    On March 13, a payment of Rs 150 was being credited to www.freshmenu.com for a lunch order. But after the debit from freecharge wallet the merchant site came back to payment page with neither failure nor success message. This was brought to the attention of www.freecharge.in customer care immediately by email. But still no response from them except that it will automatically get refunded after 5-7 business days.
    On sending the reminder email they sent exactly the same response.
    On freecharge website the transaction details are: GbKBCkudVx7WXN_[protected]_11PIN1.
    Transaction Time: March 13, 2016 12:19:36 PM.
    Amount : Rs 150/-
    Merchant: Food Vista India Pvt Ltd.

    Resolved after more than dozen more reminders and emails. Took more than 2 months.
    Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The freecharge has never even bothered to reply back to my email or to this forum.
    I had sent an email to even snapdeal founder kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com.
    But they advised me to wait for freecharge mail.
    No action has been taken by anybody.
    The refund for mere Rs 150/- back to freecharge wallet for the failed transaction has not been processed.

      Thank you.It is resolved. Though I am cheated many times as I got many phone call who asked me to the detail of my DEBIT card number.They thought me a fool . I have recorded their speech and sent the details to consumer court an bank authority.

                            On 22nd Feb 2016 at 01:05 AM i have done a Reliacnce top up recharge of 100/- via freecharge.com but it failed, also 100/- deducted from my account. From then, i have write so many mails even contact customer care of both freecharge and reliance regarding the problem but both didn't take any steps, both pointing to each other for the failure but no one refunded my money yet. I don't know with whom my money is stuck coz both pointing to each other, i have already provided my bank statement to them but then they didn't take any steps.

                                        Sir I have done two recharges on 14/03/2016 whoes
                                        Order ID is FCVA[protected] for rs 343

                                        Another is FCVA[protected] for rs 291 but non of these are created in to my Mobile. Only a message from your side, your transaction is pending wait for two hours. I did these recharges between approx 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
                                        Sir please refund my money or recharge my mobiles as soon as possible. And I request you to get me what happened with these transaction
