      I have made a bill payment of Rs. 500 through Freecharge.in which was showing on Freecharge as a successful payment. However when I saw the MSEDCL site after 5 days the payment was still due on me and MSEDCL is not received the payment from Freecharge.

          Hi Team,

          I tried to use Freecharge new feature last night with there option of visa card, as per there notification in website and there email, I had to receive money instantly to my freecharge account on the accordance of failed transaction, now it is not done and there customer service is sending email it will take 5 to 7 working days. They are misleading customers and giving false promises.

          Due to the false promises by there email and miss leading customers, I am filing this case and I would request freecahrge to release my money immediately and pay a fine of 5, 00, 000 due to the miss leading communication and email and information sent over email.

              Hi

              We did payment of Airtel Internet postpaid connection on Feb 10, 2016 through Freecharge.

              We did payment Of Rs 4400 under Airtel Data card.


              Order Id:FCCW[protected]
              Airtel number:[protected]

              the payment was done by SBI credit card.

              Airtel has not received any payment as in Freecharge account, it is showing pending.

              Kindly refund the amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction.

                I have made payment for MSEB Bill of Rs 4130 Through freecharge but its not reflecting on MSEB Website and not even MSEB department confirmed about it.

                It shows succesfull transaction on Freecharge.in and also got receipt for the same.

                I request you to look into matter as early as possible and resolve the matter.

                    Dear Team

                    This is to inform you that as i make a payment of Rs 2100/- towards my airtel postpaid bill and i received confirmation sms and mail on the successful transaction. But still payment has not been credited in post paid account.

                    Secondly, i made the payment for Electric bill as well and also facing the same issue still payment is not posted.but i received confirmation from my bank as well as Free charge.

                    For your reference attached the screenshot of mail received from my Bank and Free charge.


                    Requesting you to look into this issue on priority and confirm the same.

                      Hi,

                      I had recharged my mobile number (Airtel) from Freecharge worth Rs. 198 on 10th Feb 2016.
                      But recharge was failed and i contacted to Freecharge team to tell me about failed transaction amount and about refund.
                      But after 5 conversations by mail till today evening i have no reply from Freecharge. My money stuck at freecharge and also can not get recharge.
                      Now i had done recharge from another site and no need to recharge.
                      But i want my 198 rs anyhow from Freecharge.

                      If they want time to resolve it, at least they should have to inform me that the issue will take time. But reason of my anger is 0 reply from Freecharge.

                        Freecharge.in debited total amount of Rs.2540/- for my MSEB bill payments but did not transfer it to my service provider till now, i have receipts of successful transactions from freecharge.in but it has not been transferred to the MSEB company and so my connection is deactvated. this happened on 4th feb 2016 and even after several written mails to company...they are not replying nor refunding or updating me on my bill payment

                            They have also not put any contact no. cleverly, please help as I am not getting any support from them.

                              I have paid elctricity bill(MSEB, Maharshtra board) using freecharge.
                              Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to merchant for the same.

                              Both Bill paid on:31Jan16, still not reflected on MSEB website.
                              MSEB Customer ids:[protected],[protected] to which bill payment done.


                              Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.

                              As this is utility payment So my electricity may got disconnect.
                              Kindly resolve on priority.

                                    I have suffered failed transactions on several occasions. On the first occasion, FreeCharge took a week to resolve my issue. On the second occasion, I had to write a mail to get the transaction completed. If left to them, there is no guarantee of any failed transactions being completed. No compensation for monetary loss suffered by me on the process. Very poor service

                                      I tried using freecharge to make a bill payment for a Idea Post Paid mobile. . Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to Idea for the same.

                                      Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.
