    I have used free charge from mob. No. [protected] for paying electricity bill of Rs. 3529/- on 08/11/15 to MGVCL-VADODARA, GUJARAT. The above amount of bill has still still not been credited to MGVCL n they have disconnected by electricity line from 2/12/15. The amount is debited from my HDFC BANK ACCOUNT and your Order ID is FCEA[protected] of 8/11/15 showing my bill payment successful with MGVCL NO.84489. Pl. immediately look into the matter and arrange to transfer/credit the bill amount to MGVCL under advise to me, so that the electricity line is restored and avoid further harassment to me. Hoping for earliest possible action from your end, so that further relation with free charge is maintained without going through any legal litigations etc. Confirmation may be forwarded to me after on payment transfer to MGVCL account pl.

        Mob no [protected]. I have done rs 47on 19th Nov shown that unsuccessfully transaction but amount got debited without recharge not done. And on Nov 24 the I have done recharge for amount rs 50 shown session expired amount got debited from account recharge not done. Every day I am writing complaint but there is no proper response. Still now I have not received my amount.

            I have recharged videoconi d2h of Rs 253 vide ref no FCDW[protected], , but the recharge is not done.. Their customer care is very slow they are not contacting the merchant to resolve as they are stating that the recharge is successful.

                      Hi, On 26th November i made a bill payment, up on the successful payment done & amount also debited from my account. But the status showing in transaction history is "Your transaction in pending state" . After some hours i was waiting for the replay for transaction for success. But it is not done. I have raised a ticket against the issue i got replay from Freecharge Care stating that "One of our agents will be in touch with you shortly". it is almost 24 hrs i again replied about the update but no response, I searched for contact number i found two numbers i, e +[protected],[protected] one is Line Busy and other is ringing but no one picking. i had tried a lot but no response, actually the transaction which i made is our company power bill payment yesterday evening line man has come for disconnection upon lot of pressure on me from my manager i was requesting him and showed the freecharge status upon giving me 24hrs time he went, There is no proper support from freecharge, please take some action and please solve the issue soon.                         I am an user of Freecharge. on 23 Nov i made my MSEB bill payment of Rs. 1170 via freecharge.in. The transaction order # FCEW[protected]. My citibank card has already got charged for the transaction amount and the freecharge portal shows that the payment is successfully made to MSEB. However, the payment is yet not received by MSEB. I have tried chasing a lot with Freecharge (Even sent email to kunal.[protected]@freecharge.com). Kunal Shah is the CEO of Freecharge. But no affirmative response have been received from Freecharge team. My bill due date is over and i am clueless about the activity of Freecharge. Seems like i need to file a case of dispute against Freecharge. Kindly help me getting my money back. Please see attached bill payment invoice (in Freecharge) and Bill payment status (in MSEB)

                            I Paid electricity bill through freecharge.in on 3rd Nov 2015 through my vijay.[protected]@gmail.com, Bill due date was 21st Nov 2015 and it has been over now still my bill is unpaid to MSEB. I sent many emails to Freecharge ([protected]@freecharge.com ) but getting irrelevant reply and my issue is not getting resolved. Request you please look in the matter AEAP.
                            Worst service worst customer care support through email i.e [protected]@freecharge.com, They are not even understanding what issue you are having just replying user like anything irrelevant to the issue.

                                  Friends I have paid my BSNL bill of 2389 through freecharge. They told me wait for 48 hours and then it will be paid at BSNL. I paid it on 21 of this month and today is 25th. Till now my bill is not paid and I receive messages to pay my bill today. They do not respond to any of my emails send to them. They only send useless ticket id. Thats why they don't share their contact no. Because they only make false promises and loot people money.                                     I had paid my electricity bill through freecharge.in as when purchased some items from snapdeal.com, i had got promotional codes from freecharge due to which i was about to get 100 rupees in my freecharge wallet with the help of which i was able to use that money later to recharge or for doing any kind of bill payments. I had paid my electricity bill yesterday. according to freecharge, the payment should be made within 25-30 min. Its been more then a day and the payment is in pending stage. I have raised a query and sent 2 mails already but not got any kind of assistance from the company. Seems like the company is not at all bothered and whole process is very casual for the company.

                                        Sir, this is Kolamuri Raj. I am a student at IIT KHARAGPUR.I have been a customer of freecharge.in for the past few years.Surprised by the below list. Even I am surprised with the thing happened to me. These are the recharges done to both of my mobiles one on 10th October and the other being on 20 th November free charge. That went well .Amount was debited from my bank account. I got email saying that recharge was successful; even got sms that recharge was successful. But which annoyed me is that when I am trying to make a call, it’s giving that your balance is low. But how is that possible. I just got it recharged for 125bucks, for both phones; but my phone isn’t credited. I think there is some technical problem. My phone numbers [protected], [protected].My mail address: [protected]@gmail.com. Please see that the problem is settled, as the total amount that I have spent on recharging my mobile is 500 bucks. It is not a small amount for a student.
                                        By the way you might be wondering why I did not complain about the 10th October orders. The thing is I forgot it thinking that my phone balance will be credited. I had great belief in free charge .But all in vain. I never got credited. Then, I committed the same mistake (regretting for that) by again recharging from freecharge; again the same happened and my phone didn’t get credited. If it is a technical problem, please get it settled; but if it is a case of theft or cheating, then I will search for my ways.
