    Gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from my via phonepe account from my bank icici bank directly without any information and otp..i Kindly request you to refund my money back into my phonepe wallet and this subscription was not at all needed.       I have used gaana.com by coupon code in this phone which demeged so present time I am not using this application, , Gaana autopay debited 499 rupees in my bank account through phonepe without any prior intimation so I am request please refund my money and cencel Gaana autopay subscription

        Before few months i got coupon from flipkart and i used that for gaana plus and then just after one month i deleted gaana app..But today on 1 september 2022 suddenly i got messege of auto debit of 499/- from my phone pe for gaana.Com..How they debit without contacting me...I dont want gaana plus...I want my money back...I want my 499/- refund...I m already in trouble...Plz return my money its a request.

                Iam complain about they debit 399 money from my account without informe me and iam never on my auto renewal subscription options they automatic on it. And my last subscription is end on 16 August
                They debit my money on 15 agust without send any message or mail to me. I try to contact there customer but they didn't call me or on chat they didn't give me a proper reply regarding to my problem
                Or now they didn't cancel my auto renewal subscription options
                Always show error in there app or site
                I want my money back.

                  I had used Gaana app for 1 day in May 2022 as I got 3 months subscription offer for just Re 1 on Paytm app thereafter I had deleted the Gaana app. Amount of 249/- rs was debited from my Paytm wallet on 12/08/2022 without my permission. I want the refund please.

                            Hi there i installed gaana for some coupon and im not using it frequently i thought of cancellation of subscription by the end of august 2 where it ends when im trying to cancel the subscrition its saying cancellation failed and there is no customer support readily available to lodge our problems and i got a message saying it will automatically deduct through paytm by 3rd itself . it was like a high tech scam. Please provide me details on how to end it soon

                              I have never subscribed or downloaded or listened to any music on Gaana even for a second. However, I am still getting spammed by them. I never shared my email with them. (I got it for free when I got Airtel service when I was traveling in India years ago but was never interested in then or now). I’m being spammed by Gaana relentlessly and frequently since then. They don’t give an OPT-OUT or Unsubscribe option in their email messages. Nor can you give feedback on their website. Their HELP section, they say, only works from 9am to 7.30pm. That’s ridiculous! A schedule for HELP/Support?! Also, what time zone? IST? GMT? EST?

                                3 month ago, I, Bipin Ghimire, a middle class student of KiiT university has bought an audio product from Flipkart and got 3 month gaana subscription free of cost, then downloaded gaana app to avail the offer and few days ago I also checked whether the auto renewal is off or not, I tried to turn it off but it was not possible and today automatically 249 rs was cut from the bank
                                . I am so sad for my 249 rs as that means a lot to me . Please cancel my subscription and refund my amount as soon as possible.
