I have paid Rs 3523 for JVVNL bill threw FreeCharge.In, but even after four days of amount deduction FreeCharge neither confirming the payment to JVVNL and nor refunding the amount, when completing on email I received the ticket #2308563, but they not responding for further email's, and telephonic contact attempts are always busy.

    I added 3000 money to my freecharge account. Now I want to withdraw back to my account. Its more than 5 days and the system is Not allowing me to do so. I have send emails multiple times to freecharge support team and trying to call them but they are not responding.

      used the promo code yesbp for the payment of my bill for orser id FCMA[protected]. the given promo code was applied successfull and a popup appeared you ll recieve a 10 percent cashback on making a payment by yesbank debit card. i made the payment using yes bank dr card which was as a saved card in my freecharge account. but my cashback wasnt processed with the reason need to make payment by yes bank debit card. kindky rectify the error at your end as the payment was made by the yes bank debit card and process and credit cashback into my freecharge account.

        On12th oct i made One rechage.at time of payment, it showed payment failed through indian overseas bank visa debit card.again i made another rechage.but amount debited twice and i get only one rechage of rs.60.repetedly i gave complaints.first they told me within 5to7days it resolve.again they told me 48hours it solved.now they told me recharge is successful.alteady10days over.thistype of harrasment u made with ur customers.when i get my amount back.My recharge mobno [protected]

            Every time i try to net recharge my bsnl no.iwith rupee 155 as per 2g plan of bsnl, it comes in my account as topup..while in second time on recharging with same amount it comes as net pack.
            I have already complained about this, and were assured that issues will be solved .but now it is more then two weeks and no response from freecharhge authority.
            If my money will not be returned within 24 hours, then as a concernd consumer i will report about this to consumer forum.

                Its definitely a Bullshot, For the failed transaction may b that also their feature.. That money goes to their wallet which needs to be revert back to the account. Why is that goes to wallet.. Nobody dnt need that wallet at all in case if they do like this. Even I dont hv any smartphone with internet ? I dont have internet in my home only in office, I could not use that so ? This is a very big issue, they were making. Please solve this
                It needs to resolved, they might be filling their wallet like so.
                they are cool and saying like you could tranfer using our service to transfer which has process...

                  Dear Sir, I had been recharged vodafone by Rs.50 and as per offer provided Free-Charge Rs.50 cash back. But now they said NO PROMO CODE WAS USED against the oreder . But i used the promo code HI50 at the time of transaction . I sent the issue to freecharge support, but they always said that NO PROMO CODE WAS USED. I used this promocode at first recharge of my mobile number with the freecharge.in But now they do not want to give the cash back . so, my request is that please resolve this issue...

                    I availed the offer of 20% cash back on 9 October 2015 but didn't received by cash back(promo code PP20). Then on 13 Oct 2015 also Rs.50 cash back offer was availed but didn't received by cash back (promo code FIFTYCB). I contacted customer support and they said cashback will be provided only if I had paid through Credit/Debit card which was not at all mentioned in message. I am pissed off with their response. It looks like I have wasted my 250 Rs. for this. Please help and resolve this matter ASAP

                        Sir/ Madam While adding 1500/- on 08/10/2015 at 18:37:29 pm from my credit card ending with 6002 on freecharge wallet in [protected]@gmail.com user id, After ending transaction webpage showed internal error and message appeared that "BANK IS UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE TRANSACTION" but 1500/- rupees deducted from my credit card but payment failed and the amount is not refunded to amount credit card until now. Kindly initiate the process of refunding it to my credit card.

                            I had been recharged Videcon-D2H by Rs.500 and as per offer provided Free-Charge Rs.100 cash back. But now they said you had been not used any promo code . But i used the promo code DT20 at the time of transaction .

                              I have a FreeCharge user id on www.freecharge.in website for recharging my mobile and Dth but last 20 days whenever I try to login on freecharge id its shows error message "Something went wrong please try later. for this reason I contact to freecharge and they did not resolve this problems and about 20 days have been passed. I suggest everyone that don't use freecharge otherwise you will suffer with your id login error.

                                I have done a ''special recharge'' of Rs 125 yesterday of my BSNL mobile no on 10th OCT-2015 nearby at 6:16 PM which supposed to provide me 177 STD + Local Minutes +200 Mb 3G Data and 100 SMS .I am using this plan since last 6 Month but this time, "Freecharge" stupid new sw done something else and hevent provide me corresponding benefits related to the scheme. I hevent received corresponding recharge offers as committed by FreeCharge app.When I ask to refund my money, they told me to contact BSNL as the corresponding benefit is the responsibility of service provider. On the other hand, BSNL customer care representative told me that they are not lible to the commitment done by "Freecharge" people / App. I have shared the Print-screen of received service sms but nothing progressive as "Freecharge" Peoples are not bother about the customer service once they received the payment. Infact, same recharge is done successfully by "PayTM" when I have done second time. Regards,

                                Company contacted us over mail and first they express there un willingness to resolve the matter. Later on after 5-6 mail chains, company has provided 70 of the recharge amount as a cashback.
                                IT IS VERY VERY STRANGE FOR ME THAT CASE IS AGAIN REPEATED ALONG WITH ME WITHIN ONE WEEK.

                                What is going on with Freecharge ??? I have done a "especial" recharge of "T24" GSM Mobile no with a value of rupee 199 morning at 11 O'clock on 16th OCT-2015 through Freecharge web sight . Recharge is done but i hevent got the corresponding benefits of 550 local and std minutes as proposed by Freecharge web sight.

                                It is very strange that i received a message of 1 GB data pack for 30 days. I do not required any data pack

                                THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH "FREECHARGE" .
                                Printscreen of received service sms is already mailed to "[protected]@Freecharge.com" but they have only one computer generated reply over the matter " Please contact to service provider".Very fad up and sucking service from Freecharge side .

                                I have already talked 2 times with T24 customer care and they simply refused and told me that they are not responsible for any payments if made through 3rd party app or websight.

                                I have requested to freecharge people to provide me refund asap but they are not listining anything and sending me one computer generated mail below:-

                                As per the data base plans are same in our site as well as operator site.


                                Hence, this seems to be a miss from the operator's end. Unfortunately, the benefits transferred are not in our control, so we request to please contact your operator's customer support on this and they will help sort this out for you.
