Freecharge is just so irresponsible, they don't even bother to reply to your ticket raised for concern.I paid an amount of 400 and 100 using my freecharge account mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my "Ticket # 3042618" "Ticket # detail 3042577" order id is FCMW[protected] ; FCMA[protected] i contact them on [protected]@freecharge.com but they not giving any replay. amount nither credit in my bill nither in my credit card so guy this is fraud company don, t do any payment by their account as they are making fool to people. fraud company is freecharge and freecharge is a fraud company.

    I have six problem

    1)Payment deducted from account but mobile/ dth not recharge?

    2)Freecharge.in Coupon applied but mobile not recharge?

    3)Complaint registered on freecharge.in webpage but not action?

    4)Freechage recharged success some amount ... but account showing another amount?

    5)If freechage recharge failed, You will not get your money back in time?

    6) Bill paid through freecharge account but mobile company shows bill unpaid?

    Complaint Posted at Consumer Complaint. in site on Feb 9, 2016. About the posted complaint has been notified to FreeCharge.in / Accelyst Solutions customer support on Feb 09, 2016 by Consumer Complaint. in Team. After several reminder they could not reply positively.They are talking never ever . Actually they have not any answer to reply this question.This complaint had been withdrawned without any justice because FreeCharge.in / Accelyst Solutions customer support bad customer care support. I am asking to Accelyst Solutions customer support, If you are not resolving customer problem, its may result in customer dis-satisfaction, disappointed then what should they do? They live you!         On 7th FEB 2016, My Friend also done bill payment but its also successful but failed to reflect in account.
        Note: Past two days sending mail to [protected]@freecharge.in only getting ticket numbers but there is no replay from them (ticket no are Ticket # 3048322, # 3056561). Personally I felt like got cheated by Free charge.

          Dear Free charge,

          On 7th FEB 2016, I was done my mobile bill payment of rs 100 of 2 num's ([protected] and [protected]) totally 200 rupees but its is successful and I got invoice copy but almost two days are gone its failed to reflect in my payment.

          Note: Past two days sending mail to [protected]@freecharge.in only getting ticket numbers but there is no replay from them (ticket no are Ticket # 3048430, # 3052582). Personally I felt like got cheated by Freecharge.

              Despite of login compliance with Freecharge no action has been taken..not even a single call is received yet.

                This is regarding

                Bill Payment Receipt from FreeCharge - OrderId:FCMA[protected]

                For this particular order however the amount was deducted from my bank account and I also received a message telling that my bill was paid. But 2 working days on the amount is not credited to the Docomo account. As it is my postpaid number I chose freecharge to do my bill payments. I wanted to know where exactly is the money gone. I have done this recharge on 6 feb, 2016.

                  Freecharge — From last three times amount from my account debited but that amount is not credited to my number

                    I had paid my bill on 6 feb 2016 of rs 831 and my order id is FCMA[protected]. as per free charge info payment has been done successfully but as per idea operator they have not received the payment yet. i m trying to reach free charge customer care operator since last two days but they are not giving me a answer related to my question . i got a worst service from free charge.will u make my solution as early as possible. my postpaid number is [protected]

                              I returned a product purchased from Snapdeal and the Amount of Rs 5555 was refunded by Snapdeal to Freecharge Account. But Freecharge company is saying due to technical problem you transaction has failed and is repeating the same thing since[protected]. Going to file a complaint in consumer court and with CBI if they failed to return my amount within 7 days

                                Free charge Ticket#3035164

                                I made a purchase from snapdeal using the free charge offer of Rs.103 cashback. Logged on the ticket as they did not give cashback when product has been delivered. I have 7 to return the product to snapdeal if freecharge responds whether they will give cashback or not. Non responsive.. This is second instance where company not refunding the amount as promised. Deceptive marketing strategy.

                                        With reference to my Order Id : FCVW[protected], Recharged Date:[protected], Recharged No.: +91 [protected] Recharge Amount of Rs. 81/- is showing successfully in my freecharge account status, where as the mentioned amount so fare is not reflecting in my IDEA talk time. it seems there are some hidden things which freecharg is not is not disclosing in detail's, i am sure it's an fraud site. kindly look in to the matter so that we are not getting cheated.
