Seems like the card you used on the transaction is an invalid one. It could be because the card you are using is a virtual one or the card has not been issued in this country. Unfortunately, the cash back offer is applicable only on a valid card.
However, if the card you possess is not a virtual card, please send in a snapshot of your physical card (showing your Name and first six digits of the card), so that we can get it verified with the relevant team.
On receipt of the above, we will be able to assist you better.
