    On 19/1/2016 at 2.22pm .I paid for my BSNL postpaid billof Rs822 thro my HDFC bank debit card to freecharge. com.they took money then sent a message that Bsnl could not be connected. said my money is in credit with them. again i tried several times to pay it failed everytime. everytime they say they could not connect the service provider and mention my money is in credit with them, even i tried for airtel prepaid no [protected]. the result is same. i asked them to refund my money. no response. i asked them the method to use my credit with them no response.please refund my money.

      I have withdrawn two different amounts on two different dates (details given below) from my FreeCharge Wallet to my Bank Account. But the amounts hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. I have already sent two mails to the support team. But no any action taken yet.

      So I request the Consumer Complaints Authority, please inform the FreeCharge's Higher Authority about my issue and ask them to take proper immediate action within 24 hours so that I can get my money back.

                  I recharge my dth of rupee 250 from freecharge.In first time. So they debited 250 rupee from my bank a/c but recharge not done. Then i mail them abt refund. So told me to wait for 4 hours but no response. So at last here to seek help from u sir. I want my money back.

                      I used freecharge android application for recharging my prepaid account ([protected]) and i tried to charged for a full talk time offer for 290 indian rupee. it took me to online payment and i did it and the money was taken from my bank account on Wed Jan 20 2016, 10:49:16 AM. but in freecharge application its showing payment failed (FCVA[protected]). After 3-4 minutes i tried once again for recharge of same amount and again same problem arrived and freecharge application its showing payment failed (FCVA[protected]). I asked for refund from [protected]@freecharge.com. till now i have not received any refund or any updates. This is a very disappointing incident from the company. I here by reviewing the company as Below Average based on my experience and i won't recommend the services provided by this company to anyone known to me I'm attaching the last 6 transaction details relevant of the same.

                                        I have account with mail id vir.[protected]@gmail.com. few days back my mobile number got updated to some unknown number without my consent and virtual credit card was activated. I had just updated my mobile number and password and thought problem got solved. But in the evening of same day, i started getting OTPs over my mobile number and my wallet started debiting and i lost rs 815. I have raised this issue so many times and after a long time got reply that you guys cannot help me with that. I am raising a sucurity issueissue and you guys do not bother to take any action and chack for flaws in your system. And if you are not able to handle such issues why dont you just shut your operation and stop harrasing customers or just consider it as a serious issue and provide me the refund.
