I have done 2 recharges of electricity bill with denomination of 230 and 230 INR .The money is deducted but recharge are still pending.3 days has been passed but still no solution is provided in-spite of repeated mails.The recharge ids are Order Id: FCEA[protected] and Order Id: FCEA[protected]. I want the refund of my recharges....

I have done a recharge Rs50 on 17 December 2015 but he can't successful. My saving account balance had cut after a few hours......

I purchased from snapdeal product through online purchase and got promocode for 100 off on recharge made through freecharge. When I entered it in app. It shows you are not eligible. then after I mailed to Freecharge customer.
