Hi Team,
I tried to use Freecharge new feature last night with there option of visa card, as per there notification in website and there email, I had to receive money instantly to my freecharge account on the accordance of failed transaction, now it is not done and there customer service is sending email it will take 5 to 7 working days. They are misleading customers and giving false promises.
Due to the false promises by there email and miss leading customers, I am filing this case and I would request freecahrge to release my money immediately and pay a fine of 5, 00, 000 due to the miss leading communication and email and information sent over email.
