I have two Gaana Accounts. One with my mail id and another one with my mobile no. I want to merge these two accounts.

Why the Gaana is not providing a way to merge those two accounts? And Why it is not allowing me to delete one account, and allow that deregistered email or mobile no to be added in another account?...

Before 3 months I get free subscription of Gaana but today, suddenly Rs. 399 have been deducted from my account without any notification or without my permission. Is it right to deduct money without permission of any person?
I just wants refund of my money....

I'm undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 399rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income...

I want to delete my gaana account permanently as even after disabling auto renewal money is charging from my bank account.

There is no option of cancelling auto renewal then also my money go deducted from account....

Very worst response from Gaana . I mailed twice to delete my account and once submitted complaint here (totally 3times) . But no response from their side . Highly dissatisfied 😔.

Gaan is forcing me to auto-renew when I have not given any such permission. This is an unacceptable and fraudulent business practice.

Gaana should terminate my account forthwith and apologise, failing which my lawyers will proceed with legal action.

I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 3 months free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 399 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money....

27th Feb 2022 at 12:13am automatically Paytm transferred money to gana app for gana plus subscription- 399 Rupees. I had never wanted to take subscription at this moment.
