Hello, I am Ashish Patel.I tried to fill my FreeCharge account wallet by Rs. 1600 yesterday.The amount was deducted from my AXIS bank but didn't reflect in my FreeCharge wallet.I have submitted the complaint regarding this and they gave promise to solve in 24 hours.But Nothing happened till now.The token number generated by FreeCharge is #2178862.Now they are not replying any mail from me.

    Actually their website is saying that 20% cash back for postpaid bills. So I make a payment through free charge. Once finished no cash added in my ac. I mailed them regarding this issue. They are saying that the offer has expired 15 days before. If it's expired why they are still showing in their website with out showing its expiry period. They really cheating. Had a very bitter experience.

      My recharge id was #FCMA[protected].I was trying to pay bill for my idea pospaid and mony was deducted from bank account, recharge was not done ...yet mony was not included in frecharge credit ...it was taken abot 3 days no response yet

          Hi i am Upendra Ahire and this is regarding ORDER ID : FCDW[protected] for which i made a yearly recharge of my videocon d2h subscription and an amount of Rs 3036/- is deducted from my SBI bank account when i emailed to [protected]@freecharge.com they said it will be credited within 7 days but after 10 days also money is not credited and again i emailed them and now they are saying it will take 7-8 more days to get my refund in my bank. i am very nervous for such a feedback from freecharge.             I've done recharge to the number +91-[protected] at 10:11 pm 23 sep 2015 Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge of 97/- rs 250 3G vodafone scheme is not activated yet. so i want my refund now. order id: #FCVA[protected]

                What a fraud company! You'll have deducted money from my account but havent yet done the recharge. And then nobody even bothers to pick up the phones. I've called almost 50 times now. My transaction ID id FCVI[protected]. It was a recharge of 147 for 3G netpack for vodafone. Either make the refund or initiate the recharge. If this is not done i dhall approach the consumer court

                    Order Id : FCVW[protected] Order Id: FCMW[protected] I recharged for airtel and vodafone operators. i have not received the amount as recharge for both the operators. Freecharge is just sending automated replies that it will be done but there seems to be no progress from their side.

                        I have paid my vodafone postpaid payment rajasthan through this website which site was debited amount from my bank account successfully but on the website shown transaction failure. As on dt.09/09/2015 on 5:01pm Rs.490/- payment debited from my account and when i mail on [protected]@freecharge.com then i received that within 6hrs payment refund on my account automatically but still not received and not reply on a particular mail systematically manner for the refund or contact number regarding. So when this Credited in bank account or freecharge account because full of transaction amount of Rs.490 deducted from my account. So pls do the needfull help.

                        Either this are fake calls or not I don't know. but please solve my this case.
                        Many of fake calls comes regarding this transaction through freecharge [protected], [protected] and [protected].
                        so pls tell me details about this phone call.

                          I did a recharge from freecharge of 85 . And when I got balnace it in vodafone sim it in secondary . Usage i Dont what it is . I got it without knowlege . Now when i asking for Refuns in email they said ask from vodafone ., And vodafone said ask from frecharge .. And and there no num to talk om freecharge . This is scam company . There are not refunding money .. Making false promises . I dont know why vodafone doing this scam with the customers . This plan on freecharge . You can use the Operator ID DL[protected] for reference to this transaction. Also, the plan shown on our portal is same as plan shown at operator's site. Please at operator's site: MRP RS. 85 Type Recharge Talktime RS. 85 Benefit Full talktime and 5 night local Vodafone minutes, both valid for 7 days Validity 7 days Access Fee RS. 0.0 Service tax(@14%) Rs.10.44 Plan at our site Please note, if plan shown on our portal is different from operator's site than we would have done something.

                            I recharge my airtel mobile for Rs. 34/- on 08/09/2015 vide transaction id IGOAQQDQL2. The amount deducted from my account. But I did not get any benefits. I contacted airtel customer care and came to know that no recharge for this amt was done. I registered two complains with free charge.in and got Ticket No . #2113338 and 2115608. But yielded no fruitful result. I d say its a rubbish app and suggest not to use it.

                            Once the company emailed me stating that the matter has been resolved but actually not done. Other than that no steps were taken by the company

                                I tried to make a postpaid bill payment twice through Freecharge.in website of Rs 1024/- on 18-Aug-2015 through netbanking Order ID 1 : FCMW[protected] Order ID 2: FCMW[protected] Both payments failed, the website refunds back the amount into their FC Credits to force customers to use their website/app only... This is a bogus service, they dont even have a customer support contact #.. I need my money back

                                      Using the freecharge app I requested a top up of Rs 70 for which the amount was debited from my account and the payment was successful. Till yesterday the recharge status was shown to be 'in process'. Today freecharge has initiated the recharge status to be failed. The have not refunded the money.

                                        Dear sir, I have recharged an amount of Rs 349 on 10/08/2015 at [protected] (vodafone assm) but I have not got my recharge and money has been deducted from my account of State bank of india. Payment was done via ATM debit card and txn number of SBI is[protected]. I contacted freecharge.in with in few hours first they gave me support Ticket # 2042510 and then they gave me payment for the order no (FCVC[protected]) which has not been processed, via email. Now they are saying they will either recharge or refund my money within 5-7 working days. My question is why I should wait for my money for so long time.
