I have done 2 recharges of electricity bill with denomination of 230 and 230 INR .The money is deducted but recharge are still pending.3 days has been passed but still no solution is provided in-spite of repeated mails.The recharge ids are Order Id: FCEA[protected] and Order Id: FCEA[protected]. I want the refund of my recharges.

                I purchased from snapdeal product through online purchase and got promocode for 100 off on recharge made through freecharge. When I entered it in app. It shows you are not eligible. then after I mailed to Freecharge customer. After multiple conversation, Freecharge team mailed me on 25th November, 2015 that they will provide cash back in my freecharge account. Expiry date of all promo code was 30th November, 2015. On 2nd December they again mailed me and informed that cash back will be provided only if you will do transaction using your sanpdeal email id which is different from freecharge email id. On 2nd December, 2015, all promo code were expired. Their late intimation cost me Rs. 500 which I want them to provide back in freecharge account.

                    I have done Airtel prepaid mobile recharge in Mobile no “[protected]”
                    of Rs 150/- on 12/12/2015 thru your website (Freecharge.com), And
                    get the ref No” FCVC[protected]” by SMS and get once more SMS,
                    that was for successful transaction, but talk-time not update in my
                    account till date, so I communicate to Airtel helpline no, their
                    representative can’t solve the problem they told me that transaction
                    have made from third party (Freecharge.com) and there have no data
                    available and suggest me after giving complain no “CONRC[protected]”
                    to communicate Freecharge’s helpdesk.

                    I request you to kindly take the necessary step on this matter
                    immediately so that I can use my money that is blocked at your end .

                          Freecharge — Recharge Not done, and money not refunded Priyanka Ghosh on Dec 12, 2015 I have done a Airtel Internet Recharge for Rs 155( 2G data recharge) through FreeCharge. The amount is debited but the recharge not done even after 3 days. They sent me this message "Your recharge for Rs. 155 was successfull" but till now the recharge is not done. and amount is not refunded. I have mailed them the issue providing all details 3 times and no response from them ( other than automatic reply) . And the customer care number is all time busy.

                            I have done a Airtel Prepaid Recharge for Rs 150 through FreeCharge using my SBI Debit Card. The amount is debited but the recharge not done even after 3 days. With in 2 hrs they sent me this message " Dear Sreekumar C R, Smile. Your recharge for Rs. 150 was a smashing success!" but till now the recharge is not done. and amount is not refunded. I have mailed them the issue providing all details 5 times and no response from them ( other than automatic reply) . And the customer care number is not available in the website.

                                        This site is totally making people as offering sum promo code if we use for less amount we will get back money back. if we go for big amount transaction they always give failed error and they will keep amount in wallet. we can't able to use wallet for promo code again we need to go with credit card payment for cash back.

                                        not at all useful for doing some useful thinks. Waiting for last 8 days can't able to contact customer care number.

                                        event they are not giving proper response on time.

                                        will not suggest this site for doing recharge any more.
