Want to delete my gaana account i can not delete gaana account and i want to delete it .
You delete my gaana account but by any how i want to delete gaana account please help me.

Two days back I already had cancelled my subscription still I have been charged with 399 against subscription. How can you charge me when I never wanted to continue my subscription. This is not acceptable at all. I want my money back.

Today i received a message from my Paytm postpaid that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I didn't made my payment through my paytm postpaid. My amount deduct from my paytm postpaid without my permission. No any remember Massage from gaana.com.
That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.

I want my full money refunded.

I am an undergraduate student and I have no source of income .I saw a coupon code online for 3 months free ganna subscription and I applied it and used it .It asked my debit card details and I entered it thinking of removing it after the trial period is over .The period got over on 27 and I mailed for the same to ganna to help me remove the card by submitiing the ticket in their app. I was searching how to remove my card from the app and the site of ganna but couldnt find find any source and then suddenly on the morning of 27th of march 8:20 am ganna automatically deducted 99rs from my account.I still cannnot find the option to remove my card and they will deduct money in future also.So I request ganna to refund my 99rs and delete my account asap as I am switching over to other music apps and I am no longer interested in ganna services.

I subscribed with coupon code from Flipkart which is successful after deducting rs 1 from Paytm account and again rs 399 deducted with any knowledge and received notification in Paytm
As i already i have plan till September and again u renew today till sept 2023

I activated gaana subscription through flipkart offer for rs 1/
not once the subscription period is over they have deducted 399 rs without any notification.

i dont have any source of income and i could not afford this. also i feel very bad the way they have auto renewal setup.

I have today purchased Gaana plus subscription for one year by applying the HOLI discount making the subscription cost at rs.199 on the gaana app and paid using pay with rewards option available on the app. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the membership is not credited to my gaana account.

I have two Gaana Accounts. One with my mail id and another one with my mobile no. I want to merge these two accounts.

Why the Gaana is not providing a way to merge those two accounts? And Why it is not allowing me to delete one account, and allow that deregistered email or mobile no to be added in another account?
