It seems like your payment for this transaction was unsuccessful against this order ID: FCVW[protected], because of which the recharge was not processed. If the payment is processed by your bank but the amount is not forwarded to either the Payment gateway or FreeCharge, then under such circumstances, the amount is auto-refunded to your bank and this may take 5 to 7 business days.
Kindly check your account history after 5 to 7 bank working days. If the amount has still not been added back to your account, please write back to us. We'll then check and assist you further.
