Sir, i have debited 500/- in my freecharge wallet on 5th jan 2016.the confirmation massage of debited amount came on my mobile number as-"rs. 500.00 was spent on your debit card 4283********1309 on[protected] at PAYU-www.payu.in, DELHI DL.Butthe confirmation of successfull transaction was not given by freecharge website for very long time.so i click back to my account but their was no refilled amount of 500/- was showing.also i am not able to recharge as no wallet balance is showing there.please do me a favour.

    As per our telephonic conversation, we had this issue discussed and we would like to inform you that we have initiated refund of Rs.402 to your account on against the order id - FCDA[protected]. This amount will be credited in your respective bank account within 5-7 bank working days.

    If the same is not done after 7 bank working days, please feel free to write back to us with an updated official copy of your bank statement showing the missing amount with complete entries till date, for us to follow up with our payment partner.

    Please note that any cashback given against any promotional offer is not refundable and will remain in FreeCharge Balance only.

      I have paid my electricity bill through freecharge transaction no-FCEA[protected], dated - 01/01/2016. Amount of Rs.1720/- has been debited from sbi debit card but i have seen the merchant Torrent power Ahmedabad is not showing this transaction. I have communicated with torrent power customer care and they told me that your transaction was unsuccessful and the due amount shown as it is. Freecharge also has not refunded my Rs.1720/- amount in my wallet. No body communicate with me from company side.

            I was trying to paid my bill of DGVCL from freecharge.com of rs 1500. For the first time when I have paid from my debit card I have used promo code(BILL150) so that I can get 150 in my freecharge wallet. Promo code used successfully, Money debited from my acc but I gos a "FAIL" message from freecharge.com in my freecharge transaction. The transaction was fail and 1500 rs added in my freecharge wallet. But freecharge has condition that if you use money from your freecharge wallet than you can't use promo codes. So second time when I was trying to pay the bill It took money from my freecharge wallet as 1500 which I have paid from debit card for the first time that money transfered in my freecharge wallet. so second time when I was trying to pay the bill again the promo code was not used as per freecharge conditions. So please kindly request you to understand my query and transfer that 150 rs in my freecharge wallet which I didn't get.

              By looking at the attractive offers by freecharge on date 31st Dec i.e. 200% cashback on recharge/bill payments. I was trying to do my datacard payment using Freecharge.in. So I did seven transactions on date 31st. This is really embarrassing moment when I get to know that All my below transactions were failed. I am wondering how a buggy web app you can deploy on live market. Freecharge (accelyake compst solutions pvt. ltd) is a fake company and looted customers by making fraud promises. I am seeing number of complaints floated in Consumer Forum platform. I am going to add one also. I have also mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in, but no reply yet. I am going to case against accelyake compst solutions pvt. ltd for making such false promotions on live markets and making big bucks. As a customer I understand your policy like firstly attract for customers then ask for transactions. There after purposely failed the transactions to end beneficiary to catch the money in his Freecharge wallet. By doing this act, you force customers to shop again to avail their money either on Freecharge or on SnapDeal. Also Freecharge.in is earning interest money by that time when customer buy/spent his wallet money .Let me tell you, this strategy is not going work in INDIAN market. Kindly do the payment to TATA DOCOMO (Beneficiary) with cashback offers on below transactions done on 31st Dec . I would not stop by just with my money, instead will drag you in to the court also. They are further requested to all the dues for “AMIT KUMAR SINGH” as earliest as possible from the date of issue of this notice mail which are not complying with the provisions of THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                     My freecharge account id is [protected]@gmail.com. My last transaction (FCMA[protected]) done on 25-dec-15 (Ref to attachment) has failed and a amount of total 999 RS has to be credited to my account but only 600 RS (Paid through free charge) has been credited. I have sent my first complaint mail on 28-dec-15 for which they responded that they are working on it and the amount of 399 RS would be credited back (Ref to attachement), But till today i.e 04-Jan-2016 the amount has not been credited nor i get any update from the customer care for any of my mails that i send asking for an update.
