I was trying to pay my vodafone postpaid mobile bill through freecharge.in on 9/10/2015 but it didn't got successful and now i have tried upto 10-11 times but the same result. I had got my Rs. 350 stuck there. I want my either my bill payed or my money back.

        Respected Sir/Madum, 06-Oct-2015 I Done A Recharge With Rs.294/- On Net Banking With SBI Bank. Amount Is Deducted From My Account, But Recherge Was Not Done. I Didn't Get Any Money. So, Plz Respond To My Complaint. Refrence No is :[protected]IG0AULIJX8
        i am also recharged with rs.200/- amount deducted from my account. but recharge not done... i have also contacted customer care support. they never respond any mail.here i attached pic .

        there is no use of sending mail...i think its Fraudcharge...change your app name like this ...it suits very well..

          My mobile number is [protected] (Vodafone UPE). I tried to recharge my phone on 3 October 2015 amounting to INR 100 through SBI Net Banking. I was asked to enter the otp and i did it. Afterwards a freecharge internal server error was displayed. I checked it online and found that many users have faced this problem and they were refunded in 3 to 4 days. Today is 9 October 2015 and i havent received either credits or cashback. Unfortunately i dont have the transaction id with me but my SBI account was debited with INR 100 . I am sure if freecharge will look into this matter, i will be refunded soon. Thanks in advance ! [protected]@gmail.com

              I have tried adding money to my freecharge account, I did two transactions of Rs.250 and Rs.300 to add funds to freecharge wallet, but my account did not get credited whereas bank account got debited. I request freecharge to please resolve the issue, for your reference Ticket # 2225324 is my complaint ticket. I would also like to request all Freecharge complainants to get together and file case in consumer court for cyber fraud.

                I have done a dth recharge of ₹500 twice through freecharge and the money( 1000₹)debited from my bank account but the recharge was not successful. Then i mailed to them and they worked on the matter.then after 3 hrs i got mail that my problem was resolved but it was not.since then they did not replied. order noFCDA[protected] and FCDA[protected]

                      I've recharged for Rs 850, they deducted from my bank account after that recharge failed and I got freecharge credits, I requested them to refund my money back to my bank account as paytm do, they don't have anyone sitting at their email support all those mails coming to me was auto generated through system and with same reason again and again, just pissed of and than I recharged again with rs 600, now it's been 1 day status of my recharge is pending, I've emailed them several time to cancel that recharge so that I make it from market, but again the damn auto generated response, this company is such a fraud, I'll recommend everyone to use paytm Transaction ID : fcvi[protected]

                        I went to recharge through www.freecharge.in of [protected] on 30/07/2015 and [protected] on 18/09/2015 twice in a day and the amount debit to my bank account on 30th July 2015 as Rs 500, 18th sept 2015 as Rs 357 and 20th July 2015 as Rs 357 but not recharge to my both mobile no. According to the freecharge history i got 17/08/15 - RS 222, 17/08/15 - RS 337, 20/09/15 - RS 50, 26/09/15, RS 74 and 30/09/15 - RS 199 against Rs 1214 and balance amount of Rs 332 will not get. After that i contract their care through mail that shown in below Prithwiraj Adak 22:44 (14 hours ago) to care Dear sir/madam I shown my transaction details from 30th July to 30th sep as below. On 30/07/15 - RS 500 (d) 17/08/15 - RS 222 (c) 17/08/15 - RS 337 (c) 18/09/15 - RS 357 (d) 20/09/15 - RS 357 (d) 20/09/15 - RS 50 (c) 26/09/15 -RS 74 (c) 30/09/15 - RS 199 (c) Total debit of Rs 1214 and total credit of Rs 882 balance Rs 332 noither credit to my bank account not my frecharge account.                           I had a recharge of 75 full talk time in my reliance gsm..the amount has been debited from my account but there is no recharge.. are these freecharge apps are making fools to one who trust them.. only the hell is going on.. freecharge ...really very disappointing and will never use this app in my lyf

                                I tried to do recharge on my cellphone of the operator AIRTEL, through website of the company FREECHARGE ..The balance from my bank account was deducted of rs 250, but my recharge was not done i tried many times but it was unsuccessful...I even mailed the company for this and they assured me that i will get the refund in my freecharge account and then i can do recharge again .. after few hours i got the mail saying that my query has been solved but when i opened my account, again tried for the recharge but still my problem was not solved no refund was there in my account, i again mailed them... In all this process my lot of time, energy, resources were wasted, the work which of 10 minutes took whole day and still was not done...I have all the proofs with me and copies of mail as well... The amounts were deducted from my bank account but neither the recharge got done nor it reflects in my free charge wallet. Please consider the matter seriously and refund my amount...

                                  I had done mobile recharge of Rupees 50 and Rupees 349 as per the below order ID FCVA[protected], FCVA[protected] for the Airtel number [protected], no recharge has happened, after complaining to both free charge and snap deal (parent company) neither mobile charge is credited or any refund is done this company is doing lot of fraud transactions

                                    I had tried to do recharge of rs.296 on 27.9.15..its a net pack. from freecharge.the recharge was not unsuccessful. .n amount was deducted but next day it was reversed..but now today the same has been deducted. .I have not got the recharge. .I have been charged for..n der is no proper reply.the freecharge customer care are co ordinating through email..which is not at all satisfactory. . they hav not at all tried to contact me through my number.i m very very disappointed with the service..no proper reply..

                                      Hi I'm Ravi, I have made postpaid bill payment of rs 1200 with my credit card through free charge app on 26 sep'2015. But the bill was never paid and rs 1200 was deducted from my card. I've checked in my free charge credits it's showing as 0. I spoke to the customer care but there was no response.
