        Hi, I made my bescom payments through FREECHARGE but next day i receive a SMS from freecharge stating that i have not paid my electricity bill and when i try to call the customer care of freecharge it is either busy or no body receives a call. I had also sent a email for which i did not receive a response. This is very bad service i have ever seen and would never recommend my friends to do the payment from freecharge as customer service is pathetic. Regards, Aishwarya

          I recharged my mobile [protected] on 15 Jan 2016 for Rs 50 and 39 with order Id FCVA[protected] and FCVA[protected] that was successful from Freecharge side but was failed from the operator side. Freecharge is saying that the recharge was successful but Reliance support are saying that the recharge was failed. So I contacted Freecharge for my money to revert back but they are not responding to my mails. My [protected]@gmail.com

                      On 15-jan-2016 i initiated a recharge for my own mobile using frecharge wallet...the money was deducted but the transaction is unsuccessful about two times(twice)... both the times the money was deducted in my freecharge wallet but my mobile number is not recharged...i'm not expecting this from freecharge.com...pls try to solve my problem...

                            On 14/01/2016 i tried adding money to my wallet three times of INR 10000. But every time i got the message failed "Go Back". But the money got debited three times from my card. I didnt got any transaction reference number too for one transaction. Please revert back my money to my credit card as soon as possible. My freecharge ac : [protected]@yahoo.co.in Card used : Citi bank Credit Card ending with 8024 Please find the attachment. How its showing in app after money got debited from credit card.. And i tried in web the same was happened third time. But i failed to capture image like this.. Please do the needful..

                              Hi I used freecharge.in for recharging my prepaid account ([protected]) and i tried to charged for a full talk time offer it took me to online payment and i did it and the money was taken from my bank account on Fri Jan 01 2016, 6:40:54 PM. but in freecharge website its showing payment failed (FCVW[protected]) and i asked for refund from [protected]@freecharge.com and they gave me a ticket (Ticket # 2754816) and informed an agent will call me. till now i have not received any refund or any updates. This is a very disappointing incident from the company. I here by reviewing the company as Below Average based on my experience and i won't recommend the services provided by this company to anyone known to me I'm attaching the transaction details and bank statement relevant of the same.

                              A Guy named Deepak called me from [protected] saying he is from Freecharge.in and tried to steal 5000rs from my account but i caught him and smoked him.
                              Nice try this is what you get from Freecharge.in
                              Try to keep this up and it wont take long to end up behind bars

                                Bsnl landline bill Dear sir, I have paid 1420/- bill through freecharge order id FCLA[protected] BEFORE 3 DAYS bsnl landline . But on bsnl portal it is still pending and not paid and my landline fone is dead due to this . Do needfull either refund or pay on my bsnl pprtal .

                                    I have downloaded freecharge app in my mobile. I have done many transaction through it. on 11/1/2016, I have deposited Rs.1500/-from my saving account by net banking, freecharge app shows transaction failed, hence Rs.1500/-not credited in it. But in my saving account Rs.1500/- deducted and not refunded till now ...e.i.15/1/2015. I have tried many times in customer care numbers of freecharge but in vain.
