I have made my utility bill payment through freecharge app on 21/12/15 for Order ID: -FCEA[protected] It was being made to MSEDCL but even after it being more then 3 days MSEDCL hasn't received any payment through freecharge ..this was the first time I have transacted through you ..and this was the result which I got ...I would suggest you that ..if you people are facing so much problem to just forward my bill payment for just Rs2350 I would say stop displaying your app ..and as soon as possible refunfy my paid amount ! There are many other apps through which I can! MOBIKWIK is one among them through which I always used to but never suffered through such problem!

          ON 23.12.15 at 1am i did recharge of amount RS.389(339+50 as cupon).It failed due some error. i got a refund of RS.50 only and received a msg that in next 6hrs i got all the amount. But till now not received the refund of RS.339.After putting a mail on 23.12.15 at 8 am they replied that it is under process but still not received given 3 reminder

            on 17th i had complained regarding my failed transaction bearing Order id : FCVW[protected] and ref no. CCACL1VEK213IG0BDUSSJ2 and no refund till now. in fact it has been VERY VERY HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, PATHETIC, CARELESS, UNBOTHERED, CONSUMER UNFRIENDLY attitude and service from FREECHARGE since i didn't get my refund yet more over i have complained twice bringing this to their notice but none has taken action yet apart from just assigning ticket reference no. every time, it has been a week.

            It seems like your payment for this transaction was unsuccessful against this order ID: FCVW[protected], because of which the recharge was not processed. If the payment is processed by your bank but the amount is not forwarded to either the Payment gateway or FreeCharge, then under such circumstances, the amount is auto-refunded to your bank and this may take 5 to 7 business days.

            Kindly check your account history after 5 to 7 bank working days. If the amount has still not been added back to your account, please write back to us. We'll then check and assist you further.

              On 22nd December I attempted to recharge my phone and buy a data pack plan. On the website, Freecharge.com it was very clearly written that reliance data pack which gives the benefit of 1 GB for 28 days was worth Rs 197. And after acknowledgement of payment by both Freecharge and Reliance I waited but it has been two days and no net pack. Then after calling reliance customer care it has come to my attention that Rs 197 gives me absolutely no benefits at all. In fact Rs 198 gives 1.5 GB data and unlimited Whatsapp and so on for 28 days. I went back to Freecharge.com website and I found the information was same, that 197 gives me 1 GB data from reliance gsm. And now I am at a loss of Rs 197 without even any top up benefits or anything. This "small mistake" by Freecharge.com has lead to a lot of problems due to no access to internet. Also being a student I am unable to afford to spend money to buy another net pack. This sort of behaviour is absolutely appalling. Either the money should be returned as soon as possible or I should to the very least be getting data pack worth Rs 197 or Rs 198. Order id- FCVW[protected].                       I took on 25/11/2015 ( order id: FCVA[protected]) & 27/11/2015 ( Order id: FCVA[protected]). I recharged full talk time of rs 150 on respective days to my mobile phone from freecharge application but i did not get full talk time. i got only rs 128 instead of rs 150. i have screen shot avialble for freecharge app on it display the full talk time available on 150 rs. my account deducted 150 rs but i did not get full talk time. this is cheating with customer. they dont hav full talk time then why are they disply on our portal 150 full talktime availbale.

                                I had to pay my light bill on 16-Dec-2015 and id through freecharge mobile app. I got the confirmation with Order ID : FCEA[protected] that the payment has been done. But when I checked it on 19-Dec-2015 https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss to know the status. The payment of Rs.3220/- is not reflecting. I sent the email to customer care email address and I got the response with ticket number Ticket # 2658260. I did not received any call or any email after that. I am feeling cheated and it is not a small amount. Please take necessary action resolve my issue.
