I have recharged by mobile [protected] of 60 * 2 rs ... vodafone west bengal.. till this date it was okay... i use to get recharged instantly... but this time i never got recharged.. balance did got deducted frm my account.. tried calling its customer care.. but no good luck.. wot now??

    Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IG0AXJTMJ3 for Rs.400.0 on 28/10/2015 04:08:03 i have credited 400 on freecharge account. But it shows 0. I have given all the details but no response from freecharge. Paytm is better than freecharge. Because within 24 hours paytm solves all problems but freecharge can not. Mob [protected]

          I paid the tata power electricity bill using freecharge.in on 21st October but the transaction status is still pending. Also, they stopped replying to my complaints regarding this transaction. This will result into the slapping of fine on my next bill for which freecharge is solely responsible. Order I'd of the transaction is FCEW[protected]. I am planning to file case against them in consumer court.

            I was trying to recharge 200/- to my mobile number [protected] using freecharge, but transaction got failed and money got debited from my account, now freecharge is not responding or refunding my money, my payment failure or recharge code is FCVA[protected] in dated wed oct 28 2015, Timing 3.40.26 PM please help me to get my money back.

              I was recharging my Tatasky dth account from freecharge when the payment failed. The amount was deducted from my bank and hasn't been credited yet. The order id is FCDW[protected].
              Because freecharge doesn't has a customer care phone number I reported this issue to [protected]@freecharge.in on 18 october 2015. They replied back that the amount would be automatically credited to the same bank account from where it was deducted within 5-7 working days. After checking with my bank I wrote to them again on 27 october 2015. They've not replied since.

                  I recharged two airtel numbers using freecharge app. The money got deducted but the recharge plan never got activated. Airtel says they can number being recharged but the plan isn't for my numbers, so its not activated and they can't do anything. Freecharge support also says they can't do anything. I used the plan that freecharge offered in the app. Why would they have plans which are not applicable for my number, this is cheating...

On 02/08/15 two unauthorized transactions amounting Rs649/- each totaling Rs1298/- was charged in my credit card by ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT LT, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND AUTHORISATION.                         I had recharged my Reliance GSM prepaid with 500 rs on 26th Oct 2015 using promocode (PP20) and also added a free McDonald coupons as well. My phone no has been recharged successfully but haven't received my cashback and free coupons yet. Also it is showing in pending state in my free charge account. I have emailed to customer care but every time they responded with new Ticket number. Please help me to get the update from Freecharge.                           I had used Freecharge website to recharge my Airtel Mobile number on 27th Oct 2015. The transaction failed and I got credits in my free charge a/c. However when i retried to do the recharge, my credit was utilised, the transaction is still in process, its been more than 24 hours . I am getting no message whether the transaction is failed or successful because of which I cannot do another recharge . I emailed on companies customer care id to which I received a computer generated email with complaint number :"Ticket # 2334374", after a while I got a mail that they are assuming that the complaint is resolved . To which i replied and i got another complaint number "Ticket # 2336016". No action has been taken by them . Moreover they do not have a customer care number, which has caused more distress . I would like to go ahead with a case against the company if i do not receive my service . I hope this information is sufficient and i would get help from here. Thank You

The Amount is Rs.220 but the amount is till date not refunded in my account . I as a Sincere customer expect the same sincerity from u as through bank the amount is totally to deducted from the source .neither it's reverse hence the amount is very well available with you.

                                  I have paid electricity bill through freecharge on 16/10/2015 due date was 23/10/2015/ Amount was RS 6969. They said bill payment is done but jaipur electricity department never recived it. I kept on sending emails to freecharge team and got tired of sending mails, they dont even call me and dont reply anything positive. They kept saying they have paid it and it is successful. Now penalty haven been added to the bill and still this is not resolved. I doubt this incident as a theft and freecharge team has to pay the penalty and refund me whole amount.                                     I'm totally not happy with the company service. I've been writing multiple times but no reply from Free charge.

                                    I've 4849 in my account but i'm not able to send that to my bank account. I needed this money yesterday and have been writing for last 4 days for help but they didn't reply so Finally i've to come here and write about the fraud business they are doing.

                                    They are taking the customer money and securing it in there wallet and not providing an option to transfer it to bank account.

                                    When you try transferring it it'll say You can't transfer money at this time. .
                                    They don't Understand the urgency for a customer and they don't have a telephone number also where we can directly talk to them.

                                      I have paid Rs 3523 for JVVNL bill threw FreeCharge.In, but even after four days of amount deduction FreeCharge neither confirming the payment to JVVNL and nor refunding the amount, when completing on email I received the ticket #2308563, but they not responding for further email's, and telephonic contact attempts are always busy.
