Dear Sir, On 25 December, 2015, I was redirected by Airtel.in portal to Freecharge.in.I wanted recharge of Rs 255/- towards free talktime, but by error I clicked on 800MB of 3G data valid for 25 days. Operator ID:[protected]. Since that date, I have sent repeated emails requesting them to revert and adjust the payment of Rs 255/- towards free talk time, but every time they sent a stereotyped msg("We understand how frustrating delays are, especially long delays. We understand your anxiety and will do everything possible to minimize the delay. We totally understand that this has been an inconvenience and you should not wait this long for the confirmation of an online recharge transaction. We deeply regret for the same. This transaction (order ID FCVW[protected]) has still not been processed by the operator").It has been 19 days now, and my request has neither been resolved, nor Rs 255/- refunded. Kindly intervene. Thanks.
