If the same is not done after 7 bank working days, please feel free to write back to us with an updated official copy of your bank statement showing the missing amount with complete entries till date, for us to follow up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against any promotional offer is not refundable and will remain in FreeCharge Balance only.

          Yesterday I paid my BEST Mumbai Electricity Bill through freecharge yesterday. After paying the bill I got the Invoice but I received no SMS from BEST Department.
          After sometime I again checked the BESt online website and found that the bill is still showing as unpaid and when I cehcked the Payment history, there was no sign of payment from freecharge.
          I registered a complaint with freecharge for this (Ticked ID #3116929) and got an email that an agent will contact you shortly.
          Still noone has contacted me after repeated emails to freecharge!.

          Please Help!

I did 2 recharges on 15th feb, 2016 of rs 200 and rs 47 from Freecharge.com online recharge site, but the recharge was not done, i sended the mail to their customer support, and their i received my complain ticket id: 3103266. after that no one has responded, and no one is replying to my quieries. Kinldy help me in this.

                    Dear sir,

                    I did recharge on 16 feb 2016 of Rs. 133 but I did not get balance benefit from your side. When I called to reliance customer care they said you will not get any balance because this is FRC recharge but according to your website it is not mentioned that this is for FRC. This recharge comes under special tarrif voucher so thats why I did this.

                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and after this I won't use your app or website becauae its better to do recharge from retailer or any other website.

                        elsewhere i didn't receive my cash back of 50% as i applied a promo code FC50
                        they people reply me that this promo code only for a single time but it was not mention anywhere that it was applicable only for a single time.

                              I had recharged my airtel number [protected] with frecharge app. Details of recharge is attached in this mail. But i didn't get any balance in my account. I contacted airtel customer care too and they said they didn't get any payment or requisition from your side.
                              I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  I am Guru prasad made a purchase from snapdeal and received damaged product and so i have Return the item with the option of Refund but Refund money transferred from Snapdeal to freecharge and then freecharge account says to transfer to my bank account, on trying to transfer it shows transaction is failed and says Your money has been withdrawn.

                                        I have paid my BSNL Postpaid Bill Payment through FreeCharge.in on Feb 7 2016 and the same not reflected at Merchant (BSNL) End even after 7 days.

                                        But the status on Freecharge.in showing as like below,

                                        [protected] - Bsnl Postpaid, ALL - Rs. 685 - Recharged on Mobile Website

                                        Order id : FCMM[protected] (View Invoice). Your transaction was successful.

                                        I have reported the same issue to Freecharge customer care ([protected]@freecharge.in) several times but not yet received any confirmation about reversal of amount paid through their website to my wallet or bank account.
