I didn't receive any intimation about deductions of Rs 499 got deducted from my paytm balance for the renewal of 1 Year subscription, over mail OR sms. Previously I have done the same subscription, for just Rs. 1, as it was an offered by some other vendor.
So, now I am not willing to pay Rs. 499 for this particular subscription kindly CANCEL my order AND REFUND ME THE SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT DEDUCTED

    Hi, my gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from my paytm balance..I kindly request you to refund my money back into my paytm wallet as this gaana plus subscription was not needed..

              I used gaana for a day in april 2022 . since then i haven't used gaana but gaana renewed my subscription without my permission . 499 has been debited from my paytm account without my permission .So its a request to higher authorities of gaana to take a look at this issue. and i need my money back. this is immoral to take someones money without their permission.

                I have purchased Cordless landline phone from Panasonic and they offered subscription for 6 month of GAANA. under coupon code FK1665GQ2MZJ. which I used before 10/05/2022 in my mobile but after that it is not working and ask for subscription

                  I paid for one year Gaana Plus subscription, however the membership is not activated. I chatted with the bot via the app, shared the payment details, including payment screenshot, not once but twice, giving a days time for them to take action. So far nothing has happened. They neither activate the membership nor refund the money.

                    I recently cancelled gaana plus subscription but still gaana is repeatedly trying to deduct money from my bank account. Customer care of gaana is not of any use, they are not even replying. I wrote multiple emails but of no use.

                      I recently bought a samsung f22 and got a free gaana plus subscription. I used the code and they asked the debt 1 rupee. But they charged 199/- and activated autopay. The subscription didn't activate and autopay is on in my phone pe. And i am unable to cancel autopay.
                      I want refund of 199/- and cancel my autopay.

                        A few month ago I got a coupon code of gaana.com.I use this coupon in gaana.com
                        Without giving any permission to auto subscription.
                        Gaana .com RS 499 got deducted from my paytm wallet. Without any permission, Kindly request you to refund my money back into my paytm wallet.

                              I had paid Rs 99 on 09.07.22 today on website of Ganna.com, however I have no trace where it has gone & also I have received massage from my bank that it has gone to Paytm ... name of Ganna.com not appearing any where, and subscription also not appearing .. pl help to resolve

                                    I had a 3 month free gaana subscription and before the renewal date i.e. 5 july 2022 I turned the auto renewal off through the app. But after the date it got auto renewed and debited Rs 399 from my account. And also it showed the auto renewal option on even though it was off.
                                    I request refund as I don't need the subscription now.

                                      I purchased a mobile online and I have received a Gaana.com subscription.
                                      I had paid 1 rs via PhonePe android app to gaana.com on 29 Dec 2021, and I am not aware that they have set autopay from gaana.com. I canceled autopay from gaana.com in January 2022.
                                      As I am not able to delete autopay settings I requested to cancel autopay to PhonePe, but they said the merchant needs to cancelremove autopay from their end. From both side PhonePe and Gaana.com, no one is responding to my queries.
                                      For the last one week, I was struggling between the two companies.
                                      Recently I had received an email from gaana.com that amount was deducted on 27th June 2022, when I asked them to cancel my subscription they refund the amount back.
                                      But they still not deactivating or deleting my autopay. They will take money from backed without my consent.

                                      Please Help.
