Dear Sir,
Recently freecharge.in launched a prepaid virtual credit card with mastercard and yes bank. Using this card I made a payment of Rs. 561/- on amazon.in for shopping some product on 24 Jan 2016 but later on returned the product to amazon and amazon initiated the refund to my freecharge virtual credit card on 28 Jan 2016, but it is not showing in the card and their customer care is not responding in this matter. Please look into the matter.
Amazon has provided me with some details which is given below:

            I have canceled one of mine order on amazon for which they have initiated the refund process on 22nd January 2016 but that amount i have yet not get in my wallet.I have made transaction using Freecharge go card of Yes bank.

                Sir, On 21st January i ordered on amazon via freecharge wallet go card.and the automatically the order was cancelled.but rs.7999 amount was debited from my freecharge account.from 1st day i emailed but the amount don't given to me.they assured me that money will be given within 7days.my order id is 533823HDFC[protected]..plz give my refund

                Freecharge.in — balance refund

                On 3rd apr i recharged a data card on my nmbr. Balanced ha been deducted bt still i didn't receive data card and aftr 6 days my balance is not refunded yet.plz refund my balance as soon as possible.

                            I have just transferred funds to my freecharge wallet on 16th Jan and i have not received the same. I have been trying to reach freecharge team over email and phone i am not getting any response regarding the same. It went to my airtel bill payment not to my account.

                            Please help me to transfer the same amount to my wallet in next 1 hour if its later kindly transfer to my bank.


                            On Jan 28th I have received below email from freecharge, its been now 8 days there is no response for the same.

                                I registered for FreeCharge Go MasterCard, and did my first transaction @ amazon to buy books with Order #[protected], Placed on Saturday, January 23, 2016. It failed. and order got cancelled. But the money 421 Rs got debited from my freecharge account.

                                Please check below from my transaction history,

                                I have contacted amazon and they said they can't help me as the payment is not done. The order got cancelled now.

                                I emailed freecharge @ their email address ([protected]@freecharge.in) for 3-4 times but they did not respond.

                                Please check the issue and at revert the money as soon as possible so that I can order the books.

                                Same problem is with me, they are not responding to any mails. Other websites like paytm, mobikwik at least reply with a justified solution within a given TAT. Freecharge has no support at all, neither by email nor by call...
