My regt Email id: [protected]@gmail.com, On jan13 2016, I paid Rs 100 through NETBANKING. But after successful transaction the screen appears process is failed then the required amount was deducted from my account.I tried getting in touch with my bank and the payment is successful from their end. i also e-mailed freecharge 3 to 4 times and also called their customer care contacts for several times but haven't got any response from them.The money was never used and the money was swallowed by Freecharge itself buy fooling customers. They never refunded the 1050 rupees to my wallet or bank account I want my full amount refunded asap.

    Hi

    I have done recharge from freecharge for amount 197. Still the recharge is not processed and I have put almost 10 mails to them even though no reply.
    There customer care helpline number is worst, any moment of the day I call it comes as "busy".

      Hi,

      I did transaction on Fri Jan 22 2016, 8:50:52 PM, an amount of 1825.95 was deducted from my wallet against the transaction 298956700040355577631017791918. Merchant cancelled the transaction. It's been 5 days but no response from freecharge team, i have been writing mails from friday but no reply till now.

      Please do the needful ASAP.

          I have done two recharges of 50 INR and got 50 INR cashback on both immediately. But its been two days and recharge is still pending. I wrote a mail but it is unanswered. Very poor service.

            Hi,

            I had done an online electricity bill payment via freecharge.com. The amount was deducted from my bank account as soon as i made the transaction. I also received a mail saying the transaction was successful, but it seems the bill is not paid yet. I have tried to contact the customer care but haven't got hold of them.

            Following is the transaction or Order ID: FCEA[protected]. The transaction was done on 16th Jan 2016.

            I need the amount to be refunded to my account.

But after successful transaction the screen appears process is failed then the required amount will be deducted from my account. But Rs 100 is refunded by oxigen on 12-jan due to unsuccessful tranasaction but till now the amount is not credited into my wallet.

                      i have already recharged my idea prepaid recharge with an amount of Rs 55 ( 23/01/2016)
                      but my idea account has not been recharged till now. the transaction in my freecharge account has been shown paymet failed and an amount of Rs 55 has been deducted from my HDFC BANK account respectively. i also mailed freecharge 3 to 4 times and also called their customer care contacts for several times but haven't got any response from there side.                         I have already recharged my vodafone mobile bill with an amount of Rs 280 last month ( 21/12/2015)
                        but my vodafone account has not been recharged till now. the transaction in my freecharge account has been shown successfully and an amount of Rs 280 has been deducted from my Axis account respectively. i also mailed freecharge 3 to 4 times and also called their customer care contacts for several times but haven't got any response from there side.                           I have made a payment for Rs 191 were my amount was been deducted from my account but no recharge was done to my Aircel account, it was inform that I would be refunded back with my money within 6 hours but still date I have not received any amount or has been more the 6 day I haven't received any response and whenever I try calling them they are not picking up my call, kindly requesting you guys to refund my amount back as this completely not expectable from you guys with such an service

                            highly disappointed with the unprofessional level.

                                  I used Freecharge for debiting money from my bank account for a purchase on snapdeal.com using Freecharge go Yes Bank MasterCard.
                                  The total amount of 1050 rupees was debited from my bank account towards Freecharge and after proceeding with all the security matters the money was successfully credited to freecharge.com from my bank and after creating the money I got a mail from Freecharge saying that the money was successfully added and credited to my Freecharge wallet of email ID a k h i l a r s h i n @ gmail.com.
                                  After the mail from Freecharge I went to snap deal.com for paying the money and at first the payment was failed I retried the payment using Freecharge go and I got a message from Freecharge saying that payment failed due to insufficient balance so I suddenly checked my Freecharge account balance and it remained the same. No money was credited to my recharge wallet when I checked recent transaction history so I mailed this problem too c a r e at Freecharge.com
                                  They said me that the credited money was debited against order which was never done. The money was never used and the money was swallowed by Freecharge itself buy fooling customers.
                                  They never refunded the 1050 rupees to my wallet or bank account I want my full amount refunded soon with in 2 business days

                                  The money was refunded by snapdeal, not by freecharge. Free charge doesn't contributed even 1% for solving the problem. Thanks to snapdeal. You said that snapdeal is slow at solving problems but taking all problem or complaints registered by me, snapdeal only solved the complaint

                                        I made d2h recharge from free charge site on 21st Jan 2016 for 6 month however recharge is still pending as on 23rd Jan 2016. I sent an email to free charge customer care on 22nd Jan 2016. They just apologize for inconvenience and assured to resolve the issue soon. But till now I didn't get any sollution.
                                        Request you to look into the issue and help me to resolve the issue.
