I have debited 400/- in my freecharge wallet on 5th jan 2016. The amount was deducted from my account. But the recharge was not success.the confirmation massage of debited amount came on my mobile number as-"rs. 400. 00 was spent on my debit card 4696********7413 on[protected] at PAYU-www. payu. in, DELHI confirmation of successful transaction was not given by freecharge website. So please check my transaction details and do refund my amount. I tried to customer care many times. But no body received my call for support. MY REFERENCE NUMBER-[protected], [protected] Ticket no-2787702

    I recharge today of rs 48 on mo. no. [protected] but freecharge only send sms of recharge successful but actually no any recharge done on my mobile number. I confirmed this from telecom operator TATA DOCOMO. Due to thier fault and their message i started using data and my all balance deducted. I want it back again.         My order id. FCCA[protected] I recharge my reliance datacard no [protected] on 8th jan 2016. Rs. 255 is deducted from my account but freecharge not send any message to successful or not . next i try to repeat recharge and my order id. FCCA[protected] and Rs. 255 is deducted from my account and then not send any message from freecharge so totally 510 rs deducted from my account . please refund the money to my account.

              In freecharge app they run a program of refer and earn . In this program if my friend download the app and recharge by using my code then both (me and my friend ) get 50-50 rs. Wallet balance so my friend use my code but both o[censored]s didn't get this balance. I have been complained a lot of time to the company customer service but they didn't give any response. Please take a stronge dicision against the company as they mischief with consumers .

                        I have recharged for Rs. 194 Data plan today 7th Jan'16. My Order ID is FCVW[protected] Payment has been deducted from my account, but it was not recharged and the website say that transaction is failed. How come its possible? No proper response from Customer care unit, no one is picking the call. If required step was not taken I definitely take this to next level.

                            It happened on 6/1/16. I had about Rs.123 in my freecharge wallet and used it to recharge my airtel number [protected] with Rs.90. The order id is FCVW[protected]. The company says that the number has been recharged. But i haven't i received the amount in the phone. I complained to the company. The company says that i have received the amount. But my original account balance in my phone doesn't seem to increase.

                                    I paid my BSES Rajdhani Bill using my Freecharge Account on 3 Jan 2016. The payment was done successfully and the invoice was generated on Freecharge. Order ID is- FCEA[protected] Refer to the attached invoice as well. My BSES Rajdhani CA Number is[protected] Now 72 hours have passed, and even when I am checking my account on BSES website, it still doesn't show any amount that was paid; but on Freecharge, it says no bill is pending.This is my first Electricity Bill Payment through Freecharge and I am seriously disappointed. I do not seem to understand, what is happening and thus I want you to cancel my transaction completely and refund my money as FC credits or bank at the earliest since I raised tickets earlier #2775623 and #2767023 and you asked me to wait for 72 hours and now even after 72 hours my bill is still not paid.

                                    My bill got paid and the payment was reflected in the BSES account. It took around 4 days to happen. The biggest concern with Freecharge is the Customer Care that they have. It's just an email id and besides when you send a mail, a ticket is created but they did not reply for the ticket which I created. When the bill is paid through Mobikwik or PayTM, a small reflection of payment being received is present in BSES Account instantaneously which is not there when we pay through Freecharge. And PayTM and Mobikwik have a much better customer care than Freecharge.

                                    I have paid my amount through Freecharge of my bses bill[protected] and it was successful. But now i have received the message that it is still due. What is going on? I have seen so negative reviews now. Will it get resolved or i have lost my money.

                                      I have paid my electricity bill through freecharge transaction no-FCEA[protected] dated - 01/01/2016. Amount of Rs.980/- has been debited from credit card but i have seen the merchant MSEDC is not showing this transaction. The due amount shown as it is. Freecharge also has not refunded my Rs.980/- amount in my wallet. No body communicate with me from company side...I tried to mail them & call them but no reply. Please do not get into trap by Freecharge they just shows offer & doing fraud.

                                      I checked with MSEDC still payment is not updated with them. Kindly share transaction id so that I can speak to them based on transaction id. I have done my payment again online & that is reflected on their site also. Please stop this fraud. Kindly share transaction Id which MSEDC can understand.

                                      same issue happened with me, ,
                                      freecharge giving large inconvenience to their users.
                                      I have paid elctricity bill(MSEB, Maharshtra board) using freecharge.
                                      Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to merchant for the same.

                                      Both Bill paid on:31Jan16, still not reflected on MSEB website.
                                      MSEB Customer ids:[protected],[protected] to which bill payment done.


                                      Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.

                                      Kindly resolve on priority.
