As the summer was approaching, I was searching for a second hand feidge in Feb'23. Found the ad from FRIZTY electronics on OLX. They reached out to me on WhatsApp and mentioned they sell fridge which is used for less than two years. Finalized a fridge for Rs. 5000 and paid 10% advance but they said they don't have same fridge and will send another similar model. The delivery was delayed by 1 day. Also, the fridge model was ten years old.
The fridge worked only for ~20 days. No one picked up call. Somehow got number of technical and manager. Even they didn't respond. Finally the technician came but asked for Rs. 1, 350 for repair. I asked him to leave it as it is. I convinced the manager that I will pay only half and technician came back again after another 5 days of following up. This time he changed the part and took Rs. 800 but the fridge stopped working again in 15 minutes.
Technician again came back after 2 days and said the fridge will have to replaced because the part is failing again and again. Sales lady promised that the fridge will be replaced the next day but keeps saying tomorrow we will replace. Was this information helpful? |
