I have recharged to my airtel no for rs.178 dated[protected]. They deduct that amount from my bank account. But the recharge is pending. I didn't received a single message from freecharge so far.
I have contact customer care but they didn't give any proper response.

It seems like you faced a common transaction failure issue. At times, when we are trying to recharge our phone the communication between the recharge portal and the bank is lost. Hence, we suffer a recharge decline issue, even though the amount is deducted from our bank account. We are not even left with a proof of the transaction. To get rid of such problems, you can try this new app Bill Bachao. I have been using this app since a while now. It offers some great features such as periodic monitoring of our calls, messages and data. You can put data consumption limit using Bill Bachao which will give you alerts when you are nearing that limit. The other decent feature that we get in Bill Bachao is that we can activate and deactivate value added services whenever we want. We also receive updates on the latest plans and Bill Bachao guides us which plan will be better for our usage.       I did a recharge for relience postpaid plan worth Rs. 460. My money was deducted but recharge was not done only showing pending transaction. I sent many mails but there was no response for any of the mails. I tried calling cs care number but never got the support needed. I still have not received my money for unsuccessful recharge.         I had recharged my bsnl sim for Internet pack for Rs 43 but instead of giving me data of Internet they activated some free night calling pack. When I contact them for refund they are saying that this is your service provider mistake not our's and send me your complaint is resolved without giving any useful information.           I paid my bill by freecharge worth rs. 804/- and its not paid in bsnl portal and it is such a weird website. i want to claim on it and not refunded yet. i m so upset and also it crossed my bill pay due date, so now i have to bear its fine also. this is not the way. the way paytm is much better than that of freechrge. the website should be banned. as well as they can not refund money also haha

            I have done a transaction on 24/03/16 & my order id is fcvc[protected] & i have applied coupon 50app fpor rs 50 cashback but till now i haven't received my money & they are saying that i have already availed this offer twice but i have availed this offer only once with order id fcvc[protected] & now they are giving useless excuses & i am coordinating with them since 3days & no they are saying me this . I have only one question from them why they haven't told me this 3 days back?

              I have recharge my vodafone account number of rs 201 from freecharge transaction fcvi[protected], fri 25 2016, 10:16:33 am .


              As per the freecharge in the 201 the benefit are 1 gb 3g internet of vodafone for 28 days.. But when i recharge i got some roaming pack benefit.

              This is the third time i am facing this issue.


              I have already talked the vodafone customer support. They are saying its your mistake . You have updated incorrct information in your freecharge application and website. You can talked to them and confirm . Please return my money asap

                Order id :fcla[protected] have paid the bsnl landline bill on the above given date with the respective order id. Stated above. And my bank account is also debited with rs.1144but bsnl did not receive any payment as per there data. I have also registered the complaint to freecharge two to three times but i was told that the payment to bsnl is done . With this reply of freecharge i contacted bsnl office as well as customer support but they don't have any details about the payment. So, now i have decided to take this issue to consumer complaint forum, i called them and as per details given by them ; i am officially registering the complaint and one copy of this email will be provided to bsnl and the other to consumer complaint forum.

                          Hello,

                          I love free recharge, really cool and user friendly too. it has good attractions and other features in it, which is really helpful. But I have started hating this FREE RECHARGE every time i try to add money in my account. In the ADD MONEY option i select Net Banking and i dont find State Bank of India option.. It is very famous and one of the top most bank in India, moreover its well known and well established bank. Even when you don't mention the small banks(or not well known banks) you must atleast mention the top used banks by the customer .
                          Why is it not available ? This is really freaking me out, I am not even interested in using this app and have uninstalled.

                          Kindly request you to add SBI in Net Banking option

                            I recharged my mobile no on 19th March but the status is still pending.
                            How long does it take to recharge a mobile now a days. Either cancel the transaction and do something else. You guys dont reply to mail. Your number is not working.

                                  Please be inform i have contacted to [protected]@freecharge.in but no buddy is responding to my email, I have recharge of Rs.251 at 1:08PM 03/22/16, and its almost 4 hrs over and still showing Your transaction in pending state.

                                  I have check with service provider and confirm that recharge have been failed but Freechare is not refunding the amount of recharge. They have told wait for 4 hrs to get auto-refund amount i have waited their word of mouth its seen not promised as they convey to customers.

                                  This is complain regarding how freecharge is doing business and make trouble to customer, I am sincerely request all customer don't recharge from freecharge.

                                    I made monthly bill payment of rs 976/- on 27/2/2016 to Vodafone using Freecharge. The amount was debited by Freecharge immediately. The payment was delayed for 20 days and then I was charged penalty by Vodafone. Moreover I had to go through too many phone calls to communicate between Vodafone and Freecharge and wasted lot of time for 20 days.

                                        Last week i tried to make a postpaid mobile bill payment through freecharge but that payment got failure. I tried to ask the reason of failure that i didn't get from them.I tried to call there landline no but no one is picking a phone . I wrote 4-5 mails to there support team but not getting proper response from there team. I have a order id fcmw[protected]. So please go through with this order id and resolve this issue as earlier possible.
