I did electricity bill payment of 890, 410, 410, 410, 410.

I this last 410rs is successfully recharged.
890ts and 410 rs is not refelected in bank account

Next 2 recharges of 410rs are reflected.
So kindly refund me 890rs and 410rs in my bank account.
Follwing are the proofs.
This is the second time i am facing. No reply from your side.
So i will be waiting for more 2 days
If no action then this complaint will be filed in consumer complaint

    I had received promocode 50app offer email for recharge on android app. I did rc60 (2 times) recharge applying code & made card payment on 25mar'16. Order ids' are

    I have dropped emails to [protected]@freecharge.In & [protected]@freecharge.com many times. Its been 10days i did not receive cashback nor any reason for it.
    I never faced this problem earlier.
    I should be receiving rs.50 cashback for each recharge. (Total rs.100 cashback).
    Attached are images for reference.
    Request fc support to resolve my problem & credit my cashback to fc wallet.
    Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Request FC support team to atleast reply on my email incase you are looking into my problem.
    As mentioned in terms & conditions I expect the FC support team to credit the cashback into my FC wallet & not to ask for any bank details on phone (disclosing bank details could pose more risk for me).

      I did a transaction of 90rs with 6FC code .recharge was successful but they didn't process my cash back .when asked to customer care
      They said

      "We would like to inform you that once you apply the promocode, message for successfully applying the promocode will be displayed. But the validation, to see if you have met the terms and conditions of the offer takes place only after the transaction is processed successfully. Hence, the reason for cashback failure will be known only on completion of the transaction"

      SO I SAID

      ill come by your way .you say that code validation oocurs only after transaction right .ok i have brought you a simple scenario that i took now .i have already used VISA50 code (exceeded limit ) and i now again applied the code but this time i got error message BEFORE the transaction .

      i have attached the screen shot and give me a clear view about it


      so i asked them with a simple scenario NOW THEY ARE REPLYING WITH THEIR COMPANY'S pre-typed rules . and not replying similar to my issue

          i want to say that freecharge is cheating very much.
          on 28 Nov. 2014 i had done a balance of Rs198 but freecharge deducted the amount two times and the bank's passbook itself revealing abot the transaction and i complaint many times freecharge but they keep on ignoring it. and when i keep on complaining then their replies comes and they said they had not deducted the amount two times and after that they are just keep on rounding.
          now sir you just please tell me, the bank account's transaction how freecharge can belie the bank transaction. sir please take some action against freecharge and this is just for the truthness and not for the amount of Rs198.
          I think that the consumer form will reveal the freecharge to say the truth.

            Dear sir,
            i have created freecharge account with the registered mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" and also transaction from the account. while account closed by the freechage thereafter continued touch through mail (due to customer care number not provided to contact him) more than 15 days . In between aforesaid company asked the information time to time and i have timely submission of their question but as on date neither call nor account activate.

                  I purchase a product from snapdeal, but for some reason i returned the product, then they transfered my money to freecharge.com, there they told me to provide bank details to get the refund, so accordingly i entered the bank details and they credited the money to my account, but on there site there is no options to delete the bank details . So this is a case of hijacking of bank details. Which is by law is a offense. Someone might steal the info on this site and do illegal transaction using my bank details.

                  So i urge to take strong action against the both freecharge.In and snapdeal.com

I have come across countless posts from people who are troubled, especially by Freecharge.                           Did the agent get in touch with you? You can also send an email to Freecharge customer care to draw their attention. I see a lot of posts on online forums about people who don’t get their recharge amount and lose the money to these sites. Then we keep on wasting our time calling the customer care executives to assist us. It’s such a pointless exercise that we have to go through over and over again. Also, the customer care executives are mostly in-cooperative about money refund issues. I was looking for a good mobile recharge app and did a lot of research until I found this app called Bill Bachao. This app has been pretty good to me so far. It’s been a month so far but I haven’t faced any recharge unsuccessful issues and not even one incident where they tell me recharge successful but no balance is credited to my account.                                       I used Freecharge services to pay my Airtel landline bill (order ID FCLW[protected])which was due on 25th March 2016, being so initially i got a email on 26th March that it was successful and later yesterday freecharge have emailed me that my money is safe with you and the transaction is successful.

                                      Hope freecharge know that if the bill payment in not made on time i will incur some penalty of late payment.

                                      This kind of response from Freecharge is disappointing, if i don't get the payments made today to Airtel then i have to take necessary action against freecharge as to keeping my money and making me frustrated in not completing the transaction.
                                      Also if there is any late penalty with Airtel then freecharge has to bear the same for the delay.

                                        Though I have not made any transaction Today ( 23/03/2016), 30 Rs has been wrongly debited from my freecharge account vide order id : - OC-[protected][protected], Wed Mar 23 2016, 14:39:22

                                        I Don't Know Why Reputed Website Like Freecharge Is Indulging In Such Mal-Practice ...
