    I paid my Airte land line bill payment through free charge app for Rs. 200/- on 22. 02. 16. But it is not credit to my airtel account till now. please pursue the matter as early as possiable. I am herewith attaching the message which i received for your verification. Kindly credit the amount to my airtel account or to my free charge account and conform to my email [protected]@gmail. com Thank you.

      My name is Ashish sharma my brother recharged [protected] with 1000 rs but operator and circle was choosen wrong mistakly and recharge did not successful on number but also money was not refunded to my freecharge account. FreeCharge did nit refunded money to my account back even recharge did not successful. Help me i am middle class family man. You can find details related to issue below.

        Recharge of Rs 325 for Airtel Dish TV account # [protected] under Freecharge Order Id: FCDA[protected] had shown successful on Freecharge mobile app on February 29 2016 at 2013 hrs. but the Airtel account has not been recharged yet. I have mailed this to Freecharge customer support email ID: [protected]@freecharge.in and a reply to my mail was received quoting Ticket # 3190859 on February 29 at 2100 hrs. After NOT receiving further update to the Ticket created by Freecharge to resolve the issue, nor recharging the account till 1543 hrs. on March 4 2016, I wrote again to the Freecharge email ID but to no avail - neither the recharge has been successful as yet, nor the amount debited from my account has been credited back to my account.

          Hi,

          Yesterday i have done two recharge order ids are:
          1. Fcvm[protected]
          2. Fcvm[protected]

          Money have deducted from my bank account but in free charge its showing failed transaction, i have contacting since morning through mails and calls but neither you guys replying to my mails nor answering the call. Sorry to say but this unprofessional. At least you guy should reply and solve the issue.

          Please look into the matter and try to resolve the issue.

              I received your mail but I want to know how can possible when bank have not 13 digit account number any account and i have contact my Bank and bank customer care and told me bank didn't received any payment by freecharge and any reccored this payment and how can match FSC code and name. this is not possible when my Bank FSC code is VYSA0006260 name vikas shivhare A/C[protected] Bank name- ING vysya plz you contact to bank and revers my payment .

                    Some days ago, I paid two electricity bills through freecharge. The amount was deducted from my account and I got a message that the transaction was successful.
                    After two or three days I checked the status of my electricity bills on the govt website and I was shocked at finding that my bills were not paid. They were showing that the last bills paid for those account were in the month of january.
                    Then I just contacted the freecharge customer supports by mailing them. They replied as my bills were paid successfully and probably I'd entered the wrong account numbers to check the status.
                    By this time there was only one day left for the bill to be paid. Otherwise the penalty must be paid.
                    Then I again checked for that. But I got the same message again. So I again mailed them asking to refund my money or to pay my bills otherwise I'm going file a case against them. I also asked for the amount that I've to paid as penalty to the electricity board as the due date for the bills was gone.
                    Now they are not replying my mails. At last I mailed them to thank and told them that their time was over and I'll do it on my own now.
                    I've lost my 4034 Rs ( the penalty is not included ).And if I pay the bills now I've to pay them along with the penalties.
                    I'm attaching screenshots of successful transactions and the receipts of transactions and the message I got on the govt. website.
                    All the important dates are as follows:
                    Last date for the bill to be paid: 3/3/2016
                    Paid through freecharge on : 27/2/2016 and 1/3/2016 (As I paid two bills)
                    Checked status on the govt website on: 4/3/2016 (checked many times but this is the latest )
                    Order IDs are FCEW[protected] and FCEW[protected]

                        My concern is regarding refund for my money. Actually I port my number i.e [protected] to Vodafone om 2nd March I recharge it with 100 Rs but I didn't get the balance. When I spoke to Vodafone customer care they said when a number is port, it is first recharge from the dealer with 101 Rs.
                        So please refund my money or recharge my number with that money. Even I mailed to [protected]@Freecharge.in but I didn't get my money back. I am attaching images for reference.

                                  I am dharmender kumar my Account No[protected] bank name ING vysya and I wanted to transfer payment from Freecharge account in my bank account[protected] of Rs 2300 but by mistake i transfered in wrong Account no[protected] Rs 2300 and please refund that amount to my freecharge account again. I contacted my bank customer care ING vysya and executive told me bank have Accounts 12 digit number but payment is transfered to wrong Account which is 13 Digit[protected].
                                  please help me on this as they told me it would go back to the sender.

                                        Seems like the card you used on the transaction is an invalid one. It could be because the card you are using is a virtual one or the card has not been issued in this country. Unfortunately, the cash back offer is applicable only on a valid card.

                                        However, if the card you possess is not a virtual card, please send in a snapshot of your physical card (showing your Name and first six digits of the card), so that we can get it verified with the relevant team.
