This site is totally making people as offering sum promo code if we use for less amount we will get back money back. if we go for big amount transaction they always give failed error and they will keep amount in wallet. we can't able to use wallet for promo code again we need to go with credit card payment for cash back.

not at all useful for doing some useful thinks. Waiting for last 8 days can't able to contact customer care number.

event they are not giving proper response on time.

will not suggest this site for doing recharge any more.

      I recharged my bsnl kerala sim for 200 rupees and used coupons HELLO20 as per information i got from freecharge site and i double checked on other sites too. before payment i applied coupon and they showed that 'coupon applied successfully and now pay by credit /debit card. i forwarded for payment and payment gone successfully and my mobile was recharged. i waited for 40 hours and till now i haven't received any cashback of 20 rupees. i mailed my query for [protected]@FREECHARGE.COM and they are saying that the coupon not linked with my mail ID. then i asked them why did you show that the coupon applied.? however they are saying that coupons not linked with my account. i want my 20 cashback and i advice them stop fooling the valuable customers transaction ID is FCVA[protected]

        Hate freecharge!! It was my terrible mistake that I had to recharge my mobile urgently and instead of going to a shop or using PayTm.com, I chose freecharge as the best option... But it's been almost 16 hours since I have triggered a recharge of Rs.197 to my Airtel number. I already wrote twice to the customer service (So please don't ask me to do the same thing. I know the email - [protected]@freecharge.in). Since the money has been deducted from my bank account, I need the refund plus interest for these time period from 12th December 8pm/9pm... I have never seen such a terrible customer service from any of the recharge providers. And REMEMBER, I need the money (refund plus interest) to mt freecharge credits and DON'T TRANSFER TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, why because I need to trigger the recharge again as quickly as possible. Don't test my patience. And here are the previous complaint numbers : 2611094 and 2613674 and 2616831. I will give you just one hour otherwise I know what I should do..>!!

            I had recharged on Friday 11/12/2015. At 11:40 of reedmi of 50 to get RS. 20 . Every Rs.of 50 so I get only two and one is pending so what is the problem I want to now.

                            Sir/Ma'am, 06-Dec-2015 i as created my father's account on freecharge and after that we recharge 149 rupees on [protected]. My father was new user and he get the benefit for first time user recharge 75 or more get 75 money in your FC wallet but i'm still not get that money and now these guys not given any reply and always makes new excuses which is totally worst....

                            Sir, on 8/12/2015 my recharge of airtel digital TV of Rs.240 ID FCDA[protected] was not successful but the same amount was deducted from my bank account.Now I did not receive free charge credit of Rs. 240.Please help me continue shopping at freecharge by refunding my money back.

After apply of this coupan the massage came that your code is successfully applied after that i recharged the above amount but i didn't get the cash back for Rs. 50.
