. Recharge failure occurs when the communication link between the recharge portal (Freecharge in the present case) and the bank during the payment transaction snaps, owing to technical glitches at the back end. The third-party portal, in such cases, usually does not receive any response from the bank, and this leaves no proof of the transaction, as the portal does not process the recharge. You are fortunate enough to have lost a relatively small amount. I once lost ₹1000 during a recharge transaction and never received a refund. I chanced upon the Billbachao app once, and I have had a smooth ride through recharges ever since. If your request for a refund from the portal managers are falling on deaf ears, it’s about time you download Billbachao on your smartphone from Google Play Store.                     On 16 march 2016 i have done bill payment of my landline through free charge website and recharge is done but on 22 march 2016 bill payment is reversed by your side and bill is not submitted.I have gave many but they did not resolved my problem . I have attach both document first is bill payment done and second is reversal of payment .Please refund my balance.

                      I had tried to recharge my bsnl number 2 days back. recharge was not done but money was withdrawn from my a/c the
                      ORDER NO: FCVA[protected].
                      I registered a complain in [protected]@freecharge.in . a Ticket # 3459704 was made on the complain. i got the ticket 2 days back. still now my recharge is pending. pls cancel the rechage and transfer the money in to my freecharge account .

                              I have made the bsnl landline bill payment through freecharge on 5th April & I have applied the promo code "billpay". after applying the promo code it showed me please pay through debit card /credit card & not valid on airtel landline transaction. as it showed the promo code is successfully applied, I have made payment via my payzapp credit card. The transaction was successful but I hadn't received my Cashback. I got a mail that "your Cashback can't be processed due to the usage of virtual card". I don't understand why did they put such king o[censored]nnecessary conditions. they only require money, then what happened if I use virtual cards or bank card. if it is the point, at the time of applying promo code they should mention it that not applicable on virtual cards or they can block my transaction that this promo code can't be applied on virtual cards. if you want to pay even, please remove the promo code. such messages should be shown along with displaying not valid on airtel transaction messages. but they didn't inform me properly & they informed me only after payment. I have complained freecharge customer care many times, but there was no reply. the complaint numbers are 3443960, 3450625, 3452396, 3457301. Order Id: FCLA[protected]. promocode : billpay, date of transaction 5th April, freecharge account : [protected]@gmail.com. I should get 200rs Cashback for that transaction. but they don't inform properly about the terms & conditions of the promo code at the time of transaction but they only show some Unnecessary condition of not valid on airtel transaction such messages. they will be watching while the customer is making a mistake & dont notify it at the time of transaction but notify it after the transaction. I think it's freecharge fault of no prior notice about virtual cards at the time of transaction. if they had mentioned it I may pay through my Debit card itself.

                                  I am not receiving the cash back amount in McDonalds offer o[censored]sing wallet and getting 100% cashback up to ₹185.00, I made the transaction of ₹168 for burger but not receiving the cashback amount. I think these people are cheating and not giving cashback. I just need my cashback amount credited in my account. I have also attached the photo of my payment slip and freecharge slip in this.

                                    I recharged my number [protected] through freecharge of a 2GB 3g recharge.It showed success but recharge benefit was not processed in my Reliance Number. I complained but they didnt listen.
                                    Still no signs of amount retrieval.

The issue you have reported herein can be attributed to network congestion or timeout error at the operator or bank’s end. This leaves absolutely no proof of recharge, and you find that the amount has been deducted from your account. I have faced this issue several times in the past.                                       Freecharge has send me email stating use promocode 50app you will get 50 rupees cashback twice.
                                      But the coupon is not applying and they are saying that you have already used this coupon .But i have not used this promocode .
                                      They are not following their promise and giving me wrong transaction id that you have already used this offer.
                                      Please help me and file a case against freecharge.

                                        I did electricity bill payment of 890, 410, 410, 410, 410.

                                        I this last 410rs is successfully recharged.
                                        890ts and 410 rs is not refelected in bank account

                                        Next 2 recharges of 410rs are reflected.
                                        So kindly refund me 890rs and 410rs in my bank account.
                                        Follwing are the proofs.
                                        This is the second time i am facing. No reply from your side.
                                        So i will be waiting for more 2 days
                                        If no action then this complaint will be filed in consumer complaint
